02/09/2026: I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:35 PM, but no one answered. I waited 10 minutes for nothing because no one was there. I parked inside to order takeout. Once home, it was a disaster: the fries were horrible and cold. I ordered a double Whopper, which only had one patty inside, and a chicken Louisiana that was clearly microwaved and awful—the bun was rock hard, the lettuce inside was inedible, and the cheeseburger was cold with the sauce spilled outside the burger in the packaging. I am very disappointed.

23/08/2026: I ordered three kebabs today from a home delivery website: a Maxi Kebab meal (fries + drink), a Belgian kebab with fries, and a regular kebab. The order was half empty and incorrect. I received a regular kebab instead of a Maxi meal, two ridiculously empty fries, and a Belgian kebab without any sauce. None of the kebabs matched the order. Even though the order didn't cost me €200, I really felt ripped off. Very disappointed.

12/09/2026: A truly unacceptable experience. We waited 30 minutes for a simple ice cream. But the most shocking thing was the state of the restaurant: the floor was covered in papers and trash, the tables were dirty, and the dining area was completely unclean. For a chain like McDonald's, such a lack of hygiene and organization is totally unacceptable. A very bad experience.

12/09/2026: The staff were very friendly (especially the chef Carole) and attentive, the dining room was clean and the service was quick, I recommend it and I will be back!

23/08/2026: We ordered inside, and when we went to say that the order receipt hadn't arrived, the waitress gave us a very long look. She seemed more interested in asking her colleagues if their hot chocolate looked good than in serving us.

22/08/2026: Click and collect order. I paid, was asked to park in a click and collect spot, and then asked to go outside to the restaurant to scan my order to START PREPARATION!!! Can someone explain to me what the point of that is?! Another order: a 30-minute wait one evening at 9:30 PM at the McDonald's across from the barracks... even though there was no one at the register. Clearly, the drive-thru and delivery drivers always get priority. I had to get angry before they sped up and deigned to take my order. Of course, the fries were cold, and the sundae didn't even resemble a milkshake anymore. Besides becoming incredibly expensive, the quality has been steadily declining for the last 10 years. It's incomprehensible, especially when you know the owner is never around to keep an eye on things. BK and KFC are so much better organized... and I only go to McDonald's if I absolutely have to.

04/08/2026: A huge thank you! I called at 4 pm on a Saturday, requesting, somewhat last minute, a cake for 30 people to be picked up the next day at 10:30 am. Despite this very short notice, my request was accepted with great responsiveness and professionalism. The cake was not only ready on time, but it was also excellent: as beautiful as it was delicious, and it was a hit with all the guests. It's truly wonderful to be able to rely on such a helpful and efficient baker. Thank you again for your kindness and responsiveness. I highly recommend them!

19/08/2026: The saleswoman was lovely, but the chocolates were a bit less so. The shop is full of tempting sweets. The chocolate treat I was served was a little past its prime, but the Bergamot chocolates were delicious.

11/08/2026: A very good breakfast experience. The coffee is delicious and the pastry, the vanilla flan, is wonderfully smooth, all in a quiet spot on the terrace. I highly recommend it!

27/08/2026: The pizzas are excellent. I've been several times now and I'm always delighted. The welcome is incredibly warm, I recommend it 1000%!

18/09/2026: We had been to the old restaurant once, and to be honest, it was one of the worst all-you-can-eat buffets I've ever had. But the new restaurant is a really pleasant surprise! I think it stands out from many other all-you-can-eat buffets. There's a huge selection, the food is prepared right in front of you, and everything looks very clean and well-maintained. A great find, I highly recommend it! 😊

17/09/2026: This was our second visit tonight after the renovations. The first time, we tried this restaurant again after months of avoiding it because the quality wasn't there, and especially because of digestive problems. That first time after the renovations, we came during the first few days after reopening. The restaurant had completely changed its style; it was a feast for the eyes, magnificent, and the buffet was overflowing. We were amazed by the quality of the food and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tonight, we returned, and it's not the same at all. There were mistakes on the menu for several items, and the quality of the dishes didn't even make us want to try them. We did manage to find a few wines that were visually appealing, but the food was awful—we almost spat it out. We told the waitress, who didn't understand much, just smiled. "I'm sorry, but you won't see us in your restaurant again." It's a real shame to have renovated everything only to have this mediocre food again.

24/08/2026: The saleswoman was very unpleasant, spoke curtly to customers, and always refused even the smallest request. (She was of heavy build, of Hispanic type.) It's a shame because the other salespeople were lovely and very helpful.

27/05/2026: The manager condones the particularly inappropriate behavior of her clientele towards passersby near her establishment, even going so far as to openly enjoy themselves alongside them. Such an attitude, marked by an unacceptable contempt for the public, is truly scandalous and utterly unworthy of the responsibilities inherent in managing an establishment open to the public. This establishment should be banned without the slightest hesitation, as the rudeness and inappropriateness of the observed behavior reach an unacceptable level.

30/06/2026: It was great, everything was excellent. The beef noodles with sweet and sour sauce were so good! 🫶🏽

25/06/2026: Great food and attentive service. I had the spicy duck, which tasted great with Thai rice.
