To end up having half of the order mixed up with another customer.. then an error in the order... Truly an incapable manager and overwhelmed by a drop of water; No hello, not friendly, dodging when called, no communication with customers, in short... Tell several customers: “It’s like that and not otherwise, don’t come back if you’re not happy, we don’t need people like you” We are far from the restaurant's motto! Coming from a manager it's still shameful... when will he leave? 1 star is already too much for this person. A complaint email is sent for this unacceptable behavior. Being in business I don't understand such an attitude. At this price, clearly, go opposite, you will have time to eat twice and without being insulted that you will not be served in this McDonald's. As long as this person is in office, I will not return to this McDonald's. And what about hygiene? Zero hair/beard nets, dirty floors, no soap in the toilets! Ps: be attentive to your recruitment or training of your staff because this is not the first time that this type of incident has happened... and you can feel it through the various recent opinions!

16/12/2024: It’s been catastrophic for months, they’re not giving the right orders. We wait in front of the counter for a very long time, the staff don't even say hello. It's deplorable, every drive-thru order I have to go back inside because either something is missing or it's not what I ordered.

07/12/2024: Well seriously there are supervisors as managers for this restaurant or what?? I'm an assistant manager at another fast food restaurant chain... And this is really abuse!! The team member who takes the order has no respect and speaks really badly... When you take more than one drink per order then the drinks must be in a bag and held in place by a 2-hole cardboard There the drinks were given to me in my hand, a bag with my order and my drinks from hand to hand. Trying to drive with two cokes in your hands is no easy feat! I wanted to taste their new mc flurry with honey Certainly the honey was empty and instead of filling it is obviously easier not to use it. There was a tiny drip of honey on my ice cream... I absolutely couldn't taste the taste, the processes are clearly not respected!! I'm really shocked as soon as I come to your house, it's just amazing. I guarantee that I will do everything to contact your franchisee, mine certainly knows them! The world is small I would say the time and date of my visit to your franchisee know that I will not let this time pass! It's shameful to deal with customers like that, me or anyone else, it's unacceptable. All fast food restaurants are currently suffering from understaffing in the franchise, we are seriously short of staff but customers are our priority... I will do everything to get the information back to your frankness, believe me you have come across the wrong person. I am contacting mc donald France this evening to file another complaint and let them know that their brand is being tarnished s briey... Enough is enough!!

Sticky floors. 3 sandwiches to have bacon and eat cold is normal To be avoided very strongly We contacted Quick France and the health authorities with photos after cleaning of an employee where the condition is still deplorable No wrist at the toilet door If I could have given a negative rating I would have done so. A manager who does not take responsibility for her words who is aggressive and allows herself to say that it is the customer who is. Only put 4 photos here but there are others. Customers came to tell me that I was right but did not dare to tell the manager

17/09/2024: Burger received half eaten. The soda wasn't full. I ordered old fashioned fries, obviously I received smashed potatoes. On the other hand, big mention to the lady who cleaned, everything was splendidly clean.

17/09/2024: I was their only customer and I was refused to take my order at the checkout because "you have to go through the terminal"! There is clearly a problem in this story, especially since there is a card at the checkout and the payment terminal...

14/09/2024: TO FLEE!!!!!! This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life... First, the menu is not up to date and the dark-haired waitress was extremely unpleasant. When we ask to have vegetables with meat, this waitress blows and tells us that it will be complicated... even though it is offered on the menu and in the end they served us these vegetables. Some pizzas are not available and above all all our calzones were UNCOOKED and COLD (SUPPORTING PHOTO: you can see that the dough is still raw just like the egg, and certain pieces of ham and mushrooms… yum !). The worst part was clearly the service. First, when I told the waitress that my pizza was not cooked, she offered me no apology or empathy and explained to me that “this is completely normal for a closed pizza »… At the end, when paying, we pointed out to the elderly waitress with black hair that we had been very poorly received, to which she replied "you know, we have a lot of customers so it's normal" with no empathy and a haughty tone. And also complain about having customers… I point out to her that she doesn't show sympathy and that she imposes her stress and her mood on the clients, to which she replies "just work already and then you'll see what it's like"... Luckily all the Active French people do not reason with such little intelligence. Finally, the prices charged were different from those displayed, and this same waitress replied “learn to read to the end”. If the management of the establishment reads this comment, is this the policy and the atmosphere that you want to give to your customers? If you are a future customer, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money going here!!!!

14/09/2024: How to remain courteous when over there, courtesy is apparently not appropriate. However, as an educated person I will remain so (to the detriment of some) First of all, the map is not up to date. Accompaniments changed and dishes removed. Second, uncooked dishes like pizza dough and eggs (long live salmonella). Third, sideways glances and low words. Fourth, prices incorrectly indicated on the map. And when we make this remark we take a “learn to read a map to the end” Fifth, after sharing our feelings about the welcome. She told us that they were busy (with no more than 10 tables this evening, I sincerely hope for them that they are never full) with an extra "start working before" certainly a priori on our age (at least we have youth) while everyone is in active life. Sixth, no apologies made on their part for every problem. In conclusion, I strongly invite you to flee, only for your stomachs but also for your savings. To achieve such a lack of professionalism you have to ask yourself serious questions and consider a change of profession without human contact.
