05/02/2026: A restaurant like this is becoming increasingly rare. Unique, old-fashioned dishes that brought back fond childhood memories of eating at my grandmother's house. Excellent value for money. Definitely worth a visit.

01/05/2026: Well, I agree with the other reviews that the restaurant isn't very clean, the staff seems jaded, and the prices are outrageous. I asked for extra dressing for the salad, which cost €3.75 for a six-leaf portion, and I felt like I was about to bankrupt McDonald's. I'd much rather go to Burger King; it's frankly a rip-off.

03/06/2025: A throwback to my younger years, but for a Redcactus poker tournament...it's a shame the room is small for this kind of event...but it was only the second time they'd organized this...a bit of a hassle to park because it's right in the city center, but it's also because it's right in the city center that it's cool to be there.
Welcoming, friendly people...good humor and a great atmosphere guaranteed 👌🏾

28/04/2026: I ordered takeout from them on Saturday evening, April 25th; it's now April 28th. I've had severe diarrhea and intestinal pain for the past four days.
18/02/2026: For years they haven't been able to put three drops of grease in their dumbwaiter, resulting in a more than audible squeaking noise for the adjacent buildings... This clearly demonstrates their inability to maintain their restaurant... I can't even imagine the state of the kitchen when you see the overall condition of the place, the surrounding area, and the poor maintenance of the equipment... I didn't even try to eat there...

19/02/2026: The interior is nice, having eaten there before, but the food is disgusting. If you really need to use the toilet, you have to ask, even if you're not feeling well and it's urgent. Otherwise, given the state of the floor, it'll be quicker, and the toilets are filthy.

23/05/2026: I came in late afternoon and wanted to thank Jonathan for his patience with some customers. He's a very friendly, calm, and cheerful person, which is very pleasant. The selection was excellent. And the pastries were delicious! :) Thank you for the advice.
I recommend it and will be back soon.
17/05/2026: As always, the vendors are in a rush. But the worst part is the quality. One baguette wasn't fresh. I wanted one from the display behind the vendor. He refused, arguing that the ones on the counter were just as fresh. That was a lie. It's not the first time I've been ripped off. To top it all off, a discounted Nanterre brioche, but also smaller, and undercooked—that is to say, it hadn't risen... I could go on and on. More and more disappointing...

We sat down, just the two of us, in the row behind, and then a waiter came and told us, "We don't serve that row." I didn't say anything and we left. Seriously, if you see customers arriving, you can set the tables... Really disappointed, goodbye to the opera house!

29/12/2025: The galette des rois was good, the puff pastry was incredibly crispy. The frangipane flavor was a little less pronounced. Otherwise, the bread was good and the service was impeccable.
18/12/2025: The team at this bakery is fantastic 👍 welcoming, friendly, and pleasant. Of all the Marie Blachère bakeries I've been to, this is my favorite. It's the team that makes all the difference!
