15/12/2024: What a lovely evening spent yesterday with our Pulnoy theater troupe. An exquisite meal, a sublime spectacle. From the cuisine, to the artists, to the service, to the welcome, everything was perfect. So for that, a big thank you to the entire Iloa team. You deserve to be known and recognized. Looking forward to coming back to visit you.

15/12/2024: Following a professional end-of-year meal, we had a very good evening. The staff is friendly. The cooking of the dishes, on the other hand, is not up to par. The duck was not cooked enough, many complained, and the scallops, the same. No room taken that day..

04/07/2025: I'm really disappointed with today's service. Only two people served with about 40 guests. The consequence is very simple: a long wait upon arriving, standing in front of the terrace. Once seated, there was a 45-minute wait for the starter to be served, and the same amount of time for the main course. I didn't have time for dessert or coffee, of course, so getting back to work was difficult. Furthermore, I find the €75 bill not in line with the service: daily special, starter, main course, and 1 still water. No aperitif, no wine, no cheese, no dessert, or coffee. (A little smile from the two servers wouldn't have gone amiss.) A shame.

04/07/2025: The food is good, however, the wait is endless at lunchtime. I missed my 2 p.m. meeting and we couldn't have coffee or dessert. Very bad reception, long wait at the start before accessing the table, the 2 servers not very friendly. I wanted to organize my wedding there but I'm definitely not going to do it despite the good comments. 75 euros lunch menu for two people, starter, main course and still water.

28/09/2024: Very good, hearty dishes and top-notch decor that takes us back to the 80s/90s atmosphere, right down to the very stylish little menu booklet and the placemats. We will come back during our next stay. Beautiful address.

13/12/2025: We stopped by this evening, as we do every week. It's finally time to leave a review 🙂. Late afternoon/this evening, a lady (Albana) was in charge, and she took excellent care of the buffet and us. Everything was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and nothing was missing. There were potatoes, like Duchess potatoes, which were cooked perfectly. She managed everything brilliantly on her own ☺️. It's a welcome change from some evenings where sometimes there's only the bare minimum, and sometimes not even cooked properly... A huge thank you to her again ✨.

16/01/2026: The restaurant was empty, and we waited 15 minutes for cold sandwiches and fries. Back to the counter. The employee wanted to microwave them! The manager agreed to remake the tray anyway. He brought it back to the table, and we got a lecture!! Unacceptable. You don't speak to customers like that, especially when you're in the wrong!

09/12/2025: Honestly, just the beer. For the rest, you need to make an effort. We're in France, the land of gastronomy. It's better to speak English to properly welcome customers.

20/11/2025: The tacos were a very different take, with peppers inside. Personally, I didn't like them. To each their own. I was disappointed by the prices, which are quite high, especially considering the menu doesn't even include fries. They don't accept cards. But the employee was friendly.

09/11/2025: Great tacos! The manager is cool! The wait is normal (about 20 minutes), and the food is amazing! It's really cheap for tacos; it's below average price. The only downside is that they don't take cards. You have to go out of your way to the ATM, which is annoying... there's no sign indicating they don't accept cards. I recommend it.

22/11/2025: Order error. I paid more than what I received in the bag. Bland food made with the cheapest ingredients. Closed by administrative order 22/11/25

01/01/2026: We were literally kicked out when we simply tried to help someone who was vomiting and looked really unwell (by the way, we didn't know him). We just asked for a glass of water to help him, and not only did they ask us to clean up the vomit, but we also had to leave the bar. Incompetent staff.

04/12/2025: I went inside to order takeout. The waitress took my order by hand and then preferred to chat with her friends at a table for five minutes, still holding my order as if it were perfectly normal. No apology from her... it's already getting cold quickly, but having to wait while the servers chat amongst themselves is really disappointing. (Order 4564) 04/12/2025

21/01/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been here. I placed my order at the takeaway kiosk. The wait was reasonable, 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was in the dining area. A maximum of 10 customers. I drove home, less than 5 minutes away. And then, a huge disappointment. Cold fries. Cold burgers. Cold wraps too. Great, nothing's changed. Still the same problem. Lack of coordination between the staff when preparing food. I'll go to the competition... it's further away, but at least the food is hot when I eat it at home. I've lived in Ludres for 25 years... long before this McDonald's opened!!! Honestly, it's getting worse and worse over the years!!! And there's no point in telling me you're sorry. That you'll talk to your teams, etc... It doesn't change anything!!! Blah blah, always the same old story! I CONFIRM! BLAH BLAH. I COME BACK A YEAR LATER, after having decided never to come again, and still, cold fries, etc....

18/01/2026: Overall, nothing to complain about, but I'm giving it 2 stars because every time we use the click and collect service in the parking lot, the sauces for the fries are missing. Of course, we ask if they're included and they say, "Yes, yes, they're in there," when they're NOT! Stop saying yes when it's not true.
