The welcome is always warm and the service impeccable: the team is attentive, professional, and takes great care of you. The food is a true delight, with generous, flavorful dishes prepared using high-quality ingredients. Each plate showcases fresh, carefully selected ingredients, which makes all the difference. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and dedication. It's always a pleasure to come for lunch or dinner. A must-visit for all lovers of good food!

The thinly sliced ​​coppa provides a salty counterpoint that delicately balances the whole. A masterful opening, without unnecessary showmanship, but incredibly effective. The main course confirms this level of quality. The rib of beef, seared with precision, is cooked to perfection, revealing juicy and intensely flavorful meat. 04/06/2026: The establishment is very well-run and of high quality, except for the billing department, which makes mistakes and doesn't wait for you to return to France to correct them. They keep your credit card details and security code to take matters into their own hands. It's a shame, as it somewhat spoils the rest of the experience...

22/04/2025: We had a wonderful meal at La Lyriste. The three-course menu was surprisingly delicious. Every dish was carefully prepared and very flavorful. The children's menu was also surprising; not the standard fries and chicken nuggets, but a smaller version of the menu that was also carefully considered. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely eat there again.

25/05/2026: This hotel is truly remarkable. The location is superb and the views are incredible. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The room was so beautifully decorated and the bathroom was one of the best we have seen. Lovely big bath and shower and great amenities. The only small issue we had was that our room was above the reception area and other guests can sometimes be quite noisy in that area. We ate dinner at their restaurant during our stay and the food was incredibly good. The pools are fantastic for a hot day. This is a must-visit hotel for a trip to Provence.

15/05/2026: La Bartavelle is a real gem in the centre of Goult, a beautiful and peaceful village in Provence. We had such a lovely evening there. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and every dish was excellent from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the products, and the local wine selection was great too. Definitely a place we’d come back to and highly recommend if you’re in Provence.
