29/06/2026: While passing through Sévérac-le-Château, we made a wonderful discovery, both in terms of the village itself and this restaurant. The setting is magnificent, the welcome warm, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. As for the price: €15.90 for the ribeye steak, fries, and salad. We highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: My wife and I were passing through the region and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, the meals are excellent, and the inn's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Belcastel, Conques, and Estaing are all within easy reach. Not to mention the village itself, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you.

21/05/2026: This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the value for the price was excellent. The family who runs the property are genuinely kind and accommodating - they even kept the kitchen open for us one evening so we could have dinner, which we really appreciated. They have a little boutique with nice local products for perfect souvenirs. The location is really ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region: Conques, Belcastel, and Estaing are all within 30 minutes or so, making it a perfect base. But the biggest surprise was the village itself. We had no idea how charming it would be - a storybook setting with a lovely church, a stream running through, and a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We were happy just wandering around. Highly recommended - a hidden gem in every sense.

27/06/2026: We were all very sick (group of 15 people). The restaurant owner failed to honor their promise of compensation. I strongly advise against going there.

21/06/2026: Passing through Aveyron, we chose this restaurant. The waiter was very welcoming and attentive, and we ate on the terrace. We ordered a tagine and a couscous with lamb skewers, both excellent. The couscous, the meat and vegetables, as well as the sauce, were very good, especially considering my own background in the Middle East. A must-try.

13/07/2026: Go for it! This restaurant is a real gem :) A lovely terrace, a sumptuous stone interior, attentive staff, impeccable service, and simply delicious food! From appetizer to dessert, we were won over. The strawberry, raspberry, and pistachio cake is to die for! A huge thank you, we'll be back!

17/07/2026: Exceptional pizzas, generous and incredibly delicious. Outstanding quality. The restaurant is fully equipped with indoor and outdoor seating in the summer, especially on market day in Espalion. A leading guide has awarded it its seal of approval every year for many years, and deservedly so.

16/07/2026: The pizzas are good! 😀 But we had booked for 5 and ended up at a table for 4...😞 I spent the meal at the end of the table pushing aside so the servers could get through... it's a shame....

20/07/2026: An excellent restaurant in a peaceful, green setting. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed delicious cuisine prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions were generous and beautifully presented, and the service was both attentive and efficient. A wonderful culinary stop to enjoy before or after visiting the abbey!

05/06/2026: A very good address in Decazeville. A daily menu at an affordable price for pilgrims and/or hikers. Excellent and generous portions (well done, chef); quick and friendly service, and a bowl of water offered to our four-legged companion upon arrival.

30/05/2026: The food was decent but expensive for what it was. Desserts were offered without prices, which led to an unpleasant surprise. Sodas were priced like Paris's.

My only real regret: no dinner service, only advertised frozen meals. So you have to plan to eat out and drive, even though there are restaurants nearby. A shame, especially when compared to the Campanile in Auch where the food is cooked, good, and the restaurant is always full. Here, in the evening, everything seems a bit empty… What a pity, because the place has enormous potential.
