The salesperson and a store manager immediately offered to sell it to us for €1,000. We simply asked for an hour so he could go and measure our patio. To avoid going back, I tried calling him at the number he had given me. After at least an hour on the phone, the nightmare began. I spoke to no fewer than six different people. - A very unpleasant first person. - A second person who sighed at my questions about the Carrefour payment card. - A third person who was condescending and refused to put me in touch with the right person in the department. - A fourth person from customer service who made it clear I was bothering him and simply hung up on me. I ended up having to go there in person. The next day I went to pick up my pergola, and the salesperson told us, "Oh no, it was sold yesterday morning." I immediately asked a manager and a Mr. Poirot to come over, and we found a solution. One week after the pergola was delivered, during assembly, many parts were missing, and no fewer than 16 louvered slats had significant quality issues. I decided to contact Carrefour and spoke to a manager, Ms. Sabine. Frankly, I got the same feeling of being bored and even felt like I was lying, even though I had sent her photos. She replied, "I'm surprised, I've never had such a problem." Yet, on the brand's website, there are an impressive number of comments similar to my problem. 17/08/2026: We came to PopKfé today and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. First of all, the game prices are quite high (€20 for 13 tokens), which is already a significant amount. But more importantly, several problems piled up. For example, we received mayonnaise with an expiration date of June 9th, even though it was August 17th. The fries were eventually replaced, but we found it rather concerning. As for drinks, I ordered an iced tea for €5 that contained so much syrup it was practically undrinkable. Furthermore, several machines were out of order. A slot machine with a projector on the playing surface malfunctioned completely: I was getting goals even though I wasn't playing, so we couldn't play the game. We were thankfully refunded for the token, but there was no sign indicating the problem, even though we were later told that the malfunction was known. We also tried the game where you throw balls at clowns: the middle row wouldn't retract, making the game impossible. Finally, we were quite surprised by the number of machines that were off or out of order, especially the Mario Kart racing simulators. In total, we found about six or seven machines unavailable. We completely understand that breakdowns can happen; it's a given. But when they accumulate and a significant number of machines are inaccessible, it becomes a real shame, especially considering the price of the games. It's all the more disappointing because we really like PopKfé and come regularly. As young people, it's a place we particularly enjoy, but this time, we definitely left disappointed. I hope these problems will be resolved quickly, because we'd like to be able to get back to the experience we're used to.

01/06/2026: One star is already too much for the disastrous experience we had. The man who served us was very irritable and disrespectful, making snide remarks throughout the meal. There were six of us, and we all said hello, but not a single greeting was returned. There were no side dishes at the table. He made unpleasant comments to make us feel uncomfortable throughout the meal (especially the women), even the younger ones. We didn't have time to look at the menu; we were expected to choose as soon as we sat down, and by choosing, we were clearly bothering him. He even had the nerve to scold my 74-year-old grandmother because her chair was wobbly. We were subjected to things like "in your dreams," "you should have read the menu," and "hurry up." In short, don't trust the positive reviews because out of six of us, none of us have a good memory of this restaurant, and we will never set foot in it again. Honestly, you can find couscous that's just as good, or even better, elsewhere because the sauce had absolutely no flavor. We remained polite and smiling throughout the meal despite this, because we overlooked it, but it was a huge lack of professionalism; we were shocked. There were stains on all the seating, the cushions, even the tablecloth. We left and it smelled musty. There were so many things wrong that I can't even write them all down.

01/06/2026: I'm always satisfied. Every time I go, I receive excellent service. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy the couscous; it's top-notch. The cook is excellent. I highly recommend it! 🥰👏👏👏

04/07/2026: I am alone, without a license, I order a pizza for delivery, they don't deliver for one pizza, it's pathetic, I'm not going to order 2 pizzas just to please them, when they did it 2 months ago, I do not recommend at all.
