02/08/2024: A super nice waitress but a slightly disappointing plate. I ordered a homemade bread with minced steak and another bread with kebab. But I was surprised to receive a bun with little filling in the end. The taste was there but paying 10€50 for the menu with the small tray of fries and the drink is disappointing..

14/07/2024: Not the best service, the lady with black hair could be a bit more welcoming, not sure why I had to buy 11 chickens to get a free one when the card says 10 even the other server was disputing this with her! Chicken is fairly decent, but I can't recommend ordering anything else.

29/06/2024: Respect the customers never again I will come back the poorly made chicken disgusting it leaks water and fries served in the paper and the mushy rice. no respect that commercial you will lose a lot of customers and the karma that will await you if you continue to serve junk food even an animal does not deserve that. 03/09/2024: To take away...at other caterers they ask me if it needs to be reheated...there they don't tell me anything...so I thought the food was hot. I arrive home and I don't have a microwave. Result of the races inedible spicy Thai beef. Bland noodles. And the worst part is that there isn't even a little smile... Nothing. I almost felt like I was disturbing. Damage Paying so much to not even be able to enjoy it. ..

29/08/2024: Disappointing experience! We came a little over a year ago and had a great time in this restaurant. However, our last experience was not at all up to par. At 8 p.m., while the restaurant is empty, an entry is already missing from the menu (tuna tartare with Thai sauce) Forced to fall back on another entrance. In addition, the double beef carpaccio is served on a large plate but the quantity is not there. I was expecting to have a second plate (double carpaccio) given the quantity that was served on the plate, but it was not. In addition, we looked for olive oil on this carpaccio but in vain and it was not the 6 or 7 mini pieces of parmesan which fought a duel which enhanced the dish, and the candied potatoes served with it were more than any. A starter (mini roast camembert) plus 2 double carpaccios, a glass of wine and ½ sparkling water and here you are with a bill of €61. The value for money is clearly no longer there in this restaurant and I no longer recommend it. Really a shame because we had a great time the previous time.

24/09/2024: The exterior made me think of a large buffet machine...it's quite the opposite, table service, and of a very rare freshness these days, with a taste for freshness, it has become a base for me comparison....

15/09/2024: Great time spent in the Soubise restaurant: possibility of eating on the terrace. The interior is super nice: soft lighting, space, not noisy... in short: very pleasant. The food is good: great for a brasserie, the prices are average (€52 for 2 adults and 1 child) and the quantity on the plate is satisfactory. The real plus is the super super fast service!!! And that’s really great for those who are really hungry!!! The staff is pleasant and professional. I recommend this stopover to your itineraries in the region
