01/02/2026: We had a very good experience with the F22 party menu. The wait between ordering and availability was very quick, less than 25 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed it; the salads were excellent because the balance of vinegar and the crispness of the cabbage was perfect. The sashimi portions were much larger than at other restaurants. In short, we will be back. Enjoy the photos!

30/10/2025: We've been eating at this restaurant for years, even when it was still under the previous owners. The dishes and desserts are perfect, very good. The only problem is the price of drinks; beers and sparkling water have become unaffordable. 8.50 for a liter of water—I've only ever seen that in this restaurant! So we switched to tap water. It's surprising because I've noticed that nobody orders drinks anymore; it's not a good business for the owners.

30/03/2026: I ordered couscous to take away, and it was absolutely delicious. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, the meat was lightly grilled, and the cooking juices were perfect. The portions were very generous. Well done!

18/02/2026: The staff and setting are excellent, which is why I'm giving it two stars. However, the food needs improvement. The Japanese dish lacked real flavor, with ingredients that were clearly poorly frozen, except for the coleslaw. In any case, something went wrong for me... Result: I spent the entire night in the bathroom. (Luckily, no abdominal pain.) The rice wasn't good quality and wasn't cooked properly. That should have been a red flag. It's unfortunate to see this in 2026 in a developed country: getting sick after eating at your hotel restaurant. Perhaps I'm just sensitive, and others wouldn't have had any problems. However, I eat out here and there, and when the ingredients are fresh, good quality, and well-prepared, I have no issues. In my opinion, the chef should create a menu that reflects his own style. Offering such a poor Japanese dish is disappointing. My only redeeming feature was my mint green tea. I thank the staff who were kind and professional; this helped to ensure that my dinner wasn't 100% negative.

25/02/2026: Discovered several months ago with some initial hesitation, even though this crêperie has been around for a while, our hearts—and especially our taste buds—had already been won over by another crêperie to which we were loyal patrons. So, the result was heartbreaking, given our loyalty, because we had truly enjoyed this place... An unusual setting (a touch old-fashioned, but in keeping with the town's overall character: the bygone elegance of a city with a castle), impeccable service, and extremely attentive staff. The menu is varied, and the portions are reasonable, leaving room for dessert (dessert is important, after all 😉). The flavors are beautifully preserved; the sweet white wine we had as an aperitif was excellent. They offer continuous service on Sundays (for both savory and sweet dishes), making it a pleasant place to spend time with family and/or friends, especially since, when the weather is nice, a terrace welcomes you and allows you to enjoy the sunshine without it being too harsh.
