29/09/2024: We just had one drink, I recommend the vanilla iced tea and the Virgin colada. The view of the beach is magnificent from the terrace and the friendly welcome. A good time!!!

Les légumes et polenta en accompagnement étaient également délicieux. Nous y sommes allés 3x en 3 semaines et nous y retournerons la saison prochaine sans hésiter !

11/09/2024: A sublime room, small but more than enough for one night, especially as it is tastefully decorated (and even the bathroom). We let ourselves be tempted by the dinner they offered and again, without a single false note! It was delicious! And for the price we didn't expect it to be so plentiful and above all so good! So we couldn't leave without tasting their breakfast buffet... Nothing to add except... Don't hesitate!

30/10/2024: Stopped here for an equally tasty, relaxed and long lunch in October. Imaginative dishes and tastes, great wine and a lovely location. Not much veggie option on the menu, but the tagliatelle dish I had was one of the best ever, so very happy with that.

28/10/2023: I have eaten excellent salads and equally good sandwiches several times at the Safari. For salads, I prefer the Caesar with roast chicken and the mixed corsica. For sandwiches, Corsican flavored with maquis herbs. The service is smiling and very professional, you feel at home; This is why I am extremely surprised by Mr. Desrfaites' comment (the only negative of the entire season) and asks me questions about the veracity of his existence.

28/09/2024: Little choice on the menu. High prices but still in line with Bonifacio prices. Starters: very good Bonifacienne aubergines and good pirate mussels but with many shells broken into small parts which are annoying to the palate. Linguine with sour clams and slightly overcooked pasta. Location nothing to say, very beautiful. Overall, not great value for money

09/09/2024: Special mention for our host who gave us a great time, not to mention his beautiful mustache!!! Taste its myrtle liqueur, it is sublime.

08/10/2024: Très bon accueil du personnel, le serveur prend 5mn pour discuter et ne nous met pas la pression pour passer au plat suivant - les cocktails faits par le patron sont très bons et généreux- malgré la fin de saison, le chef m'a fait des filets de rouget avec un risotto aux gambas, une tuerie .... et les glaces artisanales, je ne vous en parle même pas.... oups, sans oublier le tiramisu maison aux marrons. Le cadre au port de plaisance top, nous avons dîner devant les bateaux. Nous reviendrons avant la fermeture.

28/09/2024: For the money just a W... Dirty towels, empty bottles from the previous tenants in the room... No words. The city is beautiful, a 6-hour parking space costs just €40, a bargain. Oh yes, trash cans are apparently all private and you get complained if you DON'T dispose of your trash in the environment 🤷‍♂️ Wasn't a very good first experience here. Too bad

27/09/2024: Hotel located in the center of everything with private parking. Excellent welcome, top reception and services, quiet rooms, hearty breakfasts. We spent 3 nights there and are ready to go back.
