27/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at L’Instant Mont Le Viaur with my colleague. The setting is superb, calm, and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome, with great kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. You can tell that everything is designed to make guests feel at home. The restaurant was also a delightful discovery: excellent, generous dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything was truly delicious from start to finish. The breakfast was also plentiful and very enjoyable. I recommend this establishment without hesitation and will gladly return.

30/08/2026: A very attractive set menu. €51 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Refined, flavorful cuisine; the squab melted in your mouth. Clever touches like the cucumber sorbet. Warm staff, a quiet dining room, just steps from the shaded banks of the Lot River. A superb experience.

16/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant in Rodez; the duck breast is perfectly cooked and the meat is of excellent quality. The setting is simply stunning, worthy of the cathedral that conceals this beautiful spot!

11/09/2026: The tuna "mi-cuit" was unfortunately not only completely overcooked, but also almost inedibly salty. Not just on the surface, the entire piece was soaked in an intense brine. My wife was too polite to send it back, so in the end we shared my pavé de boeuf (which was very good) and I tried to help her with the fish, but ultimately it was impossible for both of us to finish it. Our other orders (starter, desserts) were very good.

27/08/2026: In the heart of the Aveyron region, near the lakes of Lévézou and Pont de Salars, this small hotel has everything going for it, but we only tried the food, and it was flawless. The restaurant was normally closed that late August evening, but since there were six of us, the lovely owner kindly agreed to welcome us. Whether it was the puff pastry with snails in garlic cream, the salad with duck breast and stuffed neck, the Roquefort and walnut parfait, or the vegetable spaghetti with mussels and chives as a starter, or the lamb sweetbreads, Aubrac trout fillets with beurre blanc, veal steaks with porcini mushroom sauce, stuffed potatoes and baby vegetables, the duck confit, the grilled duck breast, or the chicken in sauce with small pasta shells for the children's menu, everything was perfect. This was followed by a cheese plate with three cheeses, then chocolate profiteroles with peach soup and a crispy topping, or perhaps apricot tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream… a succession of refined, delicious, and generous dishes that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We can't thank Virginie enough for welcoming us on this closing night, and the best way to show our appreciation is to return and sing the praises of this excellent restaurant. The service provided by her son was also top-notch and very friendly. Thank you to him as well. In short, we highly recommend it. If you're in the area, come and enjoy the delicious cuisine at Le Gardy; you'll have a truly enchanting experience!

21/06/2026: I've been traveling through my beloved France for 12 days now. Today I had the best meal of all. The best salad I've ever eaten in France. Gran Compliment! They initially wanted to turn me away because all the tables were occupied. I asked for the high table and was able to stay. Thank you so much! 24/05/2026: Two stays at this establishment, a year apart, and each time the same warm and welcoming atmosphere, spacious and well-equipped rooms at a very reasonable price, and an affordable breakfast with good quality products. A lovely terrace. The overnight package I tried last year was perfect. This type of establishment, which prioritizes customer service and comfort, deserves our support and is truly appreciated.

All the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Quality and quantity were both excellent. We highly recommend Costes for their catering services, as well as their restaurant in Baraqueville, where we have enjoyed a wonderful meal on several occasions.

19/08/2026: Quite disappointed, contrary to the enjoyment we were looking forward to having lunch there. The starter was rather bland, clearly lacking in flavor. The rest of the dishes were okay, but I've had better for less money.

23/05/2026: My wife and I were passing through the region and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, the meals are excellent, and the inn's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Belcastel, Conques, and Estaing are all within easy reach. Not to mention the village itself, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you.

21/05/2026: This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the value for the price was excellent. The family who runs the property are genuinely kind and accommodating - they even kept the kitchen open for us one evening so we could have dinner, which we really appreciated. They have a little boutique with nice local products for perfect souvenirs. The location is really ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region: Conques, Belcastel, and Estaing are all within 30 minutes or so, making it a perfect base. But the biggest surprise was the village itself. We had no idea how charming it would be - a storybook setting with a lovely church, a stream running through, and a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We were happy just wandering around. Highly recommended - a hidden gem in every sense.

18/07/2026: We stayed at the B&B and also stayed for dinner. Nice B&B, exactly what you can expect from a B&B privatly run: personal, friendly and good. The restaurant was very good! We stayed for a week in Le Rozier and we can sure say that this restaurant was the best eating place of the whole village
