20/09/2024: We went to take a subway on Saturday September 14th. We took 2 deli pastrami sub30, the meat was spoiled. After sending an email to after-sales service no response so far, after sending them a message on Instagram no response. Subway has really dropped in quality and especially this one! Extremely disappointed by this contempt on their part.

24/09/2024: We ordered 5 meals on Saturday 09/21/2024 through Uber for exclusive delivery! It already took them an hour to deliver an order to us and then when we opened the bags there was only the drinks! Uber reimburses us part of it and charges us €44 for 4 drinks from McDonald's! both Uber and Macdo are crooks, thieves, no one wants to admit their mistake and repair the damage! We must denounce these actions! It’s really a shame! What the law says: by placing an order on the Uber Eats application, you are entering into a sales contract. This home catering company must perform its obligations in accordance with your instructions. Among the essential obligations of this service provider: deliver the exact content of your order, at the scheduled time, for the agreed price. Articles 1217 et seq. of the Civil Code regulate the consequences of contractual non-performance. Under the law, a dispute with this brand is resolved in particular by a refund, a reduction in price or forced execution.

24/08/2024: The sandwiches are inedible. Hard bread, I had to throw it away. Horrible. Better a sandwich from the relay or monoprix. Run away!!

24/09/2024: I was happy to have lunch at Veng Hour (on site) but I was very disappointed and I'm not ready to go back. I had lemongrass chicken and vegetable pasta as well as an imperial pâté. The chicken was of very poor quality (black parts, hard pieces inside, nerves). The sauce had a gelatinous appearance. In addition, the fact of no longer having a plate and cutlery but a cardboard container and wooden cutlery spoils the pleasure of eating. Everything is squeezed into the dish which does not allow for uniform heat when heating. The chicken was cold and the noodles were boiling. In short, big disappointment especially considering the price paid!

16/09/2024: so far everything has always been perfect, but not this time because I discovered it before eating it, lucky for me!! a piece of scrap metal or some sort of staple in one of my shrimp fritters. not very serious! so a little disappointed.

21/06/2024: DESPICABLE! In addition to being a restaurant with more than deplorable hygiene, I found an insect in my sandwich. It is shameful and scandalous. Flee this restaurant before you have real health problems! Evidence supporting the insect that was in the sandwich is awful. I hope that this “restaurant” which is more like an ÉG0UT can be closed as quickly as possible.

04/06/2024: When I see the ratings and the administrative closure that has just occurred following a health check... I tell myself that it no longer makes sense to rate these establishments, it is no guarantee of safety for our consumption. When I read the infractions noted by the officers, I am appalled and it makes me want to cook more at home and meet up with family or friends at home rather than in filthy places like this. There should be convictions for endangering consumers. It's just shameful let's hope this establishment doesn't recover anymore.

09/08/2024: The saleswoman is very unpleasant. It's croissants and pain au chocolat that were hot. She served everything in the same bag, everything was crushed, mushy and ignoring you.!!! No politeness, it's a shame because it's the first store I've seen like this, this store in particular, I don't recommend at all

25/08/2024: CASHIER WHO INSULTS A CUSTOMER! I was a spectator of a cashier (a woman in her fifties, dark-haired and short) insulting a foreign customer by telling him “He’s breaking my a*******, that one!” Obviously the cashier doesn't mind saying it since he didn't speak French. The customer, seeing that he was disturbing, no longer knew where to stand while the cashier added more, blowing and looking at him with a casual look. Change your job rather than treating people like this! What a shame!

05/07/2024: Expensive but is kind of normal in airports but the employee was quite rude and can’t speak english, a HUGE problem in an airport. Very unkind

18/08/2024: As expected for a McDonald's, average quality. We took advantage of a 15 euro voucher to have breakfast to wait for the 2 hour delay of the plane. A communication problem between the airport and the restaurant resulted in a few minutes of refusal but the waiter agreed to call management and take it upon himself to accept our vouchers. Management told him OK but in exchange for our boarding pass. A bit complicated since we need it to leave. Chocolate hard on the outside, raw on the inside. Cookie that could have been used in the discus throw the day before for the Olympic final because it was so hard. The pancakes were good. The strawberry banana smoothie was good but it's 90% banana 10% strawberry so it's a strawberry banana and not a strawberry banana.
