The rooms have been recently renovated; they are very nice and very clean, and the bedding is excellent. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of high-quality local products. The staff was incredibly welcoming. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!

18/01/2026: They saved my dinner one Sunday evening when I arrived in Rodez after 8 pm because everything was closed and pizza and kebabs really didn't appeal to me. A warm welcome, and everything was very good and fresh.

05/07/2025: Review for the restaurant only, we weren’t staying here. We had a delicious lunch, the best we’ve had 2 weeks into our 4 week vacation in France so far, which is saying a lot! We’ve had some great meals. My husband had a special a beef stew wrapped in a pastry. The young beef (veal?) was from a woman run farm just 2 kilometers away. I had a hamburger with a sauce, a great bun, tomato and bacon. We both had the local specialty potato cheese dish and a side salad. Every bite was perfection. We each had a local beer, which was cool and crisp. The waitress/co owner was a delight, explaining in English the dishes and where locally the ingredients were from. The other staff were efficient and kind. For desert we had the melon which was grown very locally and the best cantaloupe we’ve ever had, even better than the ones our childhood families grew (sorry Grandpa). The view from the terrace is beautiful. I highly recommend this spot.

The setting is magnificent, warm, and authentic, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. The cuisine is simply REMARKABLE: flavorful, generous dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients and great expertise. Each plate is a true delight for the eyes and the palate. The service is impeccable: welcoming, attentive, and professional. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this establishment, which I wholeheartedly recommend!

24/12/2025: The old-fashioned charm of a small hotel in Aubrac. A wonderful welcome, a generous and entirely homemade evening meal. A comfortable, authentic room with an unusual shower and toilet cubicle (hidden behind the wardrobe). A very generous breakfast with homemade yogurt, pastries, toast, waffles, orange juice... Excellent! Very good value for money. Friendly owners!

Everyone found the meal perfect, a true culinary flawlessness. Beyond the quality of the dishes, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Samuel and Marie as well as their team. They accompanied us with precious advice and a real feeling was established from the beginning. During our photos, Marie took care to come to see us several times so that we, as well as our photographer and videographer, could also enjoy the reception. A rare and precious attention that shows how much they give 100% for their brides and grooms. We recommend them without hesitation. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and will not hesitate for a second to call on them again for future occasions!

10/01/2026: Hello, the €37 menu includes an additional €5 charge for foie gras. The foie gras appetizer was good, but the ribeye steak, vegetables, and side dishes were really not good. For two adults and one child, we paid €130, including three Cokes and two €37 menus plus one children's menu.

30/10/2025: The location is extraordinary for those who love the great outdoors and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking lot, took our luggage, and showed us to our room. I haven't experienced such a warm welcome in a long time; such consideration for guests is rare these days. Our room was spacious, very clean, with excellent bedding; outside noise was perfectly filtered. The meals we had on-site (dinners and breakfasts) were excellent, featuring delicious local products, and the service was quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run; you immediately feel at ease, and Mr. Bertrand Viguier, through his hospitality, truly pays homage to his region. Furthermore, the value for money is unbeatable, so if you're visiting the Aubrac region, stop in Campouriez; you won't be disappointed.

13/10/2025: We stayed one night half-board with our 3-year-old son. We received a warm welcome. The dinner was excellent, and toys were also provided for our little boy, allowing us to fully enjoy our meal. The night was very restful because the bedding was very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast once again. The tranquility of the place is very restorative. We strolled around the village, which was very pleasant. We can only recommend it 200%, as we will definitely return. #kidsfriendly #naturelocal
