02/05/2026: A one-hour wait for a steak that wasn't cooked as requested (rare, but overcooked). We were promised a good meal. I'm thinking of lighting a candle. Luckily, we were at the Palais des Papes... Avoid this place at all costs!

02/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! We waited an hour (for two burgers, a beef fillet, and a mussel) before being served… and even then, the meat was way overcooked. It's "modern-day slavery"—the servers are exhausted. We asked the owner to complain, but he advised us against it because "he doesn't care, he just wants customers, even if it means mediocre quality." Similarly, we asked for a carafe of water and waited over five minutes. In short, avoid this place (but Barbara is a real character!!).

11/05/2026: I understand that Lourmarin is a tourist destination, but still... €7.50 for a chicken and chips sandwich. Two pieces of chicken, three and a half fries, and above all, a lot of bread. Nothing else. That's quite expensive for a baguette.

11/11/2025: 8:30 am, no baguettes for sale at this bakery. That's just ridiculous! Even on a public holiday, I don't understand the concept of a bakery operating like this. So, you end up buying olive bread for €3.90, which means you have to search for the olives yourself. It smells like whole wheat bread, but it doesn't look like it...

01/11/2025: Marie Blachère, Mazan road. I ordered a Togo Togo yesterday and two things were missing from the package. I'm disappointed and will never order again.

13/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor and the owner was yelling at his employees, which created a particularly unpleasant atmosphere. I finished my meal quickly and left. One thing is for sure: I won't be going back.

22/05/2026: After having lunch at this restaurant on Tuesday, I've been bedridden for three days... The sushi wasn't fresh, but I had no idea it would make me so sick! Thank goodness for the antiparasitic medication! Obviously, I don't recommend it unless you want to lose 3 kg in 3 days!

I finally found something after drinking the water from the carafe, flavored with bleach (yum). Absolutely nothing is homemade, it's all factory-made, so ultimately, it's pointless...

30/11/2025: We ordered three pizzas tonight to end the weekend with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The toppings and cooking were perfect.

03/05/2026: It's impossible to order a starter without a main course. They charge extra for the sauce with the fries. The fries are overcooked. No further suggestions when paying. You'll quickly understand why this is the only restaurant with available seats when everywhere else is packed.

16/04/2026: A very good experience at this unique bar-restaurant in the south of France. The atmosphere is great, the service is quick, and the portions are decent. I highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Avoid this place! It's excessively expensive, doesn't accept credit cards, has a limited selection, and the products are questionable. A person at the next table ordered mussels, and they smelled very strong. She didn't eat any.

09/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my visit to this small restaurant. I was served a Caesar salad—if you can even call it that—I've never seen a salad like it. There was hardly any lettuce, a tiny amount, a hard-boiled egg, four shavings of Parmesan cheese, and boiled white chicken, not even breaded. Shameful. They advertised a minimum spend of €20, so you feel pressured to spend €20. And in the end, the waitress said the card machine was broken. If you're thinking of eating there, I strongly advise against it.

19/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The €16 beef carpaccio tasted like it had been in the fridge (brown color). The owner told me it was normal because it had been in the fridge... And the €18 "gourmet salad" with salmon and foie gras was of very low quality, far too salty, and even with such low quality, they couldn't manage to include enough. The foie gras wasn't foie gras at all, but duck mousse... In short, we ate each of them butcher-style and sent the plates back for fear of getting sick, and we left without eating. Absolutely avoid this place!

17/04/2026: Unfortunately, reviews can't convey smells. My mussels absolutely stank. After trying a few, I decided to play it safe and stop eating them. Sadly, it took me the rest of the afternoon and lots of handwashing to get the smell off my fingers.

10/06/2026: First summer market in Bourg St Andeol, goat cheese and honey pizza: €15.50, tiny goat cheese log, unknown honey, tasteless crust, and a ridiculously small size. Moral of the story: they rip us off once, but never again. Avoid at all costs 😡😡

17/01/2026: 18 euros for a goat cheese and honey pizza plus a can of soda is madness! Plus, the pizza was worse than a frozen one, the cheese was poor quality and overused, it was indigestible and sickening, and the pizza was covered in oil. Disappointed, a bad experience; I won't be ordering from you again.

09/06/2026: Tourist trap bar/restaurant where you pay for the view of the Palais des Papes square, service more than mediocre, unfriendly waiter, and an exorbitant bill – absolutely avoid!

09/06/2026: Total rip-off! My panini was empty; they just placed three pieces of tomato on the edge to make it look like it was filled.

06/05/2026: This McDonald's isn't very reliable; either they're out of items or they're selling items they didn't order. For example, I ordered a Fanta and an iced tea. You should always check, at least for the sauces. I always order the same thing; one time it costs €20.60, and the next time it's €21.60. I don't understand.
