14/05/2026: The customer service is appalling. I used to come here frequently, but I won't be going back. I went in to use the restroom, and they stopped me and told me I absolutely had to buy something (just for a quick trip to the bathroom). I asked if I could go quickly anyway, but they refused again, as if it cost them an arm and a leg. The bar next door kindly let me go. They could have said it politely, but no, it was totally rude, as if I'd committed a crime. It just put me off.

14/05/2026: Excellent McDonald's! The waiter and waitress were incredibly kind and really checked to make sure your order was there. Only a 5-minute wait! I highly recommend it!

14/05/2026: Pop-up cafeteria meal... Tex-Mex platter €24 and frankly, low-quality food... empanadas that only tasted of tomato sauce... frozen food. Cheese plate €15: 4 small pieces of cheese with two butters... bottle of water took 40 minutes to arrive... finally, we went to get a pitcher and a glass ourselves... Cutlery thrown on the table and left to fend for ourselves... As for the bowling alley, the waiter just threw the crepe and ice cream onto the table without a word. Coffee was spilled because, and I quote, "some children bumped into me"!!!!! Coffee served as is! No straws in the drinks. Rushed and unpleasant service, the bare minimum, yet the prices aren't exactly low! Very expensive for mediocre service and poor quality food... What a shame! (We came this Thursday at 1:30 pm)...

30/04/2026: The specialty breads are particularly delicious. And to counter some of the comments… the saleswomen are very friendly. I arrive with a smile and they smile back…

15/04/2026: Two of the saleswomen were fantastic, but the third was a real pain; she should change careers and avoid customer contact altogether: unfriendly, ungrateful, and above all, rude. However, the pastries are very good, the "epoca" baguette is a real treat. One thing to do: Go when the pain isn't there!!! See you soon for new adventures… ;)

28/05/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at L’Arrosoir. This is my third visit, hoping to be won over, but unfortunately, the disappointment remains. The food doesn't live up to the location or the expected value for money. I received a tiny piece of cod for €21, barely cooked. Honestly, we make much better at home. It's the first time a restaurant has served me such poorly prepared and stingy fish for that price. We also received very small portions, even though we hadn't ordered the "anti-crisis menu"... which is almost laughable given how disappointing the quantity/price ratio is. The service, unfortunately, didn't improve matters. The waitress barely spoke to us, simply tossing the menus on the table, without even offering us water or bread. It's a real shame because the place has potential, but the overall experience absolutely does not justify the prices charged.

28/05/2026: We had lunch on the terrace today. The setting is the establishment's strong point: the terrace is nicely shaded and very pleasant, ideally located just steps from Place Stanislas. Unfortunately, the experience was spoiled by the service. The waitress who looked after us was very unfriendly: barely a greeting, and she practically threw the menus on the table. This was followed by a long wait to order drinks, and we were never offered water or bread during the meal. As for the food, the value for money is poor considering the prices on the menu. The cod was sorely lacking in flavor. As for the chicken supreme, the new potatoes were undercooked, and the promised garlic sauce didn't really taste like garlic. It's a shame about the location, but we won't be back.

18/03/2026: The setting is nice! I ordered a Meteor Triple during happy hour, which cost €8 instead of €6 as advertised on the website. I pointed this out, and they treated me like a tourist just passing through. Disappointed 😞

23/05/2026: While visiting this McDonald's with my daughter, we were greeted on the patio first by a young woman who was cleaning the tables. She said hello with a big smile, and the order at the kiosk went smoothly. Then a young man brought our order outside and was very attentive, bringing us dessert and extra napkins, all with great kindness and politeness. Many of us often complain and point out what's wrong, but today I just wanted to acknowledge these two young people from McDonald's who, with their simple smiles and kindness, brightened our day a little more.

17/05/2026: It's getting worse and worse, whether it's drive-thru or dine-in orders. Nothing is ever right, there are always excuses. They invent rules depending on the time of day. If you have the misfortune of forgetting something on your drive-thru order, they say, "We won't add it because it's busy, it's Sunday." It's too complicated, even though other times it doesn't matter. It's utter nonsense. Train your staff and teach them to be courteous to customers. It's truly unacceptable to pay such sums for meals and have them never be good. Always oversights. Anyway, I'll stop there, but frankly, it's pathetic!

26/04/2026: We were eager for them to come back from vacation because, there's no denying it, their pizzas are excellent, especially the Exotic!

