31/05/2026: This was the first shop we encountered after leaving the Palace of the Popes. I was actually a little panicked because my husband had just fallen and injured himself at the Palace of the Popes. Upon entering the shop, I first asked the staff if we could have some ice to cool him down. To my surprise, the entire staff sprang into action the next second. A very kind lady immediately came over to check on him, helping him to a sofa to sit down and rest, and even cleaning his wound. Other staff members also came to help, some bringing ice, some bringing first-aid supplies, and others checking on his condition. We only wanted to borrow some ice, but received so much warm assistance. Encountering such kindness while traveling in a foreign land is truly touching and gradually calmed my panicked emotions. After everything was mostly settled, we were finally able to sit down and rest, so we ordered drinks and a salad. I must say, the salad was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the combination was beautiful, and it was the kind of simple yet incredibly delicious dish that you couldn't stop eating. Because we were seated closer to the interior, we could see the staff preparing the food and cleaning the restaurant. The whole place felt very clean and organized, making us feel very comfortable. After returning from this trip, when I think back to Avignon, what I remember isn't just the grandeur of the Palais des Papes, but also the warmth this restaurant brought us. If you come to Avignon, I would highly recommend this place. Not just because the food is delicious and the environment is beautiful, but also because there are a group of sincere and kind people here. The salad was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the most memorable, and this was definitely one of them. Our table was close to the preparation area, which gave us a glimpse of how the team worked behind the scenes. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Looking back on our time in Avignon, I don't just remember the grandeur of the Palace of the Popes. I also remember the warmth we received from the people in this café. If you're visiting Avignon, I would absolutely recommend stopping by. Not only is the food excellent and the space beautiful, but the people here are truly wonderful. 30/05/2026: Long wait and bland food. The young waiters and waitresses were at least friendly. The terrace is nice, but maybe only for a coffee or pastry...

30/05/2026: Worst service I've ever had in my life. There are other options in the area. I sat down for coffee in the morning and they tried to get me to eat something I didn't want, the outdoor seating area was only 20% full, the staff brought the bill and asked me to pay, even though I still had my coffee and water on the table. 5 minutes of a bad experience. Very bad service, worst experience. Continue, the street has better outdoor seating areas.

28/05/2026: A really lovely setting by the water for a drink and the service was perfect. The young waiter with the ponytail was really pleasant and had a great sense of humor.

10/06/2026: This message is for the management or the owner of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for four nights and found that the pillows on the bed and the sheets are very thin and inexpensive. For the owner of the hotel to purchase better quality sheets is worth it, because the guest sleep on them for eight hours

07/06/2026: What a magnificent hotel! The location is splendid, the welcome was perfect, and the breakfast delicious. The only slight drawback was that one of the bathrooms was perhaps a little too small, and there were some unpleasant smells coming from the drains (but it was raining heavily). I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

03/09/2025: A very bad experience at this restaurant. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're intruding: the owner is unpleasant and haughty, which immediately ruins the atmosphere. The food is disappointing: tasteless dishes, poorly presented, and above all, ridiculously small portions for €19.50 a plate. You leave feeling ripped off, both in terms of quality and quantity. Clearly a place to avoid.

27/05/2026: I had a wonderful afternoon at the hotel for my birthday present. The welcome was very professional. I started with lunch at the poolside restaurant. The manager and his staff were very friendly and attentive. The main course was delicious and flavorful, but the dessert, the Royal Chocolate with its crunchy layer of dark chocolate and praline, was absolutely divine! I had the opportunity to chat with the pastry chef, who is clearly passionate about her work. She creates perfectly balanced desserts, just the way I like them. Afterwards, I enjoyed some relaxation at the spa with an effective scrub and a soothing massage, both performed with care and high quality. Thank you for the warm welcome; I will definitely be back!

14/05/2026: We ordered homemade tapas for an aperitif and were very disappointed: extremely dry and unseasoned chicken drumsticks, mealy patatas bravas (probably frozen), passable but not very filling shrimp bread... all this for around thirty euros... we would have been better off eating elsewhere.

11/11/2025: A pizzeria I'm going to miss a lot; it was a constant companion during many evenings spent studying, then during training, and later during the first years of my professional career. That evening I thought, "Hey, I think I'll order a pizza from them, it's been a while!" and I discovered that the place is apparently closed. I hope everything is alright for the staff, and thank you again for all those evenings when I couldn't be bothered to cook! :)

16/01/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered eight spring rolls and a portion of noodles via Uber Eats on Tuesday the 13th. The result: food poisoning a few hours later. I find this completely unacceptable. When you order food, you expect at least something edible without getting sick. This seriously calls into question the hygiene and quality of the products. A very disappointing experience. I will not recommend this establishment.
