22/12/2025: Honestly, the service is awful. The managers are unpleasant, and I even wonder if they maintain hygiene standards. The employees are mistreated. This is the first and last time I'll ever go there. Considering the prices, the quality is nonexistent! Avoid at all costs! I love their food, and I'm so disappointed.

Special mention goes to Dessislava, a highly professional waitress: smiling, efficient, attentive, and always very elegant in her service. She clearly contributes to the quality and image of the establishment. I recommend it without hesitation.

27/08/2024: The welcome was friendly as was the service, we ordered a rib of beef for 65 euros... which turned out to be spoiled... even the table neighbors pointed it out to us, the smell was nauseating but apparently that didn't pose a problem... In terms of decoration, nothing has changed for a long time, not dilapidated but far from modern. A touch of refreshment would be welcome... and a little seriousness in the kitchen too, even if I don't plan to return there again, it would be a minimum.

30/12/2025: We waited exactly 25 minutes to be served at the drive-thru. After complaining, we finally received our order, but everything was cold. We tried to return it, but they told us it had just been done and closed the window. GO TO BURGER KING!!

11/09/2025: This fast food restaurant that I know in the United States offers mini sandwiches. The aim of this brand is to fill its pockets by using a minimum of ingredients. I just came back from Florida at half the price and with a full stomach, and free refills for drinks, here everything is paid for. And the place is not just fun in the middle of the shopping center surrounded by empty shops like half the center.

07/10/2024: Nous avons acheté 2 pâtisseries. Un mille feuilles fraisier immangeable, pâte feuilletée dure avec un goût de cramer, pas pratique à manger. La deuxième pâtisserie, une tarte à la framboise avec des framboises moisies et un mini insecte dessus. Très déçu vu le prix!

21/11/2025: The quality and selection are okay, but as for the head waitress (I assume), she has absolutely no tact and rushes you out if you dare say, "That's enough, I'm done." She practically pushes you out. Perhaps they are less pushy and oppressive in the one where they are back-to-back.

21/01/2026: I strongly advise against going to this place. We called to reserve a table, and when we arrived, they had absolutely nothing in stock (no drinks, no charcuterie, no veal, no beef, no chorizo, no merguez sausage, and we left before eating, so I can't imagine what it would have been like with desserts). For an Italian restaurant, this is unacceptable. Their excuse was that they were updating the menu, which is worrying for the future. Please let customers know when you're out of stock so they don't come for nothing.

17/12/2025: We've been coming as a group for several days now and have always been very happy. Yesterday, the pizzas were served hard with few toppings, and the calzone was undercooked. There was also an error in the bill. We were very, very disappointed. We won't be back.

When we tried to order furniture in the self-service area, the salesperson told us it was better to order online from home... So, when we got home, we filled a basket with the items missing from the store. The delivery cost is €40 for a single shelf, or do we have to pick it up in Thiais?! But I just spent €1000 on kitchen furniture, and I can't get a missing item from you, which is beyond my control, free of charge? Unacceptable! Stop treating your customers like cash cows... All the self-checkout machines in this store are simply unacceptable...

16/01/2026: Like every year, we're here for the M&O fair, and this restaurant was recommended to us. The hotel food is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, so any suggestions are welcome. It's a small place, with low ceilings, a few tables close together, and a convivial atmosphere. They're famous for their crepes, both savory and sweet, and for their meat. The crepes are really good; the savory ones are made with buckwheat, the sweet ones with white flour. They're huge, so consider carefully what else you'll order if you order them. For meat, we ordered a mix of different cuts—chicken, ribs, and beef—and they were good, but perhaps a little dry for what we Italians are used to. All in all, it's a good place to eat after a day at work. Make a reservation if you come during the fairs, as the place fills up in minutes.

09/07/2025: Mediocre An employee made a mistake by retrieving my order from the register while I was paying. As a result, I paid for my order twice, and worse, I had to come back once I'd been charged both amounts. The manager is incredibly friendly. She doesn't know what customer service is. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't recommend. Run away. Moreover, it's expensive for what it is!!!
