05/04/2026: We felt warmly welcomed as soon as we entered your establishment. It was a Thursday lunchtime, and the ground floor dining room was quite full with only a couple of empty tables. Having heard about your upstairs dining room, I asked if we could be seated there. To our great surprise, we were the only guests and enjoyed a perfect atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. We were advised to try the set menu, which delighted our palates, and that was our choice. A blend of local produce (short supply chain), authentic cuisine prepared with care, and a very welcoming staff. I highly recommend this culinary experience in Rodez!

The service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant is reasonably priced, making it suitable for workers, truck drivers, or even families as it has a quiet interior. Thank you for the meal!

05/04/2026: Very disappointing pizza. The crust was flat, lacking texture and flavor, which completely ruined the experience from the first bite. The toppings, besides being meager, were clearly tasteless and unappetizing. We expected much better considering the price. The whole thing was bland, poorly balanced, and didn't make me want to come back. Overall, a disappointing experience; I don't recommend it.

12/12/2025: Great hotel, very pleasant rooms, excellent restaurant (perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious meat), wonderful welcome, very friendly staff. I am disabled and they arranged for me to have a room on the ground floor. I have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. My wife and I were very happy with our stay.
