Everything is simply perfect... From the décor and the room to the bedding, the breakfast, and the magnificent spa... A place to discover and rediscover at length.

11/04/2026: Rooms are noisy, and during our visit, several rooms were rented to loud people from a company. The food was unremarkable for a price that was technically too high. Some dishes were certainly not prepared directly in the kitchen but had been kept chilled and ready. Secure parking close to the rooms. The hotel is located less than 2 km from the main road from Valence towards Barcelona.

03/04/2026: The hotel is well-located, with secure parking. It's within walking distance of town if you enjoy walking. The staff is very friendly. If I return, this is where I'll stay. They serve breakfast and have a restaurant. Dogs are welcome, but be sure to let them know when you book.

19/04/2026: Honestly, I didn't expect to have such a satisfying time at McDonald's. The service was impeccable and efficient, and above all, the team was fantastic and really knew how to take care of their customers 😌 The food was always hot and perfectly prepared, and it definitely made you want to come back again and again… In short, an experience that puts a smile on your face and leaves you wanting more.

The dishes are prepared with fresh, flavorful ingredients, the presentation is meticulous, and every bite is a true delight. The service is attentive without being intrusive; you truly feel at home. The wine list is superb, perfectly paired with the dishes. Special mention goes to the warm atmosphere and charming decor. A big thank you to the entire team—I will definitely be back!

13/04/2026: Recently reopened, we tried this restaurant on a 9°C day with a bit of rain. A very good choice. The Royal couscous, the daily special (€18), was excellent and generous. The service, provided by the family's son, was perfect. I just would have liked the merguez sausage a little more grilled... Cozy decor. It's best to book ahead, as the interior is small. I recommend it.

03/05/2026: I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel le Louvre in Sault. The welcome was particularly warm, with an attentive and always available team. The hotel has a lot of charm, and the atmosphere is authentic and friendly in the heart of the beautiful village of Sault. The square and its chestnut trees are extremely peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Special mention goes to the breakfast with its croissant, egg, and delicious jam, and to the restaurant, which was delicious and generous! The owner is genuinely interested in our well-being and always has thoughtful touches. A charming place that I recommend without hesitation. There are also books you can borrow, and I will gladly return. ✨ Thank you 🙏

You'll discover very cozy and modernized rooms, and yes, you'll have a real room key in your pocket: AUTHENTIC, I tell you! Try the breakfast, simple but satisfying, with homemade jams. 13/02/2026: A real gem of a find: Café De L’Univers in Courthézon! A true trip back in time awaits at this bar-restaurant, which exudes the retro vibe of the 80s! The decor is 100% vintage, and the window display is overflowing with a superb collection of Ricard advertisements – a real treat for the eyes. We tried the full menu displayed on a large chalkboard: a varied selection of meat and fish dishes, all for an incredible price – starter + main course + dessert + 25cl of wine + coffee for only €17.50! Yes, you read that right, it's almost too good to be true. And the cherry on top? Alain, the owner, cooks homemade meals with generous portions – plan a little nap afterwards! 😉 Our advice? Keep this hidden gem a secret… or not, but run there soon! 😄
