01/05/2026: We'd been sitting there for 15 minutes, arms raised, while the waiter on the terrace pretended not to notice us as he cleaned tables to avoid serving us. We ended up eating on the terrace next door.

31/01/2026: Everyone was friendly, the music was good, and the service was great; we had a fantastic evening. The best place to unwind in Banyouls in the evening.

21/01/2026: Shocking experience. Yes, check-out is at 11:00 AM, but at 11:20 AM, the owner himself came straight from our room to get us and kick us out. No waiting, no consideration. I've never seen anything like it in my life. On top of that, absolutely no manners: no hello, no goodbye, whether he knocked on the door or called the phone. I've never seen such a lack of respect for guests. On the other hand, a major drawback: you absolutely must be at the hotel before 9:00 PM, otherwise you simply won't get your key to sleep. The only advantage of this hotel is the free parking. This hotel should be avoided, especially when there are much better options in the area, with a minimum of professionalism and courtesy.

22/10/2025: It may be very good but we couldn't taste anything under the pretext that it wasn't yet 2:30 p.m. for "the set menu"...???? Restaurant almost empty, window full to bursting with pastries but no, they couldn't serve us a coffee and a sweet😡PATHETIC....

18/10/2025: €7 for a slice of tart? That's outrageous in our opinion... Otherwise, a very nice atmosphere.

03/05/2026: Memorable meal, a hysterical owner who yells at her customers! There were 12 of us, the wait was incredibly long, so we were split into two tables, but we couldn't eat at the same time 🤔 We had two seatings; one group started when the other had finished. We were told to come at 7:30 pm and were served an hour later. Unprofessional, unpleasant, she complained when we ordered a salad for €8, even though it was on the menu. In short, we were just passing through, and we won't be going back!!!

03/05/2026: A very good little mountain restaurant. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. The service is good and has a family atmosphere; there were 11 of us and we were very warmly welcomed and served. The owner is friendly but doesn't let herself be pushed around (and rightly so when faced with disrespectful customers).

The conveyor belt is constantly restocked with original new items you won't find anywhere else. A different surprise every time you pass by, making the experience even more enjoyable! Whether you're a fan of sushi, maki, or other Japanese specialties, this is clearly the perfect place to indulge without ever getting bored. And on top of all that, the staff is lovely, always smiling and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for all Japanese food lovers!

29/03/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The food selection is limited, the dishes aren't hot, and as for hygiene...🤢

14/04/2026: The manager was unpleasant, not even a hello. Hygiene is questionable as we had cold, soggy fries. The children's play area has been closed for a long time.

14/04/2026: Getting worse and worse! The manager (of African descent) speaks to people disrespectfully, never saying hello, please, or thank you! The games are always closed! The food is cold, and there's a complete lack of hygiene, both in the dining area and the restrooms! It's a disgrace... This is the only McDonald's in this state! The managers and supervisors need to take a hard look at themselves!

27/04/2026: The rooms are nice and renovated. But ours was noisy; we could hear everything: the shower upstairs, the phone from the neighboring Lachambreauxetoiles, the hallway, the outside… I'm quite sensitive to noise, which amplified the problem. Someone with more sunshine would probably notice it less. The service was very welcoming, breakfast was okay, and the pool was nice and heated. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach.

26/04/2026: The hotel is very well located, with parking 100m away. The staff are very attentive and offer good advice on nearby restaurants.

10/05/2026: Order placed at the drive-thru, at the menu price, we didn't even get the drink we asked for.

22/02/2026: The prices are relatively reasonable, but the welcome from one of the waiters was not very pleasant; there was no politeness or friendliness from this waiter, which is a real shame because it remains a nice bar, but the nonchalance of this waiter dampened the charm of the place.

27/04/2026: Hello, I only stayed one night at this hotel, but the staff were welcoming, and the premises and rooms were very clean. The parking is also very convenient for parking nearby and safely.

26/04/2026: €4.50 for a frappé that was just a cold coffee with an ice cube. Awful, expensive, and the service needs improvement. Even having a drink is a struggle, so I can't imagine what their food is like... Stay far away from this restaurant!

14/03/2026: A pastry shop that offers visual delight and more. During my visit to Ceret, I had the opportunity to sample some of their pastries, including the pistachio donut, which was excellent. My friend said the pain au chocolat was good. As for my lemon macaron, it had an exceptional flavor—smooth and very thick. Unfortunately, after just one bite, the macaron was crumbly... a disappointment; more than half of it ended up on the floor.
