29/08/2024: This Mac Donald is a shame, a large fries that turn into small fries and a missing royal deluxe... and of course it's a delivery order so I'm a liar. And this isn't the first time!

10/11/2024: Shameful for such a place it's dirty cobweb on the ceiling exhibition of chairs and pouffes on top of each other on the view from the floor the glasses just rinsed arrive wet and still dirty, a drill above a furniture and not to mention the plastic tablecloths torn out in short place stan such a place it's a shame.

03/09/2024: Requested meal served quickly on this point everything was perfect, we took 2 daily specials because we were in a hurry. 2 veal blanquette We are served lukewarm and almost edible!! The dish definitely reheated several times it was dry and without any flavor. I wanted to try this fast food restaurant once again but I admit that this confirms the mediocrity of the kitchen of this establishment.

30/08/2024: Test lunch and dinner Simple à la carte restaurant, which offers... Reasonable average price and within the norm For having taken 3 dishes.... The charcuterie board to share...well stocked I recommend as a good starter for two...downside the little bit of celophane found... The pizza was excellent dough and toppings... Beef lasagna...served on a plate, overcooked and therefore somewhat dry and the gratinée blackened... Pleasant atmosphere in the evening... but super noisy at lunchtime... Very pleasant young waiter However, it remains the best restaurant in the shopping mall.

24/09/2024: 09/19 8 p.m. 8:30 p.m. ESP95 I have never seen this Being half insulted by the manager because I ask the simple question: when is my order ready? (after 40 minutes of waiting...) To end up having half of the order mixed up with another customer.. then an error in the order... Truly an incapable manager and overwhelmed by a drop of water; No hello, not friendly, dodging when called, no communication with customers, in short... Tell several customers: “It’s like that and not otherwise, don’t come back if you’re not happy, we don’t need people like you” We are far from the restaurant's motto! Coming from a manager it's still shameful... when will he leave? 1 star is already too much for this person. A complaint email is sent for this unacceptable behavior. Being in business I don't understand such an attitude. At this price, clearly, go opposite, you will have time to eat twice and without being insulted that you will not be served in this McDonald's. As long as this person is in office, I will not return to this McDonald's. And what about hygiene? Zero hair/beard nets, dirty floors, no soap in the toilets! 06/12/2024: In France, catering establishments and drinking establishments, including Liège waffle shops, are required to provide free drinking water to their customers on request12. This means that if a customer asks for water, you must provide it at no extra cost. Which was not the case today. We were offered plastic water bottles. Otherwise the waffles are good, nothing to say about that. Hence my rating of 5 out of 5 in the kitchen

28/07/2024: Flee this bakery, since the takeover by BUSSELOT, everything has become catastrophic. I went there on Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m., there were 3 baguettes on the shelf, dry pastries and faded pastries. The pains au chocolat that I had are super salty and dry. It no longer has anything to do with the old bakery which was excellent. Too bad for this neighborhood

27/07/2024: Nothing more to do with the old management... we have given the chance several times since the change of ownership but ultimately the duration does not seem to be doing its job. No more bread, no more pastries at 9:30 in the morning... nothing heating in the ovens... three pieces of flan fighting a duel to try to fill a more than empty window... Waitresses who are deprived of not being able to offer products to customers... What a shame, it's deplorable. Looking forward to a change of ownership…

05/09/2024: Ahhhhlala... Where to start... So just to put you in context, 14 of us went there with friends. We said to ourselves that it should be pretty good coming from Strasbourg karting, we hadn't had a good experience. Come on, we'll describe the place to you: - The welcome was cold and as soon as we arrived we were left in a room for a really long time with nothing and no one. - The food is really disgusting I don't think there are any other words I just asked for a kind of chicken panini how can you miss that?! It was cold, the bread was wet and it stank, in short it was frozen and reheated in the microwave that even a dog would refuse to eat. - As said above, yes, 14 of us came and we all took the 55€ formula which gives us: 770€ for our session without counting the drinks, food and so-called obligatory hood, but anyway... Before we go paying naturally we asked if we could have had a small price or just a free can. Obviously this was refused. - Ahhhh the so-called compulsory balaclavas which you obviously have to pay for, except that a bin of charlottes was at the back of the room near the track but obviously no no there are more charlottes.. - But despite everything we had a lot of fun on the karts... Mhhh well no. They are clearly not reliable. Major engine problems caused our karts to cut off in the middle of the track which obviously could lead to huge crashes in addition to putting our lives in danger, their excuses were obviously a "bottom of tank" thing. hold a session for almost 800€ and they give us tank bottoms... Obviously you will say to yourself that the karts are the same anyway... Well no! Some are much better than others in terms of handling, braking and handling. 14/09/2024: How to remain courteous when over there, courtesy is apparently not appropriate. However, as an educated person I will remain so (to the detriment of some) First of all, the map is not up to date. Accompaniments changed and dishes removed. Second, uncooked dishes like pizza dough and eggs (long live salmonella). Third, sideways glances and low words. Fourth, prices incorrectly indicated on the map. And when we make this remark we take a “learn to read a map to the end” Fifth, after sharing our feelings about the welcome. She told us that they were busy (with no more than 10 tables this evening, I sincerely hope for them that they are never full) with an extra "start working before" certainly a priori on our age (at least we have youth) while everyone is in active life. Sixth, no apologies made on their part for every problem. In conclusion, I strongly invite you to flee, only for your stomachs but also for your savings. To achieve such a lack of professionalism you have to ask yourself serious questions and consider a change of profession without human contact.

14/09/2024: TO FLEE!!!!!! This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life... First, the menu is not up to date and the dark-haired waitress was extremely unpleasant. When we ask to have vegetables with meat, this waitress blows and tells us that it will be complicated... even though it is offered on the menu and in the end they served us these vegetables. Some pizzas are not available and above all all our calzones were UNCOOKED and COLD (SUPPORTING PHOTO: you can see that the dough is still raw just like the egg, and certain pieces of ham and mushrooms… yum !). The worst part was clearly the service. First, when I told the waitress that my pizza was not cooked, she offered me no apology or empathy and explained to me that “this is completely normal for a closed pizza »… At the end, when paying, we pointed out to the elderly waitress with black hair that we had been very poorly received, to which she replied "you know, we have a lot of customers so it's normal" with no empathy and a haughty tone. And also complain about having customers… I point out to her that she doesn't show sympathy and that she imposes her stress and her mood on the clients, to which she replies "just work already and then you'll see what it's like"... Luckily all the Active French people do not reason with such little intelligence. Finally, the prices charged were different from those displayed, and this same waitress replied “learn to read to the end”. If the management of the establishment reads this comment, is this the policy and the atmosphere that you want to give to your customers? If you are a future customer, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money going here!!!!