24/04/2026: I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza, but it tasted like dough. They told me it was goat cheese, but it tasted more like raclette. The same thing happened with the merguez pizza I also ordered; it didn't taste like merguez at all. Very disappointing.

29/03/2026: Disappointing… I'm not used to leaving this kind of review, but I have no choice this time… We ordered two slices of tiramisu… €17… okay, it's Sunday, we're treating ourselves, so we won't hold it against them. We were eager to eat this "super" tiramisu, and then came the disappointment! It looked like anything but tiramisu… straight to the bin. And I'm really sorry for this review, but considering the price of the dessert, we would have liked to eat a real tiramisu! The goal isn't to give bad publicity, but perhaps this recipe could be improved…

11/03/2026: Superb! 🍝 Without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Nancy. The selection of pasta, cured meats, and cheeses is very varied and reasonably priced. In addition, the antipasti are excellent, and the combination of deli and restaurant is the major advantage of this stall. The dishes are varied and fresh, and you can even eat in a small, very pleasant setting in the heart of the market!

18/05/2026: There were six of us bowling, and we had to wait a little while, but that wasn't the problem. The real issue was that we were given a table for four people, but it was so small it was impossible to eat on. We had to sit at other tables, even though we saw larger tables available.

04/05/2026: Disastrous. Audrey had gone on her 30-minute break (it was 11:40 am), and there was only one person to serve me. A man cut four loaves of country bread for me (they were mushy because they were cut too hot...). We went to get Audrey, and she came back with her head dragging on the floor... what a lovely atmosphere. Avoid this store.

07/03/2026: The service wasn't great. The pizzas were awful! You pay for nothing but dough, half a mushroom on the pizza, and the tomato sauce was practically invisible. In short, avoid this place at all costs—it's a complete rip-off!

06/04/2026: Affordable, well-located (near the motorway exit), great staff! We were looking for an inexpensive hotel for a stopover between Germany and Spain. Therefore, our only requirements were that the hotel be as close as possible to a motorway exit and be as inexpensive as possible. A bonus would have been the option of having a light meal at the hotel in the evening. We found all of this at the Kyriad (we usually stay at Ibis Budget, but wanted to try something different). The price for the rooms is very good. The rooms are very basic and not very large. Admittedly, the first impression isn't great; the building with the rooms looks a bit run-down and neglected. The rooms themselves also appear to have been neglected for quite some time. The furnishings are simple but practical. The TV is larger than expected, and a kettle is also provided. The cleanliness of the rooms is a definite plus. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. The room and the bathroom are spotless. Although we had a room upstairs facing the highway, the noise level wasn't a problem, even with the window open, and we slept soundly. The bathroom is old but clean. The bathtub, which also serves as a shower, is fine. The water pressure is good, and a simple curtain works well. My father, who has limited mobility, had some trouble with the bathtub, as getting in and out wasn't easy. The stairs, without a handrail, were also a bit tricky for him. But he managed. What really stood out, however, was Regis, the employee who greeted us in the afternoon and then arranged a wonderful dinner for us after a long day. Admittedly, we only ordered a couple of simple (probably frozen) pizzas and some drinks. But Regis's friendliness and attentiveness made us feel very comfortable, and we were happy to pay the price for the pizzas and drinks. An employee like that is worth his weight in gold! After a restful night, we were delighted to find a small but well-stocked breakfast buffet. The coffee was excellent, the bread selection (croissants, baguettes, and whole-grain bread) was ample, and the choice of toppings was practical and satisfactory for us. In short: if you're looking for an affordable hotel right off the highway and don't have high expectations for luxury or aesthetics, this is a great choice.

10/03/2026: Reservation for one night from March 9th to 10th. Room 9 assigned. The bathroom has been renovated, but there is no heating and no hairdryer available. The room is extremely outdated (equipment, furniture, curtains, etc.), with no wardrobe or bedside table. A gap in the door lets in the cold air, even though it's already chilly.

20/05/2026: We went to this bakery this morning to ask about a wedding. A man greeted us… no problem, he didn't know the answer, which happens. So he asked his colleague, who gave us a very rude response! We felt like we were bothering her more than anything else! She turned her back on us to avoid answering when we asked if she knew of any bakeries in the area… moreover, when you see the state of the floor and the shop in general, it makes you wonder…

27/04/2026: I really need to replace my card machine; it's falling apart, it wastes time at checkout, and makes people have to start over three times. It's unacceptable, and then the customers complain, as always, about the staff. I'm not happy.
