13/05/2025: As its name suggests, "Délice." It's truly a delight for the palate. I couldn't dream of a better restaurant since I moved to Villefranche-de-Rouergue. The best restaurant, go there without hesitation, don't listen to the haters who talk nonsense in the other reviews. Every visit to their place is pure joy. Long live Délice Kebab

29/06/2025: Very reasonably priced and extensive lunch menu, although there isn't much choice. Service was very attentive, and the outdoor seating was very comfortable under natural vegetation. Thank you, beaucoup!

19/09/2024: Excellent welcome at Coudercous, very good meal and breakfast (all you can eat). Bad sleep in a type of poorly equipped dormitory lit by an emergency block all night!

27/08/2024: It's been a long time since we ate this badly. 2 hamburgers at €21 each, requested 1 "rare" and the other "medium". Inverted plates when serving the dish and the "rare" more than cooked practically inedible (but I was hungry), both without sauce, very very dry and very thick bread even at McDonald's they are better, that's saying !!! We had eaten at this same restaurant with friends some time before and we were very satisfied. Normal ice creams, nothing more... Honestly, I don't think we'll go back there even though we're from Millau.

21/09/2024: Nous avons été très déçus par cette expérience gastronomique qui ne correspond pas aux avis très positifs que nous avions eu. Entrée trop froide, beaucoup d'attente entre les plats, desserts décevants.

20/09/2024: Situé dans le prolongement du Musée "SOULAGES" (à visiter absolument), ce "Café" façon Bras propose deux formules: la 1ère à 19e tout compris pour déguster une sorte de wrap à consommer à l'extérieur sur la terrasse. La 2ème la la formule à 43e qui se déguste au restaurant. Cette formule comprend: Entrée à choisir entre deux propositions, Plat à choisir entre 2 proposition ( poisson ou viande), Dessert: à choisir entre fromages ou pâtisseries. C'est une cuisine avec un parfait mélanges des saveurs, original tartare de boeuf aux saveurs d'agrumes?, Délicieux "Framboisier" revisité de façon originale. C'est effectivement bon, mais on doit prendre la formule complète on ne peut pas prendre Entrée et plat ou Plat et Dessert, dommage . Le décoration du restaurant est dans l'esprit de la construction du Musée, c'est à dire un mélange de matières nobles, Acier et Cuir. La Personne qui fait fonction de " Maitresse de Maison" Pauline est parfaite dans sa fonction: accueillante, Souriante, Efficace. Le service est essentiellement féminin. Très agréable repas.

06/10/2024: The location is superb, the welcome is friendly. The decor and the laminated cards, however, set the tone, foreshadowing more the beachside tourist trap than the bistronomic cuisine of the regional capital. The tasting confirms the fears: between the molasson lamb sweetbreads drowned in fat and the industrial fries served with the elegant little pot filled with sachets of equally industrial and uninteresting mayonnaise, we cannot say that the plate is to the party. The comparison with the brasserie of a well-known Michelin star in Aubrac is very painful, even though the price is roughly similar. Friends in the kitchen, wake up, we're going to have to give it a try!
