28/09/2024: We were in the self service part, we have had coffee crossant and sandwich here many times. It is a great place to sit and have a break whilst visiting the palice, but it is expensive for what it is. Sandwiches are poor with not a lot of choice. Staff behind the counter are a bit slow in serving, but the young lady who was greeting customers was very good.

13/09/2024: This café is not luxurious at all. However, it is the perfect café if you are tired from walking all the way to petit Trianon. Recommended are the macarons and pain au chocolat. All the Angelina cakes are available. Late in the afternoon you can see many vacant seats. The same cafe at Grand Palace is always very crowded.

17/12/2024: ~ A friendly place in the heart of Maisons-Laffitte ~ The Cozy restaurant is ideally located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the train station, with paid parking nearby. It’s a practical and pleasant address, both for lunch with friends and for a drink after work. With its two covered terraces, the place is welcoming in all seasons. For many, it has become a real HQ. The atmosphere is friendly, even if the service can be uneven: very pleasant with some servers, sometimes a little tense with others. In terms of facilities, the toilets are spacious and in keeping with the spirit of the place, even if they deserve more regular maintenance, especially during lunch hours when there is a lot of traffic. ~ Price: €€€ - €€€€ ~ In summary, Cozy remains a good place to meet up with friends in a relaxed atmosphere, with a central location and pleasant spaces. A few improvements in terms of service and cleanliness would make the experience even better.

13/09/2024: Customers are queuing but no one is served in order, I arrived at the opening with my sister only my sister was served When I ask to be served, seeing that new customers arrive and are served before me, I am told "I don't serve the Thailand side, I only serve the Japanese side." Isn't that clear? I would never come back to this restaurant again, seeing the general rating of 3.5 I should have checked before going there! No respect for the customer and the cooks laugh at the situation.

06/09/2024: Welcome always at the top, the catering side is really good, but what far surpasses everything else is their famous lemongrass beef sandwich (they only do it from Monday to Friday only downside) thank you again!

18/01/2025: Manager or employee not at all friendly and leaves the Uber delivery people waiting outside in this polar cold!!!

06/07/2025: I've been coming here for years because the price/quality ratio is excellent, even after Covid, the prices have barely changed. The skewers are truly excellent. Just be careful when ordering too many at once or at the end of the service, they are sometimes not "grilled enough," which is a shame. The starters are good, such as the gyoza or the chicken karage. The sushi and maki are good, even if they lack something to make them really good. I only recommend getting the California maki, which are very good and don't have "too much rice," or the futomaki. The rest, unfortunately, are not very interesting; otherwise, I would have given it a 5. The cocktails are very sweet and will satisfy you if that's what you like. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the young ones, but don't expect remarkable service. This is typical of most all-you-can-eat buffets. I also recently discovered that if you haven't finished and take the rest away, the prices are very reasonable (10 euros for 8 skewers and around ten California maki and a few sushis), ideal for a simple meal.

02/07/2025: A great restaurant that we've been going to for years now. The servers are helpful and attentive, yet they don't hover at your table every two minutes. They give you time to eat quietly and enjoy your conversation or your meal. As for the food, the menu is very varied and the dishes are always delicious. A great place to keep.

08/01/2025: Customer for 5 years. I find that the increase is excessive and ultimately the quality is no longer at the same level. Very average service. Beware of new staff exchanging numbers with customers and criticizing management. It doesn't mix well

25/09/2024: I had lunch with a popeye pancake and a small salad which were good. The welcome was professional. The decoration is nice. The restaurant was almost full and the atmosphere was a little noisy, that's the only downside I would mention. I paid 12€10. Excellent value for money. It is best to reserve.

12/11/2025: Incredibly rude, the calzone was watery, and they tried to tell me it was the egg white when the egg in question was completely cooked instead of runny. Besides, egg white is thick... Instead of apologizing, or acknowledging that an ingredient must have released a lot of water—like the impressive number of whole olives on the pizza, or the ham if it was frozen—they preferred to talk down to people, claiming they don't deliberately put water in pizzas and that runny, uncooked egg white happens all the time... Well, in that case, learn to control your cooking! Anyway, there are ways to speak to customers. I wanted to give you a chance despite the Google rating, which is clearly deserved.
