08/06/2026: We arrived at 6:30, when they opened. The bakery was still closed at 6:50 and nothing had been prepared.

04/09/2026: I have to disagree with other comments regarding this hotel. Yesterday when we were waiting for check-in I started browsing comments here and I got really stressed out that it will be horrible night. I would NEVER sleep in bed with bedbugs, I hate mold etc. Apart from waiting 20+ minutes for check-in I must admit this hotel is nothing as presented in comments - the rooms are clean, sheets are very clean, bathroom has no mold, everything is actually very nice and tidy. Of course the rooms are small and you can hear airplanes but this is budget hotel next to airport, what would you expect? 4,5 stars and would recommend. The only disadvantage was waiting for check-in

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

14/09/2026: It's not at all my habit to give a bad rating on Google; my goal is usually to support an establishment rather than penalize it. But in this case, you deserve, to my great regret, this one star because it's in your hands to keep your establishment clean. On the terrace, you have rats roaming freely "as if they own the place," and I do mean rats, not mice! Cleanliness is clearly not your priority. Your bins are always overflowing. The tables are always sticky; we constantly have to remind you to come and clean them before you actually do it. And the toilets? Don't even get me started. The play area is even worse! I sincerely hope you take Google reviews into account for your establishment. Please make an effort...

16/04/2026: I thought I could eat well, I ordered on Uber Eats, my son found pieces of bone in his chicken tikka, and my other son had a stomach ache all night and of course unfortunately I spent part of the night in the toilet, stomach ache and cold sweats, in short, hell.

09/08/2026: Oh dear, a loyal customer for years, I ordered tonight, and how can I put it… what a disappointment 😭 Where did my amazing misoo soup go? Tonight it was watery. And the rice wasn't the same quality… disappointed and sad because it was my little Saturday night treat… So I called to find out what had happened to my soup. I even asked if there had been a change of ownership, and indeed… I no longer recommend this establishment at all. What a shame…

14/07/2026: The saleswoman was very unpleasant. The sandwich I bought was very dry; it seemed like there was no sauce in it. The salad was just thrown on haphazardly. The bread wasn't fresh either.

25/07/2026: As a loyal customer for six years, I am disappointed with the quality of service. Buying a few pastries requires a 15-minute wait. Between the organizational issues and the staffing levels, which also appear to be understaffed at the checkout, I now prefer to go elsewhere, even if it means making a detour.

15/05/2026: We like this bakery, but the atmosphere is far from welcoming. We wanted brownies, but the product label wasn't even there. The server took the order labeled "moist hazelnut and fudgy," and we told her we wanted brownies. She replied that they were brownies, and we told her no, because the labels said something else. Her colleague, who was cleaning, loudly and without any shame, told us, "It's obvious it's a brownie and not a fudgy cake." They should label their products better. Also, Marie Blachère uses three different baking methods for their bread, and that's not indicated either. They were cleaning up to finish on time while people were waiting in line. We arrived at 7:00 PM. Instead of apologizing and admitting they were wrong, they blamed the customer for not recognizing the product.

23/08/2026: What a disappointment! We bought a little bit of everything to try a wide range of what this restaurant offers, and we were extremely disappointed. The dishes had no flavor, worse, some were bad. We ordered many dishes: fish, shrimp, several different chicken dishes, spring rolls, gyoza, rice, noodles, vermicelli, tempura, shrimp salad, steamed dumplings, chicken skewers, and more, and honestly, nothing was good! I've rarely seen anything like it in an Asian takeout place. I wonder if there's water in the sauces. Even the shrimp salad dressing, which is very good elsewhere, has no taste at this takeout place. The containers are full of tasteless sauce, which significantly increases the price. The chicken is tough; I wonder if it's even chicken... The Peking soups are inedible; they're much too thick. They ended up in the trash, like some of the other dishes. It's a shame because the owner is friendly. In conclusion: a very high bill for tasteless food. We won't be going back.

20/07/2026: A complete disappointment. I ordered a bobun, which was very bland even with the sauce. The beef was barely cooked and poorly cut—too thick. The spring rolls were rubbery and lukewarm, inedible. My husband ordered a steamed dish and spring rolls, and they were the same. We asked for salad and mint for the spring rolls, but they didn't serve any! The waitress was unfriendly, and all the sauces were extra. Unacceptable, especially considering the noise they were making in the back kitchen. I've rarely eaten so badly at a Chinese takeout place, and I had stomach aches that afternoon. A hygiene inspection is probably in order. It's a shame there's no inspection of customer service, because in that case, they should be shut down immediately. AWFUL. On the other hand, we noticed they are very friendly with regular customers.

02/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas, but the dough wasn't cooked and stuck to our teeth; unfortunately, the toppings weren't good either. We paid for nothing because we didn't finish our pizzas.

04/08/2026: In 5 days we have been here 7 times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do not know why this place doesnt have 5 starts since this has been the best food we have eaten in Phuket. The pastas are extremely delicious, the Carbonara is thick and flavorful, the chili garlic pasta is perfect. And the tomato feta toast has to be my favorite of them all, fresh and quality ingredients. Don't look elsewhere, the service is great always coming to ask how the food is. Try it and let them know how good the food and vibe is. Only one thing to comment, change the inside freshener the smell is not the best.

06/07/2026: We had a reservation for 12:30 PM, but our food wasn't served until 1:45 PM, a wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The food was good, but clearly didn't justify such a long delay. What's most surprising is that at 2:10 PM, when we had barely been served and hadn't even finished our meals, a waitress came to ask us to order our desserts "quickly" because the kitchen was about to close. It's quite inappropriate to rush customers when the delay is the restaurant's fault. Especially since it's advertised that service is continuous until 10 PM. It's a shame, because the food is good, but this experience was largely ruined by the wait and the poor service.

24/08/2026: Change of ownership. Well, I went once and that's the last time. I'll leave my old review as is: My neighborhood bakery! Excellent traditional bread! Nothing to complain about! The staff is friendly and sociable.
