19/07/2026: We ate there for the first time. We had a reservation for 1:30 pm on Sunday, and were asked to choose quickly so they could send our order to the kitchen as soon as possible… The food was very good and plentiful, but we felt rushed throughout the meal, which was a shame. It's still a very good restaurant, though; perhaps they could improve the welcome and service.

03/07/2026: As usual, we received a very warm welcome and found a lovely spot in the beautiful garden, where the mistral wind didn't bother us. The daily menu showcased the chefs' imagination: zucchini velouté and eggplant mille-feuille, followed by bonito in coconut milk with a delicious piquillo pepper, and, for me, a perfectly pan-seared hanger steak. The cheese selection also focused on quality and uniqueness: regional goat cheese and artisanal Demeter blue cheese from Alcas. Add a touch of Espelette pepper jam, and you're in cheese heaven. If we lived nearby, this restaurant would be a must-visit. Bravo! Someone here has truly mastered their craft, both in the kitchen and in customer service. My heart goes out to you! Even in 2026, we highly recommend the cuisine and hospitality of these charming people. We can't wait to see them again.

A top-notch culinary experience, from the cocktails to the main courses and desserts, with impeccable attention to detail in the preparation. A waitress of rare kindness. 21/06/2026: We stopped by on holiday to eat for the Fête de la Musique! Excellent welcome and great atmosphere with generous and delicious food! Thank you for this wonderful experience where, even as tourists, we received such a warm welcome.

11/06/2026: Wow. What a wonderful dinner we just experienced at this little restaurant. Reservations are a must as even on a Thursday night the restaurant was full and many were turned away. The menu is entirely on a chalk board and changes daily and tonight through the dinner as dishes sold out. I had the most delightful and delicious pork filet minion in a gorgonzola sauce which was likely the best meal I've had in my 3 weeks in France. There is plenty of parking in the town but don't expect to snag a spot in front of the restaurant, which allows you to take a short walk to settle your meal afterwards. Bravo to the chef and staff.

31/07/2026: A warm welcome, a very friendly team, and a charming place. The cocktail and wine were very good. However, the veggie bowl food isn't a well-structured dish, nor is it balanced for a vegetarian diet... It's just the vegetables from the other dishes, without even a source of plant-based protein. What a shame! It seems better if you eat fish and meat. Besides, it's quite expensive for just vegetables...

25/07/2026: Absolutely perfect. A really lovely place. The staff were fantastic. The meal was incredibly generous. During the Avignon Festival, we appreciated the calm and cool atmosphere. How can I describe the perfect cooking, the perfect balance of flavors? A tarragon sauce accompanied the enormous pork chop. The baby potatoes were cooked to perfection. The daily special was also a very generous portion of salmon. They weren't rushed. The non-alcoholic beer was so good you could almost mistake it for alcohol. They really know their stuff. It smells of fresh ingredients, of quality craftsmanship. A top-notch team. Thank you for this excellent experience. You were so attentive. Go there!

09/05/2026: The food is delicious. My wife had a specialty of cheese fritters with charcuterie, and let me tell you, her plate was completely empty! I had an excellent Corsican pizza. They also had little snacks and a nice little wine. All the staff are very friendly, and the restrooms are very clean, which is important. I highly recommend "Chez mon cousin Alphonse." André

Grumpy people should avoid this restaurant because the waitresses and the kitchen staff are too friendly for you. A special shout-out to Natacha and her colleague. We'll definitely be back.
