03/09/2024: Excellent lunch in this restaurant. I recommend the wood-fired meats. They are delicious. The plates are plentiful. The service is fast and the staff very friendly. To recommend without hesitation.

21/09/2024: Nice atmosphere right on the beach and very fast service.
However, the food is just average and, like almost everywhere, overpriced.
Umami salad with too much ginger and raw pak choi is also not really edible and should be used as a salad substitute. CLUB sandwich ok

Même si l’extérieur / la devanture ne paie pas de mine, nos papilles s’en souviendront !

02/11/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo e abbiamo optato per il menù fisso 30 euro. Certamente non ci si può lamentare per il prezzo, ne' per il servizio. Per quanto riguarda i piatti tipici proposti non siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e, spiace dirlo, abbiamo trovato di meglio durante la nostra, se pur breve, vacanza in Corsica.

Delicious large pizza for a good price.
It's worth stopping by here for a tasty pizza and to enjoy the beautiful view.
Parking is available under the restaurant, then up the stairs.
Inside they also have tasty cookies, honey and jam for sale at a good price.

Nous sommes revenus trois ans après notre première visite .
Un endroit où l on se sent bien . On mange très bien , assiette de charcuterie corse et cannellonis au brushiu incroyables , sans oublier les fameux beignets au courgette .
Et la patronne qui nous a offert une myrte ( alcool de myrtille maison ) il y a trois ans a remis ça .

16/09/2024: Hello, we spent 2 nights, our room was spacious, well equipped and a coffee machine available.
The setting is a corner of paradise, the heated swimming pool and the final bouquet, the restaurant and the simply excellent breakfast. Finally, the staff are top notch.

11/11/2024: Nous sommes tombés sur le charme du cuisinier - une personne qui cuisine avec passion et qui fait tout pour vous faire plaisir - son imagination et sa créativité sont les deux composantes d’une cuisine innovante et inspirante- Alors n’hésitez pas à venir aux bains de Caldane pour profiter des bains et d’une cuisine exceptionnelle grâce à un cuisinier hors pair voué à son métier
16/10/2024: Double satisfaction... bains de Caldane très agréables en préalable à la dégustation de deux classiques de la cuisine Corse: les tripettes et le civet de sanglier. Excellents assaisonnements pour nos deux plats servis généreusement et présentation qui mets à coup sûr en appétit. Un rouge local adéquat et une visite du chef avant le dessert.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Obviously perfect setting, top service, the staff is really nice, don't change anything on that front!

Being a "regular" I am never disappointed.

15/11/2024: Quand on arrive on sent cette atmosphère familiale, l'accueil est chaleureux et souriant (à chaques repas), le service est au top, la cuisine est excellente, tout est fait maison, on sait ce qu'on a dans l'assiette, charcuterie maison, les quantités sont bien présentes et les desserts sont tout aussi bon, une adresse incontournable à Ajaccio où on se sent merveilleusement bien en semaine comme le weekend.

22/09/2024: The location of this charming spot is unbeatable.
The lovely people running it are so kind and helpful. My recommendation would be to update the rooms, but other than that, we loved it there.
Our meal in the evening was especially good.
Great matress to get some needed rest.

13/09/2024: We stopped as a family before leaving for the continent, my wife, me and our children were won over, the hamburgers were excellent and the fries were delicious. To try is to adopt it, we will come back with pleasure 😋😋😋.

30/08/2024: We stopped at Frites N Co on the way home from Bonifacio. Even a little late, it remained open so we could eat in peace. The fries are delicious and the chicken skewers 😍
