07/07/2026: Hello everyone, as promised, I'm back with more adventures :) , and quite an adventure at that… The quality of the products is excellent, especially the "epoca" baguette… The idiot, still at his post, is getting increasingly unruly with the customers: bad-tempered and ungrateful to boot… But, a new development, he's trying to shift the blame onto his colleagues, the aim of this maneuver: to hide his incompetence! It's regrettable, because it tarnishes the bakery's image for ONE person. Yum yum.

04/06/2026: The Grand Siècle baguette and the rye bread are excellent. Good bakery, the saleswomen are friendly.

20/05/2026: We went to this bakery this morning to ask about a wedding. A man greeted us… no problem, he didn't know the answer, which happens. So he asked his colleague, who gave us a very rude response! We felt like we were bothering her more than anything else! She turned her back on us to avoid answering when we asked if she knew of any bakeries in the area… moreover, when you see the state of the floor and the shop in general, it makes you wonder…

27/04/2026: I really need to replace my card machine; it's falling apart, it wastes time at checkout, and makes people have to start over three times. It's unacceptable, and then the customers complain, as always, about the staff. I'm not happy.

25/07/2026: Beware of parking scams! When I arrived, the parking lot barriers were open. I pointed out upon arrival that I didn't have a ticket. The Popkfe attendant replied that it happens sometimes, as they're doing maintenance... just ring the bell when you leave and they'll open it for you. No 3 or 6-hour pass was available since I didn't have a ticket. When it was time to leave, I got a big surprise. I rang the bell, and they asked, "What time did you arrive?" I gave them an approximate time, and they said, "That's so much..." I should mention that I spent the afternoon at Popkfe, where I left nearly €80, and that they offer 6-hour passes for customers. The response: no ticket, no pass. As a result, I paid almost €8 extra on top of the cost of the activities. I couldn't care less about the €8, having left ten times that amount inside, but the principle of not giving you a ticket and charging you full price seems outrageous and like a scam. Supermarkets don't charge their customers for parking...

04/07/2026: A loyal customer for years for their bread, the quality of their baguettes has deteriorated. They're good sometimes, then inedible: the crumb isn't risen, the crust is rubbery and bland, there's no taste at all, nothing like the good baguettes I've come to expect. This is unacceptable. Has there been a change in staff?

29/06/2026: Visit during a heatwave: the temperature in the shop was extremely high. Customers felt no effective air conditioning, making the experience uncomfortable and raising questions about the working conditions of staff in the heat.

13/04/2026: It was a disaster for the atmosphere: it was impossible to hear anything because the children were screaming, so it's no wonder they forgot a kebab on my order. As for the meals, I don't know what wasn't fresh, but my partner and I were both sick during the night (I'll spare you the details).

18/04/2026: A pizzeria with an Italian flair. The owner and his staff are incredibly kind. The Lambrusco is perfect, and the goat cheese pizza is my favorite. Special mention to the chocolate pizza for dessert. Thank you!

27/03/2026: Unacceptable and shameful!! I ordered a Sprite, and was served a flat lemonade for €4.50. I simply pointed out that the drink wasn't sparkling, and the owner immediately reacted aggressively and contemptuously. Inappropriate remarks in front of everyone, a condescending tone, and gratuitous judgments despite not knowing me at all ("I know you, you're never happy" — completely false). No sense of customer service, no respect for the customer. An arrogant and inappropriate attitude from beginning to end. We obviously left without eating. Unacceptable behavior for a professional. Such behavior is shameful and scandalous. Avoid at all costs.

21/04/2026: My favorite fast food place in town. I'm eagerly awaiting its reopening. I really miss the Dallas sauce, and I can't find it at that other place...

05/03/2026: Fantastic! Great burgers, fresh meat, and generous toppings. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend it! A great place in Nancy.

06/07/2026: Delivery arrived fairly quickly, however the products were of poor quality. Three of us ordered and we all felt nauseous afterwards... moreover, it really wasn't very good... Sorry.

28/05/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and found a huge hair in my food (I was wearing a satin beanie, so no, it wasn't mine). Even if it wasn't intentional, you have to be very careful because it's not hygienic at all. Half of my meal ended up in the bin.

04/06/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and located in a noisy area next to an industrial park. The photos are misleading and border on fraudulent. Therefore, I cannot understand the other positive reviews. Even though we could no longer cancel, we left immediately and found somewhere else.

30/05/2026: The rooms were very old and poorly maintained! The air conditioning didn't work, and it was 30°C outside. No espresso at breakfast! And not even a discount on the bill! There were 10 of us… Quite noisy due to the proximity to the road.

06/03/2026: All-you-can-eat buffet, lots of Asian choices (spring rolls, ravioli, sushi...), French (sausage, steak, various salads, cheeses, fries, shellfish....).

23/01/2026: In the middle of my meal, when I went to have dessert, a cockroach appeared on the buffet.

08/07/2026: I only had the chicken legs myself; they were tasty in themselves, just not very warm. The rest indicates that the fries weren't very tasty. The burgers and milkshakes, on the other hand, were good. As for the atmosphere, it is a fast-food restaurant, of course, and located right next to the highway. So, not very cozy. Not all the staff were equally friendly, and getting an extra straw wasn't possible. It wasn't very busy here, and you can use the toilet for free. So, a fine stopover, but don't expect culinary masterpieces.

10/04/2026: We ran into the manager (gray-haired), and let me tell you, we weren't disappointed by the welcome—it was catastrophic and completely unprofessional. The waffle was passable; you can find better ones at Place Stanislas for the same price.
