01/04/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Today was my third time dining at this restaurant, so I took the time and pleasure to review it. The French-Japanese fusion is perfectly executed! The flavors complement each other with precision and creativity. The menus are intelligently designed, showcasing high-quality ingredients, treated with care at every stage. From appetizer to dessert, the cooking is impeccable, demonstrating true expertise. A big thank you also to the service, which was welcoming and warm. The staff takes the time to explain the dishes, sometimes surprising, but always delicious. A culinary experience as enjoyable as it is memorable!

22/04/2026: I tried the chicken tandoori naan, and it was delicious! The bread was well-made, the chicken carefully seasoned and flavorful. The portion was generous, and the ingredients were fresh. A great place to eat.

25/04/2026: There's no actual workshop tour to be had on site. Just someone upstairs giving a demonstration of the anchovy preparation before packaging. The person at the shop was very welcoming.

19/04/2026: An iconic Collioure spot for anchovies. What more can I say except that I've been coming here for many years.

28/04/2026: We try Ethiopian/Eritrean everywhere we go and this place is delicious! We got the 2 veggie plates (#4 and 5) and everything was fresh, nicely spiced (especially the lentils), the service was really nice and it was very affordable. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for something that's not touristy near the train station!

26/04/2026: Everything is top-notch in this restaurant: the decor, the food, the service… nothing to complain about.

10/04/2026: The kebab was very generously filled, which is a plus, and the service was very fast 👍🏻 However, the bread had an overpowering sesame flavor that completely overpowered everything else. The white sauce was very subtle, to the point that I initially thought it had been forgotten. As for the meat, it lacked flavor and wasn't seasoned enough. In the end, despite the generous filling and efficient service, the balance of flavors wasn't quite right.

25/03/2026: Excellent kebab, generous portion. Quick service and very pleasant staff. An extra star for the delicious white sauce. So far, the best kebab in Dijon.

02/05/2026: A magical place with refined decor. The dishes are exquisite with superb presentation. The service is perfect. Only one small drawback for such an establishment: no amuse-bouche with the aperitif, which is a shame.
