06/10/2025: A truly unforgettable experience! Such a unique and beautiful hotel, perfectly integrated into the village for a truly genuine experience. Every aspect of our stay was so thoughtful: from champagne to celebrate our honeymoon to the heavenly diptique soaps — that is true luxury. 28/12/2025: Visited on December 26, 2025, in Bollenne with two young children after visiting Suz Castle and having an afternoon snack at BnJ. [Homemade aperitif too sweet] The only restaurant I found that met our requirements (besides tacos): here we had very good Chinese, Thai, etc. Beware: when a dish is described as spicy, it's real bird's eye chili (it's not just "spicy adapted for French tastes," even if the waiter told me, "Oh, it's nothing." So, it's nice to find chili in the Drôme region.) A small mistake on our part: my partner forgot to mention her celery allergy; her dish was sent back and refilled immediately! Well done to the team. It seems this place is a Bollenne institution, judging by the number of takeout meals sold during our visit. The children's menu was excellent, with chicken spring rolls and a side dish served on the same plate. A great find!

26/09/2024: Frankly, I don't understand the rating being so high, certainly the setting and the service are very good, fast, maybe even too much, but the cooking clearly leaves something to be desired, a banal and poorly balanced dish, really not great mouthfeel.. for a restaurant of this standing it's shameful. I am really kind in my rating because the quantity is there, but not the quality and if you want gastronomy, do not choose this restaurant.

03/07/2025: The tour of Sylla's vineyards and winery was excellent. Two people who know and love their craft gave us a detailed insight into their work and the facilities. At the end, we were able to taste the cooperative's anniversary wines.

26/12/2025: A wonderful discovery on Christmas Day. We were delighted by William and Michel's warm welcome. We were served a delicious meal including homemade foie gras, a fillet of sole, a ballotine of stuffed capon with a divine sauce, and a light and airy fruit yule log to finish off this festive meal. A must-visit and highly recommended.

23/12/2023: What else to add. A 6th star... Coming from the Paris region, I always eat a really good aioli. Not to mention the gribiche calf's head. Clearly, I strongly recommend to those who go down the RN7, stop in Mornas at this very nice bar in addition to visiting the castle to do for good digestion
