04/08/2026: As a long-time customer, I have never been disappointed by the quality of the sushi or the buffet. The price is also very reasonable for what's on offer. However, I must revise my previous 5-star rating because the customer experience is no longer satisfactory. In the middle of summer, the air conditioning wasn't turned on at the start of service. Arriving around 12:15 pm, it wasn't activated until around 1 pm, while we were all sweating inside. In a restaurant, it's not normal to be hot and sweating while sitting still... and yet we were suffocating. This also makes me worry about the sushi on the conveyor belt, which is supposed to stay cool. With this awful heat, if it gets spoiled and a customer gets sick, it will be a disaster. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed to become a restaurant with exceptional quality in every respect.

Combining authenticity and generosity, here's my experience: 🇮🇹 What We Loved (The Positives) • The Quality of the Products: This is the restaurant's strong point. The ingredients are fresh, carefully sourced, and you can taste it from the first bite. The Italian cured meats and cheeses are remarkably refined. • The Mastery of Pizzas: The dough is light, airy, and perfectly cooked in a wood-fired oven. These are far from mass-produced pizzas; here, tradition is respected. • The Setting: The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor, making it a very pleasant place for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. 🧊 The downside (The welcome) • The service: This is unfortunately where things fell short. While the meal itself was flawless, the waitress's attitude created a bit of a chill. The welcome was rather distant, even icy, sorely lacking the smile and warmth one expects in an establishment with Mediterranean flavors. At times, you get the feeling you're "bothering" them, which contrasts sharply with the generous portions. 📋 Conclusion Overall rating: 4/5 Donatella is an excellent restaurant for the taste buds. 09/06/2026: Food was quite cheap and not too bad although the salad that came with my meal was gross. We rode the yellow train to the town and there weren’t many restaurants open. I’d say our experience was very nice except the food could have been a bit better. It was a great place for a beer or a coffee. The menu was small but we were all able to find something to eat. Our service was excellent!

06/06/2026: A traditional French pub. Friendly, good, and not expensive. You can sit comfortably on the terrace, and the locals come here for a drink too. Always a good sign

01/05/2026: New owners, everything has changed, terrible service, we hadn't even had our coffee before they took away our water glasses and carafe, the food was bad, what a disappointment, this restaurant used to be so good and pleasant, I was a loyal customer but I will not be back.

25/03/2026: Disappointed... The sushi (California salmon and cheese) was too big; I had to cut it in half to be able to eat it. And the coral salmon and cheese maki (more expensive than the others) had such thin salmon that you could see the rice through it, so there was no flavor. I ate more rice than anything else. Frankly, it was expensive for what it was. The gentleman at the counter was nice, but overall, I won't be going back.

23/07/2026: Very fast service, wide menu selection, prices in line with those for a tourist town like Arles. The tuna steak is excellent.

05/08/2026: I wanted to eat a McDonald's sandwich, but someone in a really bad mood wouldn't give it to us. McDonald's closes at 3 a.m., so it's normal to get my sandwich at 2 a.m.

04/08/2026: We have been customers of this restaurant for a long time and, until now, we had very little to complain about. However, we were very disappointed by what happened in the last few days. Last week, we ordered takeout meals. When we got home, we noticed that two Spider-Man figurines were missing from the large meals. The next day, I went back to the restaurant to report it and was told I had to call, which I found unfair. Yesterday, the same problem happened to my son. I tried calling immediately, but no one answered. This morning, I called again and explained the situation; the person on the phone assured me that there was no problem and that the figurines would be set aside. So I went to pick them up today around 6 p.m., and was finally told that they didn't have my name and that "a lot of people were doing the same thing." I found this remark very inappropriate, as if our honesty was being questioned. This is the first time we've encountered this situation. We paid for these meals, and the figurines were included in the offer. I would simply like the manager to take the time to explain the situation and to give us back the figurines that were paid for with the meals. It's a shame, because this kind of problem gives a bad impression of an establishment we had previously been satisfied with.

16/08/2026: We went there just to have a drink. It was nice.

15/08/2026: We came with friends for a drink. The welcome was super friendly, Marie was fantastic, smiling and pleasant. We stayed for dinner and were disappointed. The mussels marinière had no sauce, were dry, and hadn't been cleaned—still with seaweed. Frankly, they need to be re-evaluated. The chicken was poor quality, although the morel sauce was quite good. The staff should put in more effort; claiming they use fresh products is a lie. The drinking glasses were sticky and poorly cleaned. The toilets are located behind the kitchen, and when you see the overall state of the kitchen, which is truly deplorable, it doesn't make you want to return.

31/07/2026: A breakfast is €7.10 and a set menu is €3.10, but an orange juice will cost you €4. Be careful with the set menus. During service, they forgot one of our set menus, and when it came time to pay, they told me they'd sort it out with a big smile. I just paid the regular price. Two stars for the nice setting.

21/07/2026: The bread was very good. The pizzas were great, the sandwiches were also great and both were generously filled. The cakes were very good. I recommend it.

27/01/2026: A taste of Spain while staying at this hotel. Very good value for money, spacious room with a terrace. Very friendly staff. Located between the sea and the mountains. The only downside was the lack of politeness from some noisy guests, despite the helpful signs and the staff's vigilance.

02/12/2025: A highly recommended hotel and restaurant. Warm welcome, and pets are welcome (a small, understandable surcharge applies). Beautiful, very clean room with a spacious bathroom (including a toilet). We were lucky enough to book a Moroccan evening: a delicious couscous with vegetables, chickpeas, and three meats, mint tea, pastries, and a high-quality dance performance. A superb evening and night in a hotel reminiscent of the Spanish countryside before the motorway! However, upon our return, we stayed in the same room (which we were very happy with) but the meal was disappointing.
