We feel that customer requests bore him and that we just have to wait. He works so we wait for his good will. Too bad and if you have the choice try to find the charming waitress who is totally friendly, caring and smiling. Thanks to her.

01/09/2024: Je suis récemment allé dîner dans ce restaurant, attiré par son cadre extérieur charmant et la réputation de son service. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la gentillesse et le sourire des jeunes filles qui se sont occupées de nous. Elles étaient aux petits soins, rendant l'expérience plus agréable par leur attitude chaleureuse et attentionnée. Malheureusement, cette première impression positive a été ternie par l'attitude du responsable, qui s'est montré froid, stressé et même un peu arrogant. Il ne nous a même pas demandé si nous étions satisfaits de notre repas, ce qui est vraiment dommage et contraste fortement avec le comportement exemplaire du reste du personnel. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, j'ai été déçu. Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation le plus cher à 78 €, espérant une expérience culinaire à la hauteur du prix. Malheureusement, les plats manquaient cruellement de diversité. Nous avons été surpris de retrouver des pois chiches dans presque tous les plats, y compris l'amuse-bouche, l'entrée et le plat principal. À tel point que la répétition devenait lassante. Les artichauts trop cuit à l’eau, manifestement préparés à l'avance, avaient une odeur de frigo désagréable. Les quelques légumes présents étaient trop cuits, et la qualité générale des plats laissait à désirer. De plus, bien que l'une des serveuses nous ait dit qu'il n'y aurait aucun problème à changer l'entrée pour une option du menu moins cher, le responsable a insisté sur le fait que cela entraînerait un supplément, ce qui a encore plus assombri notre expérience. En somme, malgré un cadre agréable et un service de qualité assuré par les jeunes serveuses, la cuisine décevante et l'attitude du responsable ne m'incitent pas à revenir dîner dans cet établissement. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant si vous cherchez une expérience culinaire de qualité.

I must say that I was impressed by the kindness and smiles of the young girls who took care of us. They took great care, making the experience more pleasant with their warm and attentive attitude. Unfortunately, this first positive impression was tarnished by the attitude of the manager, who appeared cold, stressed and even arrogant. He didn't even ask us if we were satisfied with our meal, the worst part, the next day, he completely ignored us and didn't say hello! We were guests of the hotel which is a real shame and contrasts sharply with the exemplary behavior of the rest of the staff. As for the food, I was disappointed. We opted for the more expensive tasting menu at €78, hoping for a culinary experience worthy of the price. Unfortunately, the dishes were sorely lacking in diversity. We were surprised to find chickpeas in almost every dish, including the appetizer, starter and main course. So much so that the repetition became boring. The overcooked artichokes, obviously prepared in advance, had an unpleasant refrigerator smell. The few vegetables present were overcooked, and the general quality of the dishes left something to be desired. Additionally, although one of the waitresses told us that there would be no problem changing the starter to a cheaper menu option, the manager insisted that this would incur an additional charge, which further clouded our experience. In short, despite a pleasant setting and quality service provided by the young waitresses, the disappointing cuisine and the attitude of the manager do not encourage me to return to dine in this establishment. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a quality dining experience.

28/08/2024: L'accueil chaleureux, le cadre à la fois élégant et comme si l'on était dans une maison de famille, le service à la fois discret et extrêmement attentionné, sans parler de la cuisine tellement exquise... Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 5 plats qui est absolument un régal : une cuisine inventive mais pas trop, alliant la cuisine traditionnelle provençale et une touche tellement délicate de modernité, de saveurs surprenantes et inventives mais sans oublier les racines familiales. Ce fut un doux et merveilleux moment. Merci au chef Xavier Mathieu et à toute son équipe.

25/08/2024: Tout était exquis. Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux en ayant sélectionné le menu 4 plats. Bémol sur la proposition des vins dans l’accord mets et vins 2 verres qui manquait d’originalité et de longueur en bouche. On s’attend à plus d’audace pour faire résonner les plats d’avantage avec le vin. Merci !

23/09/2024: Arrival in the restaurant, cobwebs, midges full of the ceiling above the sushi preparations. Order error when retrieved. Inside nothing apart from a counter, hygiene remains to be desired. Hair found in several sushi places, not surprising when the staff does not wear charlottes.

11/09/2024: A first time which really surprised me the welcome was very warm, The products were super fresh!!! I was able to see the creation of sushi which delighted me 🤩 I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return with my eyes closed for a little Japanese

10/12/2024: 🚨🚨 Cockroaches🚨🚨 Yesterday, I went to your bakery because the pizzas there are excellent.. there I am waiting for my turn and I see something that catches my eye in terms of the pizza and also the edges of the refrigerated bank... Cockroaches.... I wait a bit, I look... And there I see one of the critters leaving under the slice of pizza (which was impatiently waiting for me)..and the other continuing its journey between the two counters... An employee was nearby cleaning the hot spot... I discreetly informed her... And there, instead of quickly discreetly taking out the pizza tray and solving the problem, she told me ok I would talk to my managers about it... Um... Well we have to actually act!!! They are disgusting and dirty pests...I warn you...make sure to remove this from customers' sight.. I therefore left without buying anything...disgusted to see this creature lodged on and under the slice of pizza.... It's been years since I came here because of hygiene...notably that of one of the bakers who had, in full view of everyone, sneezed multiple times while shaping the baguettes ready to put in the oven without even trying to turn around or protect the front of your mouth and wipe your nose with the back of your hand before handling food. Of course we don't know what's happening elsewhere...but there...it was before my eyes!!!! In short, good products, prices too...but the basis of hygiene and solving the problem of pests would really be a plus. Thank you in advance.

15/09/2024: A éviter pour le brunch le restaurant je ne connais pas. Un brunch digne d'un bon routier des années 80 avec le prix d'un restaurant gastronomique , triste pour un endroit qui pourrait être si agréable.

08/09/2024: Salle froide et très ordinaire. On attend à mieux d'un restaurant d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personnel incompétent il a fallu réclamer un apéritif, puis à deux reprises des boissons lorsque nos plats ont été servis. La cuisine est très ordinaire. Le fish and chips est du surgelé...idem pour les desserts le tiramissu à la figue est composé d'une vulgaire confiture de figues bas de gamme et d'une mousse industrielle.
