12/04/2026: A quick stop during a trip to the coast, everything was delicious, from the sushi to the spring rolls, from the skewers of the rising sun to the bowl of vegetable noodles. The staff is very pleasant and professional. A great place to return to on my next trip to Marseille.

23/09/2026: We had a truly wonderful time, from the food and the friendly service to the lovely atmosphere. The appetizers were delicious. The grilled octopus is absolutely divine, I highly recommend it! The dessert is also very good... In short, if you're looking for sun-drenched cuisine bursting with the flavors of Marseille, this is the place to be!! The owner is very attentive to the staff and incredibly friendly, which is a real plus. PS: The cocktails are simply amazing!

23/08/2026: We reserved a table and were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM, even though they had customers arriving at 10 PM. We noted that the peppers had already been sitting around for half an hour before we took our order. We waited another half hour for the rest of our order. The waiter said, "Sorry, fish, no way, I was sick all night, my husband and I." It was shameful to serve like that, especially since the chef admitted the peppers weren't good. Not even a gesture of goodwill. We had to call them every time, even though they were very attentive to the other tables. This isn't the Aldo we knew. It's a real shame; I won't be setting foot in that place again.

13/09/2026: I like it, but success forces you to make certain compromises… and can sometimes make the experience annoying… The servers are friendly but sometimes overwhelmed…

14/05/2026: One of my favorite places in Marseille. Great atmosphere, great service and a breathtaking view of the city.

08/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We were able to have lunch on their terrace. Be sure to book in advance if you want to be seated there. The staff is very attentive, from the young woman serving us to the gentleman behind the bar who gives a very warm welcome. The meal was excellent, with delicious dishes. We've included photos. 23/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant through social media. A very pleasant surprise! We ate there twice within a week, even though we weren't in Marseille. The food is delicious. The staff is lovely. I highly recommend it! 👌

31/07/2026: On July 23rd, a burnt and greasy burger, fries that tasted of rancid oil, and a blackened salad. Having suffered from indigestion after their food for a long time, I've now crossed the line into outright food poisoning. Avoid at all costs!

07/09/2026: I came last Monday, August 31st, around 2 PM. The welcome wasn't friendly; the girl at the counter seemed fed up with serving me, I didn't hear a hello, and I was practically scolded when I was choosing my bread. Plus, you were busy chatting. In short, I won't be back.

12/07/2026: After desperately searching for a place to have breakfast without getting scorched by the Marseille sun (we love you, but this is getting ridiculous!), we settled on the pleasant terrace of the Black Bird where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a truly charming setting. The coffee was also excellent. A special thank you to Roland for his radiant smile.

05/09/2026: Having been very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the drive-thru last night, I wanted to say a big thank you to the KFC in La Valentine. Top-notch professionals, nothing was forgotten despite the large order. The food was truly excellent.

05/09/2026: The food is still consistently good, but the attitude of the cashier when we visited on September 4, 2026, around 10:15 p.m., was frankly unacceptable. She spoke very loudly and continuously, used foul language in front of the customers, and seemed completely indifferent to their presence and the image she was projecting. We left the restaurant stunned, wondering if there was a manager on site to supervise the staff. The cashier represents the establishment and is often the first and last point of contact for customers. Management can—and must—clearly do better in this regard. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves a much more professional welcome.

01/09/2026: I'm truly appalled by the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. I went to the restroom and was very surprised to see how filthy it was. It really doesn't inspire confidence… If the kitchen is kept in the same state, it's frankly frightening! So we decided not to stay.
