07/11/2025: Delivery customers. We pray every time to find Jean. What can I say... A gem, if not more. Courteous, easygoing, and patient. From our conversations, we know he's supposed to be retired, but keep fighting to keep him from retiring! :) He's the kind of colleague who makes you want to go back again and again. Looking forward to recommending him so we can see him again. Well done to him, and Jean, don't change a thing!

06/09/2025: This might be the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. Everything is just perfect, it’s a place I could come to every day. The owner and his wife are very kind, and the staff are the same way.

08/07/2025: I'm a little put off by the hygiene of the products. We see flies and wasps on the raisin bread and cookies. Plus, with the heat, there can be fly eggs, which can cause worms. If we look at the cleanliness, it doesn't make us want to go back.

02/02/2026: A perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful. The room was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable.

27/12/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dish I was served was completely different from what I had ordered. When I pointed this out, the waiter insisted the mistake was mine, even though everyone at my table clearly heard my order. I should mention that I don't eat meat, so I know perfectly well what I'm ordering and what I'm consuming; there was absolutely no room for ambiguity. Instead of checking or trying to find a solution, he stuck to his story. As a result, I had to swap dishes with someone else at the table just to get something to eat, which is simply unacceptable in an establishment that claims to be professional. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Here, there was no listening, no consideration for the customer, and no professionalism. I do not recommend it.

02/12/2025: From the welcome to the meal, including the cake and the shop, everything was perfect! A truly joyful moment shared with family, in an atmosphere that invites you to peacefully escape. A wonderful place to discover and recommend without hesitation!

22/11/2025: Having spent a weekend near Gouvieux, I stumbled upon this shop while looking for somewhere to charge my completely dead phone. The owner is lovely! My mother had a delicious banana cake that was perfect!! I highly recommend this shop and thank you for your kindness!

12/11/2025: Perhaps it was because it was November 11th that the quality wasn't there... The food was mediocre; I ordered a simple, runny omelet with chorizo, which arrived well-cooked but without any chorizo... The Kir as an aperitif was undrinkable. The bill was unclear, with no itemized items and no gesture of goodwill. I won't be back.

16/01/2026: In response to Sébastien Jaouen... What a sad life you must lead to come and denigrate a small, traditional restaurant where everything is homemade in 50 lines. Where dishes are carefully prepared every day with fresh, local products... Chipped plates? So what? Our plates are very beautiful and expensive, high quality, so if there's a small chip and no risk of injuring the customer, we keep them. That's just how we are...sorry for being a bit of an environmentalist. The bread? That must have been the kitchen trainee, I think. But what kind of idea is it to ask someone from the kitchen to bring you bread or wine?! The waitresses are there for that...everyone has their job, you see? The dry terrine, the meat, the deplorable service, the cutlery, the glasses...how is it that when you paid you didn't mention any of that? What hypocrisy, what bad faith! Instead of saying it to someone's face, you sit down at your computer, put on your glasses, and rub your hands together to churn out a 50-line review? Pathetic... It's the same if one piece of meat is well-done and the other rare; the size won't be the same. In this matter, you're the one showing your amateurishness... I'm not going to waste any more time replying to you. Just our €29 menu with fresh, local products—I challenge you to find better value for money in the area. After all, eating at "Au Bureau" or "Shamrock" and giving them 5 stars when you know everything comes from Brake or Pomona, or is frozen, makes you wonder if the problem is you and your lack of discernment. We are a REAL restaurant, and you're clearly not used to that... That's the problem! Go to "Les 3 Brasseurs" or "Del Arte" and give them 5 stars... No, sincerely.

11/12/2025: This was my second visit to this establishment, and just like the first time, I wasn't disappointed. The products were fresh and of high quality, and the service was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend it.
