30/10/2025: The hot chocolate was delicious. Real chocolate, not too sweet. The cookie was the same! It was generous but not too sweet.
The setting and the tableware were very pleasant.

11/12/2025: A relaxing day for two, including lunch on the terrace, access to the spa in the early afternoon, and a one-hour massage to finish.
The location is superb, perfectly maintained, as is the spa, and the service was impeccable.
Unfortunately, we had a masseuse who sniffled constantly throughout the massage, to the point that her colleague repeatedly handed her tissues.
I can understand that one might be feeling unwell, but in such cases, solutions should be found, even if it means canceling and rescheduling the appointment.
Given the quality of the place, the price of the day, and the cost of the massage, we are extremely disappointed. We mentioned this briefly at reception, but received only a simple "sorry."
What a shame.
28/11/2025: We are particularly fond of this venue for our events. The on-site teams are dedicated and streamline the event logistics.
They demonstrate great flexibility despite the hotel's constraints, which is highly valued in our core business, whose ultimate goal is to offer a unique experience to each of our couples and guests.

27/09/2024: Après une arrivée à l’hôtel très décevante, j’ai pu enfin retrouver un accueil et un sourire des plus agréables en venant dîner au restaurant les Vignes.
Le service est très chaleureux et la qualité de la cuisine est généreuse.

17/07/2024: Très déçu - cuisine médiocre, et accueil du personnel du restaurant prétentieux et désagréable. La serveuse lançait la nourriture sur la table et n’a jamais souri de la soirée. Pour un Relais et Châteaux et dans un décor pareil c’est inadmissible. Le service nous a gâché notre soirée. Seul bon point un sommelier très sympathique et compétant. Nous y allons depuis l’ouverture de la Coquillade, mais nous n’y irons plus.

Jolie petite salle. Très bon accueil. Service aimable , discret et souriant.
Et surtout très bonne table. On se régale de l'excellence des produits frais, bien préparés.
Bref une adresse à recommander. Vite les prochaines vacances pour y retourner.

23/03/2025: Accueil parfait endroit au top avec de la place qualité des produits extrêmement savoureuse présentation des assiettes le tout avec un service nickel avec le sourire de retour chez notre famille un appel téléphonique du restaurant nous informent que nous avons payer une note trop cher et qui n était pas celle de notre table nous sommes donc retourner et avons récupérer la différence et je tient particulièrement a le signaler car c est très rare de voir cela et remercie l honnête de cette établissement et je ne comprend pas les avis de certaines personne sur la qualité des plats.

09/07/2024: I often go to Françoise’s when I’m in Avignon. I love this place where you can eat all day or just have a coffee. I like homemade dishes. I love the welcoming and family atmosphere that emanates from this place.
For me, it’s a must-see in Avignon.

27/05/2024: Repas tout simplement délicieux, nous avons découvert un plat typiquement portugais appelé La Cataplana ( en suggestion du jour) et en dessert une Pavlova digne d un étoilé. La gentillesse de l équipe et la cuisine de produits frais nous ont enchantés. Nous reviendrons c est certain.
