For my son's 18th birthday, the buffet was a hit with everyone; the quality and quantity were excellent. It was a wonderful discovery for some of our guests. 06/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Laon! We tried La Rose des Sables and frankly, everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The couscous is a real treat, with incredibly fine grains and a wonderfully fragrant broth. Special mention goes to the oriental pastries for dessert, which are pure bliss to finish the meal with a delicious green tea. In addition to the delicious food, the ambiance, decor, and background music transport you directly to the heart of the Maghreb, to Algeria. It was truly excellent, a must-visit that I highly recommend.
