22/02/2026: We come all the way from Aix-en-Provence for this Subway restaurant because the sandwiches are so generous and made with care. The staff is always fantastic and helpful (a special mention for the gentleman with glasses who is so energetic and prepares our sandwiches with such care). The portions are always generous! We've never been disappointed.

12/04/2026: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the employee taking it told me to "shut up" simply because my colleagues were laughing in the car. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
When I got to the payment window, I asked to speak to the manager… and I was told that was precisely the person I was speaking to. Absolutely no professionalism, no apology, nothing at all.
This is a blatant lack of respect for customers. We come here to be served properly, not to be insulted. I sincerely hope that action will be taken, because this kind of behavior has no place in customer service.
I do not recommend this drive-thru at all.

15/04/2026: Tonight we had nothing to eat. We arrived at McDonald's at 10:25 PM; they close at 10:30 PM.
They took us in just for that. Everyone should go to that McDonald's; they saved us. We could have starved to death. Thank you so much!
11/04/2026: We stopped at this McDonald's somewhat by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the experience.
The welcome: Absolutely fantastic! The staff were smiling and very helpful, which makes all the difference.
The quality: The meals were very good, served hot and well-prepared.
The extra touch: We even had an Easter egg hunt organized in the restaurant! A wonderful gesture that delighted everyone.
Thank you to the team and the person who organized the egg hunt 🙏. We will gladly return if we are ever in the area again!

05/11/2025: Caressed by the evening summer breeze on a very hot day, we ate excellent foie gras, lamb, and cheeses.
The location is enchanting and the service is excellent.
The place is beautiful, the food is good, the drinks are good (the Gordes Mon Amour by Etienne Imbert is remarkable), what more could you ask for?
The bill is medium/high, but compared to everything else, it's very little.
01/11/2025: A simple menu with good, fresh ingredients and generous portions.
The music is perfect for stepping back into the 70s. A real breath of fresh air for this establishment.

15/04/2026: Yesterday the 15th around 6pm I went to buy something and two saleswomen were really depressing, one with glasses, older and cold, and the other who served me was younger but also cold, not a smile and so sad 😱 and it's not the first time, it's happened several times, in short, I will never go there again, I will spend my money elsewhere and I told all my relatives and family. It's a shame, the rest of the saleswomen are very nice.
28/03/2026: I usually go to this bakery; the products are good, but this morning I was very disappointed when I saw a cockroach crawl out of my bread bag 🤢 I'd been warned about it, but having never seen it before, I hadn't paid any attention... This time I'm really disgusted...

20/03/2026: Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was satisfactory, but one point needs improvement. The glasses we were served had fingerprints, which gave the impression that hygiene could be better. Furthermore, using plastic cups might not be the most suitable solution, as this material is sometimes more difficult to clean thoroughly than regular glass.
These are minor details, but in a large chain, one naturally expects impeccable hygiene. I simply hope this aspect can be improved in the future.
16/03/2026: Orange juice (Minute Mad) was no longer available; Oasis Tropical was orange and sweet, but tasted like nothing else. The chicken wrap was not warm enough and therefore cold by the time I was halfway through. There were fewer than 6 customers, so busyness cannot be the excuse.
Inside, there is a draft everywhere (so the ventilation is set way too high, especially considering the number of people present); combined with a temperature that is too low, it is unpleasant (tried three spots). In the summer, the air conditioning is set too cold, which, combined with the overly powerful ventilation, makes it unpleasant everywhere. We have been coming here for years, but this was the last time.

I clearly ordered a decaffeinated macchiato (even pointed at it on the menu), but was served a decaf café crème instead — without any confirmation. When I pointed it out, the waiter was rude and blamed it on a “language barrier,” which is not acceptable.
Wrong order and poor attitude. Would not recommend.
10/04/2026: The two young women were incredibly welcoming, charming, and very cheerful, offering great advice on walks and places to visit. The meal was very good.

17/01/2026: This guy is incompetent… I came a few months ago and he wouldn't take my credit card. Okay, so today I tried to order from him again on Uber Eats, and after three delays, he canceled my order… In short, avoid him…
Edit: Initially scheduled for 6:52 PM, then 7:12 PM, then 7:34 PM, and finally 7:48 PM… that's not Uber's fault, it's yours! According to other comments, Uber customers aren't treated the same as other customers. Fine, in that case, why use them? Why not accept credit cards too? I'm going to email the consumer protection agency; I have serious doubts about your practices. You can write my name in red; I don't intend to order from you again.
13/11/2025: Excellent pizzas and a very friendly pizza maker who listens to the customer. I highly recommend them.

The bread and pastries are decent, but the prices are a bit high.
However, they lack the most important thing: a warm welcome, a smile, and friendliness, especially from the young waiter.
When you work in retail, even at 5 pm, you have to remain professional.
It doesn't really make me want to come back.

20/04/2026: Terrible service. Passing through for work, we went to the bakery (4 people) wanting sandwiches. We opened the fridge to choose and serve ourselves. The woman, without even saying hello, shouted at us in front of all the other customers to close the door. We explained to her that we weren't children and that there's a way and a way. She addressed the adults. Her colleague was very kind and even offered to let me know beforehand if I wanted a "pain baignât" (because they didn't have any). We're here for a month of construction work and we'll eat elsewhere.
It's a shame because everything else in this bakery is good. Congratulations on the quality of your products, but the service we received was truly awful. No greeting, nothing at all.
