10/07/2026: After placing my order and paying, the cashier made a mistake; I overpaid. She tried to refund me, but it didn't work. I left with at least €19 in my account and no food because she wouldn't give it to me. I don't recommend this bakery.

10/07/2026: I went into the bakery on Avenue Général Leclerc in Nancy and realized that the saleswoman had overcharged a man for his order. She claimed she'd refunded him to his phone. When he asked for proof, the owner came in, yelled at him, took back everything he'd wanted, and told him that was how it was, and that was that! The poor guy, not only had they charged him 19 euros without knowing if he'd be refunded, but she also snatched what he'd paid for right out of his hands! Well, I left that bakery! And judging by the reviews, I'll never go back.

02/07/2026: At first glance, I was struck by the cleanliness and excellent service, because why not? Turkish brothers live here, I'm Uzbek, and I can communicate with them in Turkish. Everything is excellent, I recommend this place to the whole world.

15/07/2026: The portion was very (too) large. The first waitress was almost rude to us when taking our order. We never saw her again. The waiter didn't answer our question, claiming his colleague was handling our order. The level of service in this restaurant is strange indeed...

12/07/2026: A terrible experience. The haughty waitress who greeted us has no business being in a customer-facing position. She asked us to leave rather than offer us an alternative table. The restaurant was practically empty. After dining at a nearby restaurant, we returned to find that the reserved tables were also empty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

04/01/2026: We spent the night in a bubble to celebrate the New Year, a truly magical night. The moon, the stars, the snow, and the sun when we woke up were all there – we couldn't have dreamed of anything better! And everything was impeccable, I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: Since the change of ownership, I'd noticed the pizzas had become a bit smaller, with very thick crusts and a slightly sparse topping in the center. However, it seems the preparation method has evolved since then, and the difference is truly remarkable. This time, the pizzas were much more generous and perfectly balanced. On top of that, the staff is still very friendly and welcoming, which is really appreciated. A big congratulations to the whole team for this improvement! Keep up the good work, it's a real pleasure.

26/06/2026: Second time to visit this place and it is good. I got a serloin steak medium well and it was so good. Steak was so soft perfectly done and coupled with chips, salad and grilled veggies. Nice place to visit for a steak.

01/06/2026: This is an excellent restaurant! The food is excellent, seasonal, and the portions are quite generous. It's really, really good. You shouldn't be in too much of a hurry, though; it can sometimes be a little slow for those who aren't patient. But the food is so good!

25/06/2026: Hello. Once again, I'm contacting you regarding your prices on petroleum products, and more specifically, ethanol. Once again, I've noticed some very questionable practices on the part of your Carrefour store, particularly in Lunéville. For example, on Saturday, June 20th, ethanol was around €0.80/liter... the average price elsewhere... On Wednesday, June 24th, ethanol was €0.72/liter, an attractive price... I thought I'd fill up that Thursday when I went shopping at your store... So, that Thursday morning, I went to fill up... about 60 liters... And what a surprise, the ethanol was €0.85/liter... what a price hike overnight! You're going to tell me that fuel prices fluctuate a lot these days... etc., etc... In short, the same old sales pitch that nobody listens to anymore, and it just reinforces my belief that you're one of the top three oil rip-off companies... So, I'm going to fill up elsewhere for better prices, and do my grocery shopping at Leclerc.

22/06/2026: I went to the store at lunchtime with only two bags of discounted dog food in my cart. When I got to the checkout, surprised by the total, I asked the cashier if the discounted food was no longer on sale. She said yes, without really showing any interest. So I checked the receipt, and it showed three bags instead of two. I understand, mistakes happen, but it would be nice if they listened to the customer when they point out something's wrong. I then went to the main checkout, where they explained that they could no longer issue a refund to the original payment method, but only via a voucher valid for six months. They have no problem imposing this without even knowing if we needed the money. So, if we forget about this voucher and its expiration date has passed, the money is theirs. Making customers pay for a cashier's mistake is truly shameful!

13/06/2026: Total weight of the packaged kebab: 311g, which is about €23 per kg of sandwich! And then people say McDonald's is expensive?!

09/06/2026: A warm welcome and friendly staff, a wide selection of delicious and original sandwiches, and quality food. If you want to have a great time with friends or family, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it.

04/07/2026: I'm leaving a review because I just had a delicious chicken bowl with fresh fries (it's rare to find that in a snack bar). The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive. You can tell they genuinely want to please their customers. The menu is extensive and varied; I highly recommend it. 😍😍😍

03/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service; she sits with her customers all day. I was treated to food poisoning during my meal. According to several reliable sources, she shows no mercy to those she interacts with; her reputation is harsh, and the food is just as bad. Not good. I do not recommend it. Not to mention the insects everywhere in the shops.

The campsite is situated in a beautiful location in the Ardèche, surrounded by nature and offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The campsite is clean, well-maintained, and has spacious pitches. The swimming pool and facilities are excellently cared for and provide fun for young and old. What stands out most is the friendly and helpful atmosphere. The team is always ready to assist and ensures that you feel welcome immediately. The surrounding area is also fantastic. There is plenty to see and do, from beautiful walks and canoeing to charming villages and impressive nature. For anyone looking for peace, nature, and a welcoming campsite, Le Castelet is highly recommended. We cherish fond memories of our stay and would love to return again.
