07/07/2025: The establishment is located on the main village square. The welcome is excellent and reassuring. The cuisine is refined, refined, and locally sourced for a moderate price, without being excessive. The entire bar/restaurant area is clean, well-decorated, and exudes a local, family-friendly feel. The guesthouse is equally clean and homely. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped (writing table, chairs, lighting, bathroom, etc.), and beautifully decorated. The tower room has a certain character! There is a small refrigerator available in the common area. It's very convenient.

10/03/2025: Excellent restaurant with well-prepared, high-quality products. It's worth the detour. We really enjoyed ourselves. One downside is the service. We would have liked the owner to not clear the table before we left; that would have been more professional.

Everything is served in a calm and intimate setting, perfect for a peaceful dining experience. The establishment is run by a lovely and extremely attentive couple who greatly contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's an address I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of Japanese flavors. A true gem! ✨

05/01/2025: A little (very) late, here I am trying to catch up to describe our experience in August for a short stay in this Hotel in Belcastel. The location is I believe the main asset, because right opposite the castle and the old bridge. And it is also possible to go hiking. Breakfast along the river with this panorama is a moment of pure happiness, the room very functional and pleasant, the small parking lot, and of course the restaurant which well deserves its star. We will come back to it!

12/10/2025: Honestly, a truly great restaurant. Able to accommodate a large number of people while maintaining a smile and efficiency. Healthy, good, and plentiful food. A good address in the area, and well-known among local customers. If you're passing through, don't hesitate. You'll be left with excellent Aveyron specialties.

28/08/2024: Good pizzas in Millau. I had two excellent experiences in the off-season with a very friendly welcome, and one a little less good this summer where my two children were not allowed to share a pizza (seating places have to be made profitable apparently, even if in being 4 of us we occupied as many tables as 3...). We had to take our pizzas to go, strange feeling of not being welcome. I don't know if there was much abuse that led to this policy but I find it regrettable. I still give 5 stars for the 2 very good experiences out of season.

20/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in Baraqueville, the food is good in a lovely setting, and the welcome is really friendly.

15/11/2025: A small, local eatery frequented by passersby. We tried the aligot with sausage. Excellent homemade sausage, the aligot was a little cold. The service was efficient and very friendly.
