08/09/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Advice for families: RUN! We came as a family just before the start of the school year, thinking we'd have a pleasant meal. What a mistake… We clearly should have taken the time to read the reviews before coming. The welcome was decent enough, no complaints there. But then, it was a complete nightmare. More than a 2.5-hour wait, even though the restaurant was far from full! And what's most surprising is that other families there were also complaining about the wait time. This really made us realize that our situation was clearly not an isolated case. On top of that, the food quality was frankly disappointing. The dishes were very underwhelming, and the value for money was definitely not there. When we complained, the delay was presented to us as something exceptional. However, after speaking with other customers there and then reading reviews, it became clear that service and wait times were unfortunately recurring issues. The most disappointing aspect was the staff's attitude: we felt that no one truly understood our dissatisfaction. And despite waiting for over two and a half hours and such a disappointing experience, no compensation was offered. At a time when everything is going up and family budgets are increasingly tight, spending money to wait for hours in a restaurant that was far from full and leaving with a mediocre meal is frankly unacceptable. Our advice to families: go elsewhere. Don't waste your money and your time. For us, that's it. A terrible experience from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs!

19/08/2026: Popped in after a terrible experience at a nearby fish restaurant, just for a quick drink and snack. The man that served us was incredibly polite and helpful.

02/09/2026: Very slow service for a McDonald's, over 10 minutes for an ice cream drive-thru in the afternoon, and there was no one in front of my car.

22/08/2026: A very nice shopping center, large, clean, and pleasant. It's a shame, however, that there aren't more shops and new stores to expand the offerings. This would bring even more vibrancy to the center.

20/08/2026: Why doesn't the shopping center install benches in a few places so people can take short breaks? Think of people with disabilities who sometimes need to take breaks because we can't stand for very long.

26/07/2026: I ordered 3 pizzas this evening, and they arrived on time. Excellent pizzas, generously topped, perfectly wood-fired cooked… everyone was friendly. Don't change a thing, you're the best!

11/07/2026: Huge disappointment when we opened the pizza boxes we bought today: the sizes have shrunk considerably! We've been coming here for delicious, generous pizzas for a very long time (since the first owners), and we accept the understandable price increases, but switching to a children's size is a major strategic mistake. Personally, we prefer to pay a little more to keep the original size. Perhaps you should offer several sizes—S, M, L—to suit all tastes and budgets. Response: Purchased in person, no mistake with the size ordered, and the pizza has a 1 cm margin around it in a 28 cm wide box, so the diameter is less than 29 cm. If this is a manufacturing "accident," then too bad for us.

The service at the counter was excellent: smiling, pleasant, and very friendly staff, both when ordering and paying 😊 It's so nice to be greeted with such good cheer! Fast, efficient, and warm service. No complaints whatsoever, I'll definitely be back! 🍦

01/09/2026: At the drive-thru, there were only two cars ahead of us, so we thought it would be quick. We placed our order and then waited almost 20 minutes before receiving it. The problem with the drive-thru is that once you're in line, you're completely stuck: one car in front, one behind, and no way to turn around or get out of the line. With a crying, impatient 15-month-old baby, this situation quickly becomes very unpleasant. After those 20 minutes, we finally got our order. We were asked to check it, which I did conscientiously. Everything seemed fine. I obviously didn't know that you also had to open each burger to check what was inside. Once we left, I realized that I had ordered a classic Chicago, but I had been given a Barbecue Chicago. I fully understand that a mistake can happen, but when you accumulate a 20-minute wait with only two cars ahead of you, being completely stuck in the Drive and, to top it all off, an error in the order, the experience is really disappointing.

23/04/2026: During a training course in Nancy, we discovered this pleasant restaurant, with a welcoming and dynamic staff, generous portions and impeccable presentation, and a high level of hygiene.

23/04/2026: Honestly, a very warm welcome, the food is top-notch! The prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: Very disappointing. The chicken salad, priced at €16, had undercooked meat and an oil-based dressing. I asked for it without tomatoes because I'm allergic, but it did contain some, hidden at the bottom. The fries were dry and reheated, and the chocolate dessert, which was very disappointing, was not refunded but charged for even though it tasted terrible. For a restaurant in such a good location, I'm very disappointed, and so is my partner.

24/08/2026: We ate at Angeluzo in Nancy. The servers were very welcoming: pleasant, helpful, and attentive. However, the quality of the food and especially the way our comment about the dessert was handled were very disappointing. My girlfriend ordered a chicken salad without tomatoes. She ended up receiving a salad with tomatoes, but we didn't say anything. I ordered a four-cheese pizza, which was unfortunately very disappointing, with several holes and no toppings. But the worst part was the dessert. I ordered a chocolate cake that was extremely dry, to the point of being frankly inedible. Even some cheap supermarket cakes are better. After only two small spoonfuls, I pointed out the problem to a waitress, who went to see her manager. The manager's response was: "It's too late, he ate too much dessert." What she clearly didn't understand is that the dessert was already very small to begin with. The two spoonfuls we ate were just a bite for me and one for my partner, simply to experience the problem together. My partner's ice cream, on the other hand, was very good. It's a real shame, because the staff's welcome was impeccable. But between the mistake with the salad, the skimpy pizza, the very poor quality chocolate cake, and especially the way our comment was handled, we were very disappointed with our experience. I strongly advise against this restaurant and we won't be returning.

20/07/2026: Contrary to the comments I've read, while the kebab was indeed very good and generously filled, one of the skewers was cooked, wrapped in plastic, and the grill was turned off (a sure recipe for bacterial growth). I'm writing this from the bathroom because I'd barely gotten home and finished eating, so you can imagine the mess. A word to the wise.

09/07/2026: Excellent durum, quality meat and a generous portion. I'm not usually full after a kebab meal, but this one was, and the service was quite fast.

30/07/2026: So when you walk into this Burger King, it smells like pee (yes, urine) because there's no other way to describe it! The cleanliness of the dining area is appalling. The poor employees are clearly understaffed... the fries are cold because the pace can't keep up for the employee working alone. Plus, my son has a terrible stomach ache tonight. I should have followed my instincts and gone to a competitor... there really needs to be a health inspection. And on top of that, it's becoming outrageously expensive for such poor quality. Never again.
