23/06/2026: I used to come to this restaurant regularly years ago when it was called Le Restaurant de la Fontaine. The place is still as magical, but the food lives up to the setting. If I only have time for one restaurant during a stay in the region, it will always be O Mirail.

29/05/2026: I loved this place. The atmosphere is soothing and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly, and the cuisine, based on fresh, local produce, is both simple and delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place with its children's play areas and bookshop corner. The noise level is very low; I greatly appreciate the tranquility. They sell fresh, local fruits and vegetables, cheeses, drinks, and more. There's also a shaded terrace and a spacious, air-conditioned interior.

We had a reservation for 1:30 pm on Sunday, and were asked to choose quickly so they could send our order to the kitchen as soon as possible… The food was very good and plentiful, but we felt rushed throughout the meal, which was a shame. It's still a very good restaurant, though; perhaps they could improve the welcome and service.

However, the veggie bowl food isn't a well-structured dish, nor is it balanced for a vegetarian diet... It's just the vegetables from the other dishes, without even a source of plant-based protein. What a shame! It seems better if you eat fish and meat. Besides, it's quite expensive for just vegetables...

25/07/2026: Impeccable and very fast service. The melon and watermelon salad was very fresh. The burrata was more like mozzarella, which was a shame. They cater to dietary needs. I will return.

18/08/2026: A true gem discovered by chance ❤️ Passing through Apt to visit the market, we were looking for a place for a refreshing lunch in this sweltering heat. We stumbled upon this little restaurant nestled in a charming square in the town center. A warm and genuinely attentive welcome, cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients, and above all, real care taken with each dish. It's difficult to create something truly original with… salads. And yet, here, they've succeeded. The plates are generous, balanced, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to flavor combinations. All this at an excellent price, which is becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. I highly recommend it! 🍀🍀🍀🍀

11/08/2026: Discovered by chance during a visit to Apt. The welcome was warm and friendly, the dishes carefully prepared. The eggplant papeton, the warm goat cheese, the steak tartare, the fries—everything was delicious and very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Even the power outage that affected the entire neighborhood at the end of service didn't dampen the waiter's good humor and friendliness. Thank you to the whole team; we had a very pleasant time.

15/08/2026: We really enjoyed our lunch at Suzette Pancakerie. The welcome was very warm, and the view from the outdoor area, facing the church, is truly lovely. As for the food, I ordered the Croc'Suzette, and my partner had a Turkish-inspired dish. Unfortunately, we weren't entirely convinced by the flavors of the savory dishes. The "perfect eggs," although we know they're usually quite gelatinous, also seemed undercooked. The desserts, however, more than made up for it, as they were absolutely delicious (the Jeanne and Suzette pancakes)! Overall, we recommend this place to pancake lovers and might even come back to try other dishes. Thank you to the whole team!

16/08/2026: A must-visit in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue! Two restaurants in a cool, shaded garden right next to the antique shops. Le Jardin du Quai is the gourmet restaurant. Fast, attentive, and very friendly service. Children's menu tailored to children's needs. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who taught us Mexican tarot during a brief lull in the kitchen. A wonderful encounter!

A shame, because the rest of the experience was really enjoyable. — Overall, we had a really nice experience. The ingredients were good, the food was refined, and the setting was very pleasant. The dishes were well prepared and had a very French feel. The portions were a little small. We were presented with the fish dish without being told that a meat option was also available, which we only found out afterward. We were also surprised to see an extra €5 charge added to the bill because of the fair, without being informed beforehand. To shame, as the rest of the experience was really enjoyable.
