12/02/2026: Nice, welcoming place. We had lunch for work, and the place was crowded at that hour. Despite this, the dishes arrived in a reasonable time, and the prices are standard French fare, a bit high for Italians.

19/04/2026: Beautiful decor and ambiance in this unique restaurant. The menu evolves and changes very regularly. The food is simply superb with excellent value for money; I recommend the homemade foie gras, among other dishes cooked to perfection over a wood fire. The service is pleasant, both the gentleman and the lady… I highly recommend this place; it's worth the detour, and avoid taking the viaduct if you're passing through.

18/04/2026: The food is excellent. However, the prices are high: €11 for a small dessert. On the other hand, the service needs improvement. The inappropriate comments and the manager's bad mood were unwelcome!

I also really appreciated that the main courses were served after the aperitif was finished, which isn't always the case. The plates were generously portioned and beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable meal.

07/05/2026: A simple, welcoming restaurant in the center of Millau. The dishes are of good quality, and the meat is worthy of the region. Avoid the tiny and very average foie gras appetizer for its price of 17 euros. The rest is acceptable, nothing more.

13/10/2025: A lovely hotel and restaurant on the shores of Lake Pareloup. This completely renovated hotel is located in the parish of Saint-Martin des Faux. The rooms are comfortable and the nights are peaceful. The restaurant is perfect and offers a great introduction to the region's gastronomy! A real treat, with a warm welcome, excellent service, and a smile to boot! A must-see!

It's definitely etched in my heart, and I will return with my children to remember all the wonderful times spent in this place where people are, above all, genuinely kind, and that's rare indeed.
