07/12/2024: A pleasant restaurant in a pretty and old house in the center of the town.
We are well received in a beautiful medieval style room.
I really liked the hearty, tender and tasty entrecôte accompanied by a creamy blue cheese sauce, home fries and salad.
A nice gourmet coffee to finish.
The price is reasonable.
It was a discovery, I will come back.

The welcome and service were impeccable, and especially Nathalie the owner who made our romantic dinner even more special. A big thank you to the whole team and especially to the chef for this unforgettable experience. We will come back with great pleasure!
21/07/2024: C est par pur hasard que nous avons déjeuner à l'auberge. Nous cherchions un nouveau restaurant à tester dans les yvelines.
Et comme le dit l'adage : le hasard fait bien les choses.
Nous nous sommes régalés : les plats sont un régal pour les yeux et les papilles : raffinés mais sans chichi.
Les produits sont frais et locaux.
L'équipe est au top : le chef Christophe, aux commandes, qui cuisine en se faisant plaisir pour le plus grand bonheur de ses clients et notre jeune serveuse qui s'est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous.
Gros coup de cœur !!

28/08/2024: While on a bike ride, we stopped here to eat. Good for us! Warm welcome, excellent cuisine, simple and hearty (this tiramisu is to die for!), very fair price. We left with the idea of returning there on purpose.
13/08/2024: We stayed in Dampierre-en-Yvelines for the Paris Olympics to see the golf. We sat down just before the kitchens closed but the owner could not have been more friendly and served us one of the most delicious quiches we have had. All the food is home made. We spent a lot of time at this little cafe over our weekend and ended up with several French friends. All the locals made us very welcome and we would definitely return

28/06/2025: I'm no longer impartial about this place. I'm now a regular, and I'm completely won over. While I'm not certain, I have the feeling the pizzas have shrunk a bit. But they're still just as delicious.
Excellent place! I recommend it.

(I took 1 star off for the kitchen for the sushi which I didn't find very fresh but it was still perfectly OK).

Edit 2024: Prices appear to have increased significantly. The quality seems good however, we are more reluctant to go back :/

05/12/2024: Very aromatic cuisine but to my taste adapted to European customers. It lacks a little of the fullness of Indian cuisine. However, the restaurant offers a large selection of dishes and all those tasted were excellent. Impeccable service. A bit “outdated” atmosphere, but overall calm. Restaurant ideally located near the church square and Maurice Ravel's house... Overall, a great discovery to recommend.
12/11/2024: The dishes are excellent! Four of us came for lunch, we didn't make the same choices, and all four of us had a great time!
