15/05/2026: The salmon had gone bad, and we got sick afterwards...

14/05/2026: A delicious all-you-can-eat buffet! The welcome was very warm, and particular attention was paid to cleanliness. They also helped me find what I wanted when I was unsure. I highly recommend it. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a few more vegetarian options (for example, vegetable spring rolls or samosas). Nevertheless, I was still able to eat as much as I wanted!

12/07/2026: Waiting an hour can happen. A voucher can get lost. But when you point out that it's been an hour and you still haven't been served, and you just shrug and roll your eyes without even apologizing… they should find another line of work. No gesture of goodwill and uninteresting food.

12/07/2026: Heatwave-related sweltering heat. Repeated requests (4 or 5) for a carafe of water during a very long wait. Completely fed up, I went to the counter to get some water. I'm still waiting for my salad, which was never served!

28/07/2026: I spent 44 minutes waiting in front of the drive-thru booth for my order, which had been packaged in front of me for 30 minutes. Terrible service, no attempt at customer service whatsoever.

22/07/2026: Today, July 19th, around 12:00-12:15 PM: I was having lunch with my family: EVERYTHING WAS FINE!! But next to me, a young couple... the waitress spilled a large glass of Coke on the woman... it was everywhere, on her dress, on the table, on the chairs... the waitress didn't clean anything and put the tray on the "filthy" table... she left and came back with the husband's tray and put it on the same table. It was dripping everywhere... the young couple didn't dare say anything and left... The people nearby were shocked. A woman filmed it and said she was going to post it to McDonald's France... and contrary to what McDonald's told me, no, the table wasn't cleaned right away. 10 to 15 minutes later, she was still in the same state... it is true that there was a crowd, but still.

29/06/2026: The welcome and the team are fantastic! The paninis are excellent, and the tiramisu is yummy ☺️

10/06/2026: Fantastic! A menu to suit all tastes and impeccable service! The staff is very attentive. Even for a group, they do their best to be on time. Go for it! Try it, you won't be disappointed.

21/07/2026: Delicious Greek cuisine with everything that transports you to sunny Greece. The borek are excellent. The service is young and friendly on this lovely terrace in Avignon.

18/06/2026: Location is great. We only had a after dinner drink in the patio and service was slow. Room really nice but a little small. Receptionist very kind suggested restaurants around. Because of the narrow streets in the old town, we ended up scraping all the rims on our sports car. However, when we left, the parking attendant was extremely kind and helped guide us out of the old town.

12/06/2026: La Mirande is a gorgeous hotel with a perfect location in Avignon. When I first arrived I was given a room that was so incredibly beautiful it felt like the room of a queen. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing issue underneath my bathroom that precipitated me needing to be moved to another room. While the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to me during this issue, the updated room I was moved to was much darker and had a musty smell - not quite as on par with the original room. Nevertheless, I would strongly recommend the hotel. I had several lovely meals out on the garden terrace admiring the flowers and the view of the Pope's Palace. And I really cannot emphasize enough how excellent the staff were at every moment of my visit.

23/05/2026: Cozy cafe with lots of options (including matcha). We tried the chai and the capuccino with lavanda and both were delicious

12/05/2026: Normal atmosphere, very average service, cold and no knowledge of the products (especially about Matcha), maybe good for a coffee.

16/05/2026: Fantastic experience, we ate incredibly well. You can tell the food is prepared with professionalism and passion. We received a very warm welcome. The place is clean and inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. If you're hesitating, don't hesitate any longer, go for it! I wish this establishment and its owners continued success.

24/08/2024: While I'm waiting in line to get sandwiches, I'm amazed to see in the back someone preparing Marie's pizzas, spreading the tomato sauce on the dough by hand and without gloves!! Supporting video! Obviously, once the tomato sauce has been spread, she rinses her hands with water and wipes her hands on the back of her stained white pants. Marie uniform. I don't think this meets the rules of hygiene.

23/08/2024: Good welcome and friendly. One star less for the pests in the window (flies) due to lack of food ventilation that day.

06/04/2026: Hotel by the roadside, rooms with very poor soundproofing. It feels like arriving at a ghost hotel. Perhaps it was too close to opening time?

30/03/2026: We ended up at this hotel late one night after our Airbnb fell through. They were lifesavers! The staff, room, beds, location were all wonderful. For my family at four it was great to have grocery stores right across the street. I have nothing negative to say about our stay! It was lovely.

05/08/2026: I only got a croissant and a pain au chocolat and both were absolutely terrible, the worst I had in three weeks on vacation in France, pale and the butter had a weird taste, hopefully it was edible and did not went bad…. 0/5 Stars, go to the next boulangerie…

08/05/2026: A short impromptu break on a pleasant terrace. The waiter recommended a little white wine (it's aperitif time!). We were right to listen to their advice! Our glasses were served with a smile.... A great place where we'll be stopping again.... the wine is good and the service is impeccable!
