04/09/2024: Restaurant à fuir absolument....Nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour déguster une estofinade...Bien affichée sur les menus à l'extérieur La responsable nous installe à une table de 4...1/2 heure après la serveuse arrive je demande ce plat, elle ne connait pas et nous colle une ardoise avec côte de porc à la crème, ou ragout de cœur de bœuf déjà plus de poulet...????(Donc certainement congelée), la responsable arrive et ne sait pas s'il y en a et nous dit de revenir le soir. Nous avons de ce fait quitté sur le champ cette gargotte et avons trouvé un resto au top , situé à 5 mn, parc terrasse et vue, avec accueil digne de ce nom, conseils service impeccables et linge de table en beau tissus...Pas d'estafinade mais menu à25€00 avec foie gras et autres ! Pour sept euros de plus Prix négligeable/au tripot

29/08/2024: Very pleasant hotel, the swimming pool is excellent. Very warm welcome, very friendly staff. The room for 3 was great, large, clean. To finish the meal taken on site, truly excellent, fresh produce and home cooking. I highly recommend.

07/07/2025: The establishment is located on the main village square. The welcome is excellent and reassuring. The cuisine is refined, refined, and locally sourced for a moderate price, without being excessive. The entire bar/restaurant area is clean, well-decorated, and exudes a local, family-friendly feel. The guesthouse is equally clean and homely. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped (writing table, chairs, lighting, bathroom, etc.), and beautifully decorated. The tower room has a certain character! There is a small refrigerator available in the common area. It's very convenient.

10/03/2025: Excellent restaurant with well-prepared, high-quality products. It's worth the detour. We really enjoyed ourselves. One downside is the service. We would have liked the owner to not clear the table before we left; that would have been more professional.

24/09/2024: We spent 2 nights in half board. Everything was perfect. Very good restaurant with quality local products (which is very rare for a half board) and a nice wine list. Professionalism and friendliness of staff I highly recommend this establishment. Not to be missed.

Aubrac 3 Traces up to 21 km, from Burons to Burons with the famous Aligot at noon, masterfully organized by several actors from L'Aubrac. From young producers to tourism professionals. Thank you, I will come back. And beautiful reunions

01/10/2024: Excellent dinner in a restaurant with provincial and almost timeless charm. The service, feminine, is very pleasant. The cuisine is based on high quality products and the possibility of composing a menu from the menu (you can choose starters, main courses and desserts from the menu and compose a 2 or 3 course menu at a fixed price) is a very good initiative allowing you to navigate the map at a reduced price (I recommend the 3 services at 36 euros) Beautiful cellar, a champagne which was a great discovery, also at very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this restaurant and thank the staff of this restaurant for their kindness.

07/11/2025: Visited during the holidays. Basic pizzas, nothing special. The waitress informed us that our order was running a little late because the manager was taking other customers' bills instead of preparing our pizzas. Okay, fine… Then, when it came time to pay, I tried to pay with a restaurant voucher and a holiday voucher. The manager told me it was one or the other, but not both, because otherwise it would incur too many fees. (Note that it's clearly stated on the storefront that both payment methods are accepted). I think I was stunned by his response and the sheer audacity of it… He's the first restaurant owner I've ever met who spoke to me like that… I ended up paying with the method I wanted; he even took my card from me to see what I was doing… and this gentleman escorted us to the door with an extreme lack of friendliness. Just nonsense... You need to know how to be a good businessman, sir... PS: The waitress was very friendly.

23/04/2025: This is our second home! So nice to relax on the large camping site, read your book under a tree and occasionally splash in the lake. Drink a delicious cold drink on the cozy terrace and eat delicious dishes in the bistro. Ideal campsite for parents with children. Last summer, all the children present (even up to and including 15/16 year olds) played joint games such as “police and rascal”, really fun to see. The environment is also very varied and, in my opinion, interesting. From medieval villages and towns, beautiful walks, interesting vineyards to sporting activities such as canoeing and tree climbing. Looking forward to it again!!

04/10/2024: Nous y avons le repas ce midi 4 octobre 24. Nous ne mangeons pas de viande. Pas facile, de choisir ! Donc une salade composée, sans jambon s'imposait . À la place une portion d'aligot sans saucisse 😄 , nous tenait a coeur. Notre demande fut exaucée. Nous avons remercie la "patronne". "C'est à moi de m'adapter ! " nous a t elle dit . Ce n'est pas souvent que l'on entend cela. Les desserts maison, comme tout le reste, étaient à " tomber par terre". En conclusion, service au top, un chef au dessus de la moyenne et cerise sur le gâteau un cadre rustique et sympathique. Nous y ferons d'autres haltes....👍
