30/05/2026: A short break for two. As lovers of historic buildings, we were delighted. Tastefully prepared food. Meals and breakfast, enjoyed on the shaded terrace, were generous. Fair price. Professional service, perhaps a little too much so for us.

28/09/2026: The fish was very good and the sushi was delicious. Unfortunately, the beef was a big disappointment compared to our previous visit. The steak was very tough, difficult to cut and unpleasant to eat. What disappointed us even more was the complete lack of response when we gave feedback about the steak. There was no real interest in addressing the issue or offering any solution. The service was also very slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the number of guests. There should definitely be more staff working on weekends. It is a shame, especially as we had a much better experience on our previous visit. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be coming back.

16/10/2026: I absolutely LOVED it! Clément had the brilliant idea of ​​taking us to Emile's Brochettes, and we truly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The experience was exhilarating thanks to the team's cheerful disposition and the intoxicating flavors of the many different skewers. Simply put, on my next trip to Dijon, I'll be going to Emile's.

11/10/2026: There were four of us, all with hearty appetites; we came for lunch and ordered two hanger steaks (300g of meat per person), with the appropriate side dishes... and we loved them. A very warm welcome, impeccable service, excellent meat, cooked exactly to our liking. The bill was very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. We highly recommend this establishment!

20/09/2026: This trattoria-restaurant is conveniently located near the highway exit, so we stop here when we're passing through, serving local specialties. The menu isn't extensive, but the Pierrade, a grill where you cook the meat yourself, is a specialty, with an all-you-can-eat option.

21/10/2026: Lunch for 25 people, and everything went well: top-notch service, delicious food, and a beautiful garden for drinks. A truly lovely setting.

15/10/2026: We had high expectations for our meal at Le Richebourg restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. First, the service, in our opinion, was not up to the standard of the establishment. In a place of this caliber, we expected more professionalism and attentiveness. Regarding the meal itself, opinions are divided. The parsley ham was good and well-prepared. However, the mushroom dish seemed rather bland and lacked flavor. The presentation was elegant, but this is not enough to justify the prices. The main drawback remains the value for money, which is clearly lacking. At this price point, we expected a significantly better culinary experience and service. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant and the establishment has real potential. We left feeling disappointed.
