16/04/2026: I'm quite disappointed with this bakery. The products are relatively expensive for what I find a disappointing quality, and some don't really match the descriptions displayed in the window. The saleswomen are friendly, which is nice, but they chat amongst themselves a lot about personal matters, which can give an impression of a lack of professionalism. Finally, some of the products didn't seem very fresh when I visited. Overall, an experience below my expectations.

20/02/2026: I went to recharge my batteries in this idyllic, exceptionally clean place; the tranquility is magnificent. I highly recommend it because the food is excellent, everything is homemade, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return regularly.

01/02/2026: On January 18, 2026, after several email exchanges and a phone call where the person confirmed that a one-night stay in June, booked through Wonderbox, was confirmed, I received an email today informing me that it was no longer possible because they had changed their booking policy. I therefore called to express my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism, and that I would be leaving a negative review. The person I spoke to replied, "I don't give a damn about you," and hung up on me. Some people should find another line of work if the reception on-site is as unfriendly as it is on the phone. I don't regret canceling the stay.

07/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! A terrible experience at this location: absolutely no customer service, exorbitant prices, and extra charges announced at the time of payment. Our worst Subway experience ever! I ordered a large sandwich and, of my own volition, asked for very little chicken. They gave me barely a quarter of the usual amount, which was perfectly fine with me since it was exactly what I had asked for. I then asked if it would be possible to add the chicken I wasn't ordering to my partner's sandwich. A flat refusal! I then asked if they could at least offer me the guacamole for free, since I was barely ordering any meat. The answer: NO, for €2 worth of guacamole. No gesture of goodwill whatsoever! It's not the €2 that bothers me, it's the principle and the attitude. When you're already charging significantly higher prices than other Subway locations, and on top of that, you charge extra for ingredients that aren't necessarily charged elsewhere, the least you could do is clearly inform the customer when they order, instead of telling them about the extras at the time of payment. And to top it all off, the sandwiches are incredibly sparsely filled: three pieces of tomato, two pieces of cucumber… ridiculously small portions. Given the prices, it's frankly unacceptable. I even warned the person serving us that I would be leaving a bad review. His reaction? He couldn't care less, even going so far as to keep charging an exorbitant €2 for guacamole! Clearly, customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. Unprecedented in terms of business acumen, customer service, and value for money. We won't be returning and we strongly advise against this establishment.

15/05/2026: We left on Friday, May 15, 2026, with virtually no food, no wok dishes, just an undercooked steak without sauce. The buffet was a disaster. The staff, however, remained as helpful, smiling, and friendly as ever. Lunch was out for us; we'll have to try the themed evenings.

24/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The welcome was fine, no complaints about the waitress. However, the food was terrible, with no finesse whatsoever. My partner ordered a pasta dish piled high with Gruyère cheese and sickeningly creamy sauce. As for me, I ordered a salad that looked like it took 5 minutes to prepare, if that. The tomatoes were roughly chopped, the warm goat cheese toast was on stale white bread, the cheese tasted like it had been through the wringer, there were four tiny pieces of bacon that barely fit, and the dressing was 97% oil and the rest vinegar, with the salad swimming in it… €14… Don't be fooled by the decor.

22/07/2026: A small restaurant by the water, guaranteed tranquility if it weren't for a cigarillo smoker who polluted the air! What a lack of consideration and disregard for others! The salad was decent but not enough for a quick snack... Credit cards not accepted! The young waitress was smiling...

20/07/2026: Absolutely filthy! Inside and out. A disgrace for a business.

01/07/2026: No salads, just three measly sandwiches on display early in the day. I ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich: half a small tomato cut into four slices, with the same amount of mozzarella, and nothing else. Pathetic. I didn't dare order a pizza, given the number of green flies on it 🤢. As for the pastries, typical of this chain, they were a mixture of grease and air.

05/06/2026: Honestly, the McDonald's in Vaison-la-Romaine is, in my opinion, the worst McDonald's in France! There's never a McDonald's snack. A message to the franchisee: try to maintain your brand. They never have what we want, the prices are outrageous, it's truly deplorable. Avoid it at all costs. Every time I go, it's the same thing: items are missing, the order isn't complete, large fries or large drinks are never ordered properly, and the staff is often unpleasant. I've even had the impression several times that they were trying to make me pay or accept an order that didn't match what I asked for. When you come back several times with the same problems, it's no longer an isolated incident. The service needs serious improvement, as does the order verification. A very bad experience.

26/05/2026: My husband and I came here for a special dinner on our honeymoon. I am gluten-free and we were so excited to dine here. We had a reservation for 7:30. We arrived at 7:25 and were pointed to a patio and told that we’d be brought in when our table was ready. After 30 minutes, a member of the staff finally came by to offer us a drink while we waited. We asked if there was a delay and he said no. We were confused but decided to continue waiting. Several other guests were waiting next to us and were also very confused. We waited 70 minutes and finally asked to speak to the owner. We shared our confusion, and she was incredibly dismissive. She told us that we should have known to come inside if we were ready to eat. This was never explained to us (even when we asked the server if there was a delay with our table) or to any of the other guests who also waited over an hour. The owner clearly had no concern for our experience whatsoever, so we left, hungry and incredibly disappointed. I highly recommend that future travelers find another place to dine. Edit: Unfortunately, the restaurant’s response to my review contains many misrepresentations and implies that we were the only ones who misunderstood their process. This is not true, and they know this. We did speak to the other guests while we were all waiting outside. We asked if they knew what was going on, and they said no. They shared that they were quite confused and had been waiting an hour despite having a reservation. When the owner came out and spoke to all of us, these guests had to ask if they were allowed to go inside and be seated. It’s disappointing that the restaurant is attempting to rewrite the facts on this, but I assume they are trying to preserve their reputation publicly. The email referenced in their reply was to confirm that we wouldn’t be charged for a meal we were not able to enjoy. We don’t have any desire to return here ourselves, but sincerely hope that you deliver improved service for future customers.

26/05/2026: Great setting. Excellent food and new flavors in this un-Michelin-starred restaurant. Unfortunately, the service doesn't live up to the chef's standards, which is a bit of a shame.

08/08/2026: Excellent experience: simple cuisine, homemade dishes, and very reasonable prices. I recommend it!
