23/07/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant since I was very young, even before it was where it is now, when it was on the left in the smallest "place." I came back yesterday after years. The person serving at the takeaway counter wasn't friendly at all. The chicken was good, but nothing like what they used to make; it was much better. The chicken breast was €1.50 for a tiny slice, and it was completely dry and the slices were minuscule. I was disappointed, even though I was very happy and nostalgic to be back after all these years.

19/07/2026: The food is good and inexpensive, but the only downside is that you're seated too close to other people you don't know. Sometimes you're at the same table with complete strangers, which I find really annoying.

28/07/2026: A disgrace! 8 regular-sized pizzas. The crust was less than a millimeter thick. No toppings whatsoever! It cost us 150 euros! Just under 20 euros per person, it's outrageous! A rip-off!

28/06/2026: I don't understand how this restaurant can be associated with a 4-star hotel. Frankly, the hotel doesn't deserve that rating, but the restaurant falls even further short. The service was incredibly slow and disorganized, even though there were only four tables to serve. We arrived at 8:00 PM and didn't get back to our room until 10:45 PM, just for two burgers and two desserts. The entire meal was a nightmare: 30 minutes to take our order, another 30 minutes to be served, another 30 minutes to get the dessert menu, 20 minutes before someone finally came to take our dessert order, and then another 30-minute wait before we received them. The staff is completely unprofessional. The waiters and the bartender are neither friendly nor welcoming. You constantly feel like you're bothering them when you ask for something. Even worse, you have to constantly ask for bread or water, which are never brought automatically. Each request receives no response: not a word, not a glance, not even a simple "I'll bring it to you." The waiter turns on his heel and returns 15 to 20 minutes later with what was requested. A little communication would be the bare minimum of courtesy. We weren't the only ones shocked. The two customers at the next table also had to constantly ask for fresh water, bread, and even sauces for their fries. They seemed just as dismayed as we were by this lack of consideration. The organization of the bar and restaurant is also incomprehensible. When we arrived for a drink, no one greeted us or invited us to sit down. We stood in front of the bar for several minutes, the staff watching us without saying a word. It was ultimately up to us to figure out that we should go and sit down. With such a confusing layout, a little assistance would be essential. Finally, the restaurant lacks any privacy whatsoever. It feels like sitting in the hotel lobby, surrounded by guests arriving and departing. A few decorative screens or partitions would certainly help create a proper restaurant atmosphere. In short, extremely slow service, unfriendly and uncommunicative staff, poor organization, and an experience that falls far short of the standards expected of a self-proclaimed 4-star establishment. A huge disappointment.

04/06/2026: I have eaten several times at this restaurant, and every experience has been excellent. One of my favorite dishes is the Italian Burger — absolutely perfect every time. The quality, flavor, and presentation were truly impressive. I would also like to especially thank Mr. Enzo, who took my order and provided outstanding service. He was professional, welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. It is always a pleasure to come here, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent customer service.

25/07/2026: We had a wonderful time on the horseback ride. Zoé is a fantastic guide. The only downside is that not all GPS systems easily lead to the location. Plan to arrive a little early. However, the reception staff are available to help you over the phone.

05/07/2026: Horse Training and Relationship Workshop: A highly enriching two-day workshop with personalized guidance tailored to each participant's goals and needs. Manuel took the time to handle the horses himself, helping us progress and sharing his knowledge with great teaching skills. The atmosphere was excellent, and the entire team was very welcoming, supportive, and always available to answer our questions. I left this workshop with all the answers I came looking for, and even more. In just two days, you can already feel a real improvement in the relationship and communication between horse and rider. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience, which I highly recommend.

28/08/2026: Vitigno is a true institution. This restaurant has been open for over 40 years and it's still just as delicious. The portions are generous, the pizzas are topped with generous slices. I recommend you try their meat dishes, especially their veal specialties; you'll never find anything better, even if you cook them yourself. Don't hesitate to book a table; the restaurant fills up quickly.

28/07/2026: I went there with my best friend; we ordered a full mezze platter, at €26 per person. For the price, it was a generous portion and very good. This is definitely a place to remember for those who love Lebanese food.

04/07/2026: Everything was very good, but I was a little disappointed with the portion sizes... the Creole platter was an assortment of specialties, but I wasn't expecting just one of four items... and it was impossible to exchange one item for two accras, for example... what a shame.

10/06/2026: Very disappointed. The welcome was very unpleasant and the food was bland. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation between two people. Avoid this restaurant!

20/06/2026: We were staying at Soho House nearby and came cross this wonderful neighbourhood restaurant! The beef bourguignon was delicious. The meat was very tender and the flavour was authentic and yet not overwhelming. 🤤🫶🏻

25/08/2026: The welcome was cold upon arrival. The main courses and desserts were good or very decent, and served without too much of a wait. After dessert, the waitresses made it clear that you had to pay and leave, while tidying up the chairs and tables around you. In summary: Value for money = AVERAGE (3/5), Service = AVERAGE (2.5/5)

18/08/2026: A very pleasant setting and cuisine; the various dishes offered are very tasty. Special mention goes to the enormous profiterole, which I never miss for dessert. Note: they offered a gesture of goodwill after a panna cotta didn't meet my friend's expectations. The service was a little impersonal depending on the server, but generally discreet.

01/08/2026: To start with the positives, it's a nice, pleasant place to stop and eat. However, the waitress, who is of Asian descent, was really rude and unprofessional.

07/07/2026: That's ridiculous, over €10 for a Perrier and a half-pint of draft beer. I asked for confirmation again, but it seemed perfectly normal to pay that price on the sidewalk next to the road on a Monday evening...

13/09/2026: The pizza was good, but the servers (including the guy in the restaurant's video) are really grumpy… We come here to spend our money, after all; we, the customers, are the ones who keep the restaurant going. A smile and a little kindness would be appreciated.

06/09/2026: It was very crowded tonight for the fireworks, so there was a very long wait for our food. But the staff is very friendly and does their best, it has to be said.

13/08/2026: Best sandwich I've ever eaten! They're so nice, they have amazing syrups, but their food is just so good! I don't really understand the 1-star rating; it's the best in Saint-Germain and the entire 78 region, and I mean it.
