04/03/2026: My family and I had lunch there during the winter holidays. The welcome was warm and friendly, the service impeccable, the view of the Aubrac plateau lovely, and the meal was delicious, featuring typical Aveyron dishes. The owners are very kind and share their good humor.
I highly recommend it!

12/02/2026: Nice, welcoming place. We had lunch for work, and the place was crowded at that hour. Despite this, the dishes arrived in a reasonable time, and the prices are standard French fare, a bit high for Italians.
11/02/2026: A very warm welcome, the waitresses were very friendly. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. However, it's best to book in advance as tables fill up very quickly.

14/03/2026: A little disappointed with the €30 per person set menu. The starter was good, featuring cheese, duck breast, and truffade. However, for me, the meat and truffade lacked warmth, the cheese, and the banana spring rolls were a bit dry. The service was a little slow, and the staff were pleasant.

All this for a more than reasonable price. The manager took over the restaurant in February, and it's often fully booked. I highly recommend this place!

13/10/2025: A lovely hotel and restaurant on the shores of Lake Pareloup. This completely renovated hotel is located in the parish of Saint-Martin des Faux. The rooms are comfortable and the nights are peaceful. The restaurant is perfect and offers a great introduction to the region's gastronomy! A real treat, with a warm welcome, excellent service, and a smile to boot!

My husband and I only ate half, it was enough, no need for fries to go with it.
They don't offer fries with this burger, but frankly, there's no need.
Next time I'll order the plain one. 😄
