It's beautiful, the waitress was lovely, and the food was simply divine—an explosion of flavors like I've rarely experienced. I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant. 25/03/2026: A pleasant surprise in this small Provençal village, run by Yuko and her sushi chef, who are authentic Japanese. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return as soon as we are back in this part of the Vaucluse.

21/03/2026: While strolling through the Saint Didier area today, we had come to photograph the cherry blossoms. At lunchtime, the reviews led us to Regalia Japon. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is! The restaurant is almost hidden on the main shopping street of Saint Didier. We received a very warm welcome from the waiter, who explained the history of the restaurant and its owner. We were pleasantly surprised to hear Japanese spoken and to discover the sushi master present. A truly immersive experience. We ordered the €32 set menu: miso soup and wakame salad. Then two tasting plates of sushi. A special mention goes to the seared salmon. We also ordered a scoop of matcha tea sorbet and another of yuzu sorbet. Everything was excellent: fresh ingredients, exceptional tastes and flavors, Japanese beer, and a wonderful mojito with yuzu liqueur. In short, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The only downside is that we're an hour's drive from this culinary gem in the Gard region. But we'll be back soon, we promise. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

27/09/2025: A small, friendly restaurant, the welcome is pleasant, the dishes are simple, well cooked and well served, the value for money is excellent. Special mention for the chestnut cake 🌰. But the different pork or chicken preparations are very good too!

25/04/2026: Charming spot, made of bricks and bricks...by a small pond...we really enjoyed it... We had an aperitif with a charcuterie board for €10, main courses: ribeye steak with salad and fries for €22 and half a duck breast with salad and fries for €20, desserts: chocolate, banana, and coconut cream... 2 glasses of punch, 1 glass of white wine, 1 coffee, and a Bailey's, total €78... Very good value for money! The service was quite friendly, starting at 8:14 pm and ending at 9:24 pm. I recommend it!

13/04/2026: A hotel that fulfills its purpose! Comfortable rooms, impeccable service, located in the town center, ideal for those who want to be in the heart of the Luberon with its infrastructure of small bars, restaurants, and close to so many charming villages.

10/04/2026: An excellent stay that we would definitely repeat. The welcome was warm and professional, with thoughtful touches upon arrival. The hotel is very pleasant and ideally located. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our golden retriever, Naia (blanket, water and food bowls). The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was also excellent, as were the meals in the restaurant. The only drawback is that the parking is not free; it should be clearly stated in the description.

14/03/2026: A fantastic discovery! We shared a ribeye steak with seasonal vegetables, and honestly, I think it was one of the best I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection, and the meat was exceptional. The service was impeccable: always smiling, attentive, and very pleasant. Special mention also goes to the excellent selection of wines from around the world on the wine list. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back! 🍷
