21/05/2026: The staff were welcoming, but unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. They forgot to bring a drink, and a simple carafe of water never arrived. As for the €15 Caesar salad, the value for money is clearly poor. The ingredients were far from what one would expect: Roquefort cheese in the salad, virtually no dressing, and very small portions. For that price, one would expect a much more generous portion, more like a proper Caesar salad.

Everything is served in a calm and intimate setting, perfect for a peaceful dining experience. The establishment is run by a lovely and extremely attentive couple who greatly contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's an address I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of Japanese flavors. A true gem! ✨

25/05/2025: On Sunday, Mother's Day, a single menu is offered. Duck foie gras salad, duck breast risotto, and strawberry tartlet shortbread for dessert, pure bliss. The advantage of this option: the chef and his team prepare the menu and don't dwell on other dishes (if the menu is offered). As a result, the duck breasts are well-cooked and the risotto is well-simmered. For the waitresses, it's easier to take orders, and the work is more comfortable (not an easy job). The results: the products are fresh. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend it.

16/04/2026: After a friendly welcome, the service moved quickly with the daily menu: three starters to choose from, two main courses, and three desserts. I opted for the following: red beets with corn and sardines, duck leg with baby vegetables (carrots and potatoes), cheese, and mango and coconut tart for €17. Nothing pretentious, but quality, quantity, and flavor. The staff were quick and efficient while remaining pleasant. Reservations are essential, as it's a victim of its own success.

25/04/2026: A warm welcome and pleasant service. The starter and main course were truly excellent, no complaints there. However, the dessert was a slight disappointment: the profiteroles were decent, but the chocolate sauce was clearly lacking in flavor and had a rather diluted texture.

24/05/2026: Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!

We were given time to think before ordering, and they kindly provided information about the dishes on offer... Then we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a wonderful time!
