24/08/2026: A pleasant surprise. We arrived 30 minutes early after a lovely stroll, and found exactly what we were looking for in this traditional restaurant off the beaten path. Courtesy, excellent traditional food, attentive service, thoughtfulness, and quiet. Generous portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance. The Aligot here is apparently delicious!

05/09/2026: A warm, friendly welcome! Excellent home-style cooking! And a great atmosphere! The only downside was the excessively fast service; we barely had our aperitifs before our pizzas arrived, and then we had a little trouble getting our drinks with the meal—just a beer and a Coke. Then, my godfather had barely finished his last bite of pizza before they came to clear the table! If you're in a real hurry, this restaurant is for you; if you want to take your time, it's best to mention it, I think.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome and family atmosphere. We stopped by on a Sunday evening with the MG France club, and the owner had prepared cold meals for us on this Sunday evening, the eve of the Monday bank holiday. A truly welcoming experience; I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍

21/05/2026: We had a lovely stay at this hotel with its family atmosphere. The room was comfortable, as was the bedding, but it was a bit cramped, at least the one we were given. Otherwise, it was quite quiet, even though you could hear the nearby traffic (when the room faced the main road). We really liked the price of the aperitifs—they were reasonably priced! It's a shame there's no more self-service food, but the breakfast was good! Adding an egg cooker would make it even better :) Finally, the jacuzzi was fantastic, and the motorcycle shelter was great too! 👍 We had stayed before, we came back, and as long as you offer good value for money, we will definitely return! 01/08/2026: Opening hours are incorrect. Went there a week. Hasn't been open. On Tuesday, a sign said it would open on Friday at 11 am. Everything closed on Friday. Terrace chairs and tables gone, and the menu gone too. Nothing indicated. Completely closed or temporarily?

31/07/2026: Two-night stay in July 2026: A very pleasant hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast is standard. The pool is spacious, the sun loungers are in very good condition with parasols. We tried the restaurant which is truly excellent, the food is well-prepared and delicious, with very pleasant service.

22/05/2026: A true gem. Both the service and the cuisine are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Each dish was perfectly executed, with high-quality ingredients and incredible flavors from start to finish. The value for money is frankly exceptional for this level of service. Everything was truly excellent. The team is lovely, very professional, and passionate. Special mention goes to their wine pairing recommendations, which were simply fantastic and elevated the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Millau! The terrace was packed because it was market day, but Lenny, our waiter, took great care of us! Perfect burger, amazing tiramisu. I'll gladly go back.

07/06/2026: A superb place. Beautiful buildings. Excellent cuisine. A huge spa area. A lovely swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards (which produce good wine). A magical and very romantic setting. Not forgetting the staff who took such good care of us and did everything to ensure we had a relaxing few days in the best possible conditions.
