06/08/2026: A very good experience, as usual. We are always warmly welcomed with a smile. The servers are attentive and pleasant, the food is exceptional (the royal couscous, by far the best, is my favorite), and the atmosphere is equally wonderful. I highly recommend it. :)

04/08/2026: We came last Friday evening with about ten people, and a good portion of the group had stomach aches a few hours later. We had ordered platters. Otherwise, the place is pleasant, as is the service.

30/07/2026: The place is always nice and pleasant for playing pétanque and having a drink on the terrace, however, the same cannot be said for the unfriendly service, which immediately resorts to the card machine as soon as we're served. We were given stale bread and no one told us the kitchen was closing, so we just nibbled on something but couldn't get a proper meal...a shame.

15/06/2026: I am not sure how this is rated a 4-star hotel. The property feels old and run-down, and the rooms feel like a cheap roadside motel. The staff is incredibly rude, and the level of customer service is unlike anything I have experienced in the South of France. Dinner at L'Ensemble was a disaster— 15 min sitting down before someone offered us water and took drink orders. Over two hours to receive our food, my husband's swordfish was raw, my steak was like rubber, and the staff is just entirely indifferent. To make matters worse, there is nowhere else to eat besides the one restaurant. The pool bar/restaurant is only open June 27 till end of August, so there is no poolside service. I came here to spend five days while my daughter attends tennis camp for 2 weeks, and the pool is closed for private events three of those five days, so I can't even hang out by the pool while shes training. Nothing short of disappointing. This will be my first and last stay here. The only redeeming quality is the beautiful tennis facility. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere that actually cares about the guests and delivers a true 4-star resort experience.

15/07/2026: Excellent find! We ordered a Canadian poutine and the Trudeau Steak, and both dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with quality ingredients. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the poutine had an authentic taste. The decor is beautiful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making the experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the dessert was excellent—a real treat that ended the meal perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, its welcoming atmosphere, and its excellent service. We will gladly return!

19/06/2026: Update – We visited again during our business trip in June, and once again, the food did not disappoint. The quality is as good as ever, and you really can’t complain about the standard here. The steak remains juicy, tender, and full of flavour, and those wonderfully crunchy French fries are still as addictive as we remembered. What surprised us this time was the ladies’ toilet—we didn’t use it on our first visit, but it turned out to be an experience in itself! The décor and atmosphere are unique, full of character and charm, and definitely worth seeing. Canadian Corner continues to be a fantastic place to unwind after work, with great food and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll certainly be back again on our next business trip.

19/08/2026: Honestly, it's always a pleasure to eat at Capadocce in Troyes! The kebab is absolutely delicious, the meat is perfectly seasoned, the portions are generous, and the service is top-notch. I've been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. We often get takeout because the restaurant is a bit small, but that's not a problem at all. On the contrary, when the weather is nice, you can eat it in the Place de la Préfecture; the setting is truly magnificent. For me, it's clearly one of the best kebabs in Troyes, I recommend it 100%!

04/06/2026: We stayed three nights here and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very nice and attentive and the property is beautiful and well maintained. It melts together with the nature around. You hear the birds chirping. It was truly relaxing and exceptional! We will be back.

10/08/2026: Excellent couscous and tagines, the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender and the dishes very flavorful, the welcome is warm and friendly, and the prices are truly affordable. We had a wonderful family evening and will gladly return!

06/04/2026: A warm welcome. The waiter was excellent. I had a Caesar salad. Generous portion and delicious. I also ordered a "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts with coffee) which included a rum baba, but since I didn't like it, the waiter kindly offered me something else. A very pleasant little stop with a lovely terrace. I recommend this place for a meal.

29/07/2026: I lived in Metz for two years and my apartment was right next to L'Oriental. There's no better place! It's truly excellent, and the chef is friendly and knows how to thank his loyal customers. As soon as I can, I'll be back, that's for sure! 😉

23/06/2026: The kebab was dry, I'm still looking for the sauce, the fries were overcooked and hard, and frankly, this person's humor was awful... okay, you can joke around with your regulars, but when you have new customers, show a little respect! My 11-year-old daughter was more embarrassed than anything else, telling me, "Daddy, that man scares me!"

27/07/2026: A restaurant on a lovely street; we had a wonderful evening there. We appreciated Hanissa's warm welcome as much as her thoughtful touches. The clams were served with an exceptional sauce, and the octopus was fresh, accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables. I highly recommend this place!
