23/05/2026: While visiting this McDonald's with my daughter, we were greeted on the patio first by a young woman who was cleaning the tables. She said hello with a big smile, and the order at the kiosk went smoothly. Then a young man brought our order outside and was very attentive, bringing us dessert and extra napkins, all with great kindness and politeness. Many of us often complain and point out what's wrong, but today I just wanted to acknowledge these two young people from McDonald's who, with their simple smiles and kindness, brightened our day a little more.

17/05/2026: It's getting worse and worse, whether it's drive-thru or dine-in orders. Nothing is ever right, there are always excuses. They invent rules depending on the time of day. If you have the misfortune of forgetting something on your drive-thru order, they say, "We won't add it because it's busy, it's Sunday." It's too complicated, even though other times it doesn't matter. It's utter nonsense. Train your staff and teach them to be courteous to customers. It's truly unacceptable to pay such sums for meals and have them never be good. Always oversights. Anyway, I'll stop there, but frankly, it's pathetic!

22/07/2026: If you're looking for a good meal, look elsewhere, and if you're looking for a job, run away. Mr. Manager, the problem with this establishment is you. Your tone, your manner of speaking, and your posture are unworthy of your position. Thinking you're above others has never made a competent manager, only someone who confuses authority with contempt. Telling me, "Go outside, you can't get a signal to order, so it's your fault. Our app isn't the problem, you're the problem," in that manner isn't just clumsy: it's a deliberate lack of respect. The most serious issue remains the situation of the young employees. No employee should have to work under pressure, in fear, or in a state of humiliation. This is something we see among customers while waiting for our orders. We were all shocked. Many would quickly understand that this type of behavior isn't simply a matter of "personality," but rather methods that can be easily observed by competent authorities. A manager who behaves this way is always eventually brought down to earth, especially when they forget that respect is not optional. Total respect to the employees, particularly the young woman present this Sunday around 6 p.m., who demonstrated a level of professionalism that their manager clearly lacks. For your information: being a manager is not about dominating. It's not about humiliating. And when you're incapable of this, you don't deserve the title or the position.

04/07/2026: I am alone, without a license, I order a pizza for delivery, they don't deliver for one pizza, it's pathetic, I'm not going to order 2 pizzas just to please them, when they did it 2 months ago, I do not recommend at all.

18/03/2026: The setting is nice! I ordered a Meteor Triple during happy hour, which cost €8 instead of €6 as advertised on the website. I pointed this out, and they treated me like a tourist just passing through. Disappointed 😞

04/07/2026: À la carte menu: A bland chicken salad served in a jar... Original, but inedible... A chicken supreme that was anything but supreme and served cold... In short... a school cafeteria meal! Toul wine on the menu... unavailable... Never again!!! The place itself is still pleasant, though!

28/06/2026: We arrived at 9 pm on Sunday and were turned away, told the kitchen was closed. The terrace was almost full, and people were still having drinks. People just don't want to work anymore. So we went across the street and saw people arriving and being seated on the terrace by the same waiter who had refused us.

15/05/2026: I placed a delivery order on Wednesday evening, May 13th. I went downstairs from my building to pick it up, but the delivery driver was parked on the street and waiting for me to come out to her car. I politely asked her to at least come to the building entrance, and I still had to wait several minutes before she finally decided to move. At some point, when you're doing deliveries, you should at least do the bare minimum properly. I didn't even ask for delivery to my door: I'd already left the building to make things easier. And the worst part is the end: after paying, I said "goodbye, have a good evening," and she left without a reply, without a thank you, without any politeness. Frankly, a little respect and professionalism towards customers wouldn't hurt.

26/04/2026: We ate at this restaurant last night. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Dogs are welcome. We had a wonderful evening; I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: Disappointing… I'm not used to leaving this kind of review, but I have no choice this time… We ordered two slices of tiramisu… €17… okay, it's Sunday, we're treating ourselves, so we won't hold it against them. We were eager to eat this "super" tiramisu, and then came the disappointment! It looked like anything but tiramisu… straight to the bin. And I'm really sorry for this review, but considering the price of the dessert, we would have liked to eat a real tiramisu! The goal isn't to give bad publicity, but perhaps this recipe could be improved…

11/03/2026: Superb! 🍝 Without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Nancy. The selection of pasta, cured meats, and cheeses is very varied and reasonably priced. In addition, the antipasti are excellent, and the combination of deli and restaurant is the major advantage of this stall. The dishes are varied and fresh, and you can even eat in a small, very pleasant setting in the heart of the market!

11/07/2026: A fantastic place to spend a great evening with friends or family! The bowling alley is modern, the lanes are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly. There are also plenty of other activities like karaoke, billiards, and arcade games, offering something for everyone. The staff is welcoming and the service is efficient. I highly recommend PopKfé in Nancy for a relaxing and fun time!

28/03/2026: Passing through Nancy on a Saturday at lunchtime, it was our first time at this establishment. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. We ordered pizzas and they were quite good.

22/03/2026: The charm of a bouillon in Nancy. Small and reasonably priced, quality ingredients, quick and very friendly service. It's truly the best place to eat well at very reasonable prices: a bouillon, what else! Highly recommended if you want to eat well, simply, and cheaply: I had a Monaco cocktail as an aperitif, herring fillets and potatoes in oil as a starter, beef bourguignon and coquillettes pasta as a main course, cheese, and diced pineapple marinated in honey for dessert, all for €30.10.

06/07/2026: I had to wait 30 minutes for a Nutella crepe! The service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn't busy, and the student who was there didn't even smile, as if she didn't want to be there! The tables were dirty, and I only got a tiny bit of Nutella on my €3.90 crepe… I won't be back!

30/06/2026: A very bad experience on my last visit. Despite announcing my arrival, I had to wait several minutes before anyone attended to me. I was simply ignored. When my order was finally taken, the person in the short-sleeved shirt who served me was extremely unpleasant, very rude, and on several occasions bordered on aggressive. Their attitude was completely unprofessional. I ordered the set menu including a coffee and a pastry. This same person told me to choose a pastry from behind the counter. Once I had made my choice, they informed me that it wasn't actually included in the set menu and tried to charge me extra. They even added, in a haughty tone, that "it's still cheaper than a baguette." I simply pointed out to him that he himself had told me where to choose my pastry and that I therefore didn't understand why I should have to bear the brunt of this mistake. I then refused to take it. He replied that since I had touched the pastry, it could no longer be put back on sale. I can understand this hygiene rule, but it wasn't my responsibility to take the blame for a lack of organization for which I wasn't responsible. His reaction was particularly inappropriate: he grabbed the pastry abruptly, opened the trash can right in front of me, and threw it in violently, before concluding curtly with, "That's enough, go on." Such behavior towards a customer is unacceptable and has no place in an establishment open to the public. I hope that management will take this situation seriously. A report will be filed with the relevant authorities so that these events are brought to their attention.

17/07/2026: I read the reviews and I laugh… people love to complain about trivial things… Top-notch pizzeria! It's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza. As a big eater, I was stuffed. I highly recommend it!
