03/09/2024: Requested meal served quickly on this point everything was perfect, we took 2 daily specials because we were in a hurry. 2 veal blanquette We are served lukewarm and almost edible!! The dish definitely reheated several times it was dry and without any flavor. I wanted to try this fast food restaurant once again but I admit that this confirms the mediocrity of the kitchen of this establishment.

30/08/2024: Test lunch and dinner Simple à la carte restaurant, which offers... Reasonable average price and within the norm For having taken 3 dishes.... The charcuterie board to share...well stocked I recommend as a good starter for two...downside the little bit of celophane found... The pizza was excellent dough and toppings... Beef lasagna...served on a plate, overcooked and therefore somewhat dry and the gratinée blackened... Pleasant atmosphere in the evening... but super noisy at lunchtime... Very pleasant young waiter However, it remains the best restaurant in the shopping mall.

17/09/2024: I was their only customer and I was refused to take my order at the checkout because "you have to go through the terminal"! There is clearly a problem in this story, especially since there is a card at the checkout and the payment terminal...

17/09/2024: Burger received half eaten. The soda wasn't full. I ordered old fashioned fries, obviously I received smashed potatoes. On the other hand, big mention to the lady who cleaned, everything was splendidly clean.

27/12/2023: Première pizza commandé hier soir avec Deliveroo et elle est arrivée super rapidement. Et était très chaude j'en revenais pas car d'habitude avec d'autres pizzerias c'est limite froid. En plus j'ai aimé qu'il y ai dans la boîte une sauce pimenté car j'avais oublié de l'a demandé. Elle était délicieuse. Et était très bien emballée avec un Scotch pour éviter qu'elle ne s'ouvre sur le devant.

03/09/2024: Very nice place with beautiful exteriors… but that’s it… Came for a birthday (30 people anyway), we were treated to grilled meats, fries and a salad buffet (basic and minimalist) for €28 excluding drinks in a very kitschy decor. But above all a cold welcome, never a smile or thank you from the boss. The waitress does her best though, courage to her! In short, 1st and last time… too bad, it would make a great address

05/09/2024: Ahhhhlala... Where to start... So just to put you in context, 14 of us went there with friends. We said to ourselves that it should be pretty good coming from Strasbourg karting, we hadn't had a good experience. Come on, we'll describe the place to you: - The welcome was cold and as soon as we arrived we were left in a room for a really long time with nothing and no one. - The food is really disgusting I don't think there are any other words I just asked for a kind of chicken panini how can you miss that?! It was cold, the bread was wet and it stank, in short it was frozen and reheated in the microwave that even a dog would refuse to eat. - As said above, yes, 14 of us came and we all took the 55€ formula which gives us: 770€ for our session without counting the drinks, food and so-called obligatory hood, but anyway... Before we go paying naturally we asked if we could have had a small price or just a free can. Obviously this was refused. - Ahhhh the so-called compulsory balaclavas which you obviously have to pay for, except that a bin of charlottes was at the back of the room near the track but obviously no no there are more charlottes.. - But despite everything we had a lot of fun on the karts... Mhhh well no. They are clearly not reliable. Major engine problems caused our karts to cut off in the middle of the track which obviously could lead to huge crashes in addition to putting our lives in danger, their excuses were obviously a "bottom of tank" thing. hold a session for almost 800€ and they give us tank bottoms... Obviously you will say to yourself that the karts are the same anyway... Well no! Some are much better than others in terms of handling, braking and handling. Then don't pay too much attention to the twisted steering wheel, it's for aerodynamics as they say... - The general atmosphere is zero and probably as empty as these famous vats And without forgetting the medal ceremony ahhh but yes, medals are still important!! And the first had exactly the same medals as the 3rd, I didn't know that you had to pay 3000€ at 14 to maybe have the right to a cup for 5€ Seriously, between the staff and the person who manages this bike garage, we should seriously think about doing a big clean-up.

18/09/2024: Très beau restaurant, belle déco, propre et bien tenu ! Accueil et service charmant et prévenant. Les pâtes aux truffes sont très bonnes! Les pizza et salades aussi! Je recommande

29/08/2024: Le cookie au daim est trop dur ,le chocolat chaud gourmand a trop de chantilly ,le chocolat chaud gourmand est trop sucré ,le panini un peu trop dur et trop cuit et dès que j'ai rerangé le panini ,le papier s'est déchiré donc quelques améliorations a faire sinon de temps en prendre un sa passe

29/08/2024: The Charles 3 is a very pleasant place to go for a drink or even to eat I've been coming here for almost 7 years, I've seen this place develop and I've never been disappointed, the quality of the drinks is always at the top, the catering side, frankly, they quickly found their identity and we put in place place a quality standard 😁 the prices are reasonable given the quality of the products offered in their dishes as well as on the bar side. the employees do a good job, they are generally smiling even if some should question certain ways of speaking to customers or making jokes in bad taste which are not done in business. but fortunately the whole team is great and their boss is at the top, listening to his employees as well as the customer, he can be proud of what he has created and of what their companies have become since the creation of the Charles 3 👍👍 If you are looking for a place to go for a quick aperitif with friends or have a nice restaurant, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

15/11/2024: Une nouvelle équipe que donne le meilleure d’elle-même pour proposer une cuisine très attrayante d’un excellent rapport-qualité prix. Entrée- plat-dessert pour 29 € seulement ! J’ignore si ce tarif va perdurer, mais il est prudent de se dépêcher d’y aller. De plus, la salle est spacieuse, les sièges confortables et l’acoustique est bonne. Bref, la concurrence rue Bersot à du souci à se faire :-)

24/07/2024: I ordered savory and sweet plates for a starter and I was not disappointed: both in terms of quantity and quality, the results were up to par and the guests were delighted! 👍 special mention to the plates of brownies which were a hit for dessert. 😊
