14/09/2026: An excellent meal and a wonderful time, thanks in part to our waiter, Gérôme! The beef fillet was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. The homemade mashed potatoes were absolutely fabulous (a must-try!). The cod was also cooked to perfection (pearly pink in the center). The raspberries were delicious, and the tarte tatin was very generous! Simple but well-prepared cuisine, in an ideal setting right across from the small boats, perfect for a leisurely boat trip afterward.

13/09/2026: We absolutely loved our lunch at La Flotille. The welcome was warm and the service very quick. The dishes and desserts were excellent, the portions were perfectly balanced, and there was little waiting between courses—everything came together perfectly. The service was impeccable, and a huge thank you to our waiter, Andy, who looked after us throughout our lunch! Smiling, kind, and efficient, he was truly top-notch 👍 In short, a fantastic discovery, and we'll definitely be back!

The dishes are refined, carefully prepared, and full of flavor, with beautiful presentation and high-quality ingredients. The service is pleasant and attentive. A wonderful place that we always enjoy returning to.

13/08/2026: The establishment offers a pleasant setting with a shaded terrace. It should be noted that the noise level inside can be high during busy periods, particularly due to the volume of the music. The cuisine is of excellent quality and the presentation of the dishes is meticulous. Although the prices are considered high, they are justified by the quality of the service.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening. Our taste buds and ears were delighted! The dishes are typical Corsican cuisine, refined and made with carefully selected ingredients. The staff was lovely; the young waiter knew the menu perfectly and his service was impeccable. We chatted quite a bit with the owner, who is a charming man and very attentive to his customers. They paid particular attention to allergies and birthdays, which was much appreciated. I finally discovered one of my favorite wines, a natural Corsican wine, with an incredible palate: a superb discovery! Thank you so much for your talent and kindness. We will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/07/2026: A very good restaurant in Saint-Germain. The menu isn't too long, and it focuses on quality ingredients. Corsican inspiration is evident throughout, with daily specials based on market availability, and an impressive list of Corsican wines. We love eating on the terrace in the evenings during the summer. Our dog is also welcome in this pleasant restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

16/09/2026: Super good, i believe it’s a restaurant run by a family. I enjoyed all the meals, fresh and unique taste. The gentleman and the lady were very warm and suggested super good things for us. All in all super good.

12/06/2026: After a very good experience at the restaurant, we ordered pizzas to go and frankly, the value for money is excellent. €12 for a Margherita pizza with extra ham. I recommend it.

19/07/2026: I order from them regularly and I'm never disappointed! The staff are always very kind and welcoming. Online orders are always ready on time, which is much appreciated. The portions are generous, the products are fresh, and it's really delicious. I highly recommend them!
