14/06/2026: Excellent service from Bellal! Even though I don't come often, he was able to advise me from start to finish on making my sandwich, taking into account my tastes and preferences. Very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Bellal! 👍😉

11/06/2026: The waiter told me in a nasty tone that I had a "Dauberman's palate" while I was tasting one of their daily special sandwiches. Unpleasant from start to finish, and he openly insulted his customers. I've never been spoken to so rudely.

10/05/2026: An insane wait when they say there are tons of people, 10 cars max in the parking lot, they're really taking us for fools, disgusted.

09/05/2026: I went this Friday, May 8th, and considering how busy it was, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. I was served very quickly, the staff were very friendly and super organized despite the crowds on this public holiday. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. My order was served hot and complete, no complaints whatsoever. One of the best McDonald's I've been to recently, a very good experience. They managed the peak hours very well; you can tell the team is really well-organized. 👌🏼

05/11/2025: Caressed by the evening summer breeze on a very hot day, we ate excellent foie gras, lamb, and cheeses. The location is enchanting and the service is excellent. The place is beautiful, the food is good, the drinks are good (the Gordes Mon Amour by Etienne Imbert is remarkable), what more could you ask for? The bill is medium/high, but compared to everything else, it's very little.

01/11/2025: A simple menu with good, fresh ingredients and generous portions. The music is perfect for stepping back into the 70s. A real breath of fresh air for this establishment.

08/09/2025: Unfriendly, at 1600 came in to have a coffee and maybe dessert but told they don’t serve anyone that’s not eating, restaurant was almost empty.

09/04/2026: We came here for coffee on easter monday, when all other cafés where closed in Apt. The cappuccino and Flan were tasty and we had a nice table outside. I would go there again (especially on a holiday, when nothing else is open). Very reasonable prices as well.

13/05/2026: It's 1:30 PM and there are only two sandwiches left, not to our liking, but nothing else. At other Marie bakeries, sandwiches are made to order if the selection isn't suitable, but not here, despite our request. It's a shame.

23/05/2026: We just moved to the area. We were familiar with Le Léopard in Torcy (77). A magnificent restaurant in every way. Last night we decided to eat at Le Léopard in Avignon, thinking it would be the same as the one in Torcy. What a huge mistake! I woke up this morning feeling extremely unwell, with a stomach ache and an incredible headache. I keep going to the bathroom. I suspected something was wrong with the sashimi. I've been to over 300 Asian restaurants in my life, all over the world. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a food safety disaster! The presentation was disappointing. But I still tasted it. One of the biggest regrets of my life. And don't even get me started on the rest of the dishes. Absolutely horrific. Spring rolls that had been cooked and recooked. Maybe they were left over from the day before. And definitely reheated in the microwave. Because they weren't crispy at all. Dry and bland. The tables and floor were filthy. My God, a hygiene disaster. I'm thinking of going to the emergency room. Because eating raw fish like I did could be fatal. And my headaches are no joke. And then, when my husband finally decided to pay the bill, and we were leaving, a man at the reception desk (probably the manager) attacked us, demanding the receipt. As if we were criminals. We told him the receipt was still on our table. He told us to "stay put." And went to check. How shameful! My husband was this close to punching him. But we're respectable people. So he'll soon understand that I work for the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations (DDPP). The purpose of my department is to ensure the health of consumers. I work closely with the Departmental Directorate of Veterinary Services and the Directorate for Fraud Prevention; we act to enforce quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant industry. The Avignon Leopard will learn that you don't play around with health. For the information of anyone passing by: It is possible to contact these services either online or by telephone. It is recommended to provide as many details as possible about the nature of the complaint and the alleged offenses. This process can be carried out anonymously. I can't stress this enough: STAY AWAY!!!!

20/05/2026: I often eat there, and this is the first time I've found insect paste in my food. It was disgusting. I know it's insect paste because there were some kind of spikes on its leg.

01/11/2025: Extremely slow service, 1 hour 30 minutes for a pizza and two scoops of ice cream. More than 20 minutes wait between the clearing of the main course and receiving the dessert menu.

25/07/2025: Arriving at the end of service, we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed delicious pizzas and salads at a leisurely pace. The service was pleasant and friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. Kudos to the young man who looked after our table! We'll be back! 😃

16/10/2025: The interior setting (old-fashioned glass roof, wrought iron chairs, and bright ambiance) is very pretty. The terrace must also be very pleasant in summer. On the other hand, the value for money is very poor. The portions are ridiculously small for the price. The food, aside from being spicy, lacks any of the subtle flavors of Thai cuisine; you have to wonder if the sauce isn't a diluted industrial powder. The wine list is very expensive.

07/09/2025: Big disappointment. We drove 25mins to this restaurant which we thought would be magical. As thai food lovers we had high expectations. The location is beautiful and the place has so much potential. But the experience was just disappointing. The food portions are ridiculously small, with a minimum of garnish or vegetables and it just was not good at all, we have never had such bland thai food. Beside this the owner and the lady with big black glasses were not friendly or welcoming, and very stressed that we arrived with three- albeit well behaving- children for dinner; we had reserved beforehand. I rarely write negative reviews but I cannot say anything encouraging and cannot recommend this place. The two young waiters were friendly though.

09/06/2026: There's a shocking lack of hygiene in the restrooms (midges, soggy toilet paper on the floor, a hole in the ceiling, etc.), and the service leaves much to be desired. We waited 15 minutes for a drink that we had to go and ask for, and despite having the receipt and specifying what we wanted (a large Sprite), the woman who served us refused to offer anything other than a medium sugar-free Coke. Very disappointed.

09/06/2026: I ordered two identical ice creams, and when they arrived at the table, one was clearly less full. I politely asked the staff to add more, but they told me that was the standard serving size and that if I wanted more, it would be an extra charge. (But if we're going by this standard serving size principle, why was the other one so much fuller?) We all know that ice cream machines are manual, so it was simply the person who measured the ingredients incorrectly, and instead of rectifying the situation, they chose to continue acting in bad faith.

10/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. The owner is completely crazy, shouting insults from the back room. I didn't think it was very clean to begin with, but to see a rat right outside is absolutely unacceptable!!!! Find another bakery; you'll be better off. I won't be going back.

08/05/2026: This bakery is truly one to avoid. The hygiene is appalling, with mice even spotted in the establishment, which is particularly shocking. However, the most disturbing aspect is the owner's attitude, who doesn't hesitate to yell at his employees in front of customers. The atmosphere is very unpleasant and gives a terrible impression of the business. Finally, the bread is often far too overcooked and frankly tasteless. I don't understand how this establishment can still be open under these conditions.
