Usually your sellers are very friendly and smiling.
Unfortunately for me that was not the case today.
A saleswoman lets me help myself, maybe next time I should cash in?
Teach your salesperson to treat YOUR customers correctly.

26/08/2024: We came for a Sunday brunch with friends.
Beautiful setting and quality/good food. The buffet is however a little small compared to the price (65 euros) especially since the brunch does not include any drinks (tea, coffee, fruit juice).
The service really needs to be reviewed for a restaurant of this caliber, very little attention from the staff, and sometimes rude and inappropriate staff.
To do at least once for the setting and the food which is tasty but the welcome does not encourage you to come back

17/11/2024: Excellent pizzas with a thick dough that we love! I devoured my pizza in just a few minutes! Impeccable delivery service with a little note noted on the box. This is the first time I've seen this and it's really a very welcome bonus. I recommend this pizzeria 100%!

11/09/2024: Bar Hotel family restaurant in the countryside. Nice welcome. Granddaughter of the qualified boss who starts cooking alone in the kitchen, hence a menu that is not always respected. Not possible to order eggs meurettes to the disappointment of some customers on the terrace Prices of drinks and dishes slightly too high compared to the place. Room correct and clean. I would just recommend a change of shower head 🚿. I recommend

10/08/2024: Really nice place but service is soooooo slow.
Food is alright.
We ordered mochi they took 20min to bring them out so we got up to leave. When we left they said to take them and they were melted... So basically they had them sitting for this whole time.

16/10/2024: As a regular customer, we are very disappointed! Not by the person who welcomes us, but for 2 things!
On the phone I was told, yes we are still Logis de France etc., when we pass in front of the establishment, there is indeed the logo as well as registered (Hotel Restaurant).
But when we arrive to pay, ultimately, no accommodation, no restaurant!!
I find this not correct in relation to the clientele, for those who book but also for those who pass by the establishment and who find themselves here without any highlighted service!

21/11/2024: “Restaurant” to avoid. No know-how. Being out with my 11 month old daughter, I asked the saleswoman if it was possible to warm up a bottle of water. This one asks me if I plan to eat here to which I answer that no, it's only to warm up. The saleswoman simply refuses to warm the bottle for me!!!!!
Unacceptable!! Knowing that there were absolutely no people...
I'm not going to be shy about giving bad publicity.
Fortunately a nearby restaurant of course accepted….

04/11/2024: Our entrées were delicious. The crepe de riz vapeur and the salade de boeuf grillé were fantastic, we were thrilled. Riz cantonais was good. My wife's shrimp a l'ail cuit vapeur was good.
I ordered the poulet au caramel thinking it would be the safest thing on the menu. It was completely inedible. Tasted of burnt charcoal, not a hint of sweetness to the runny sauce, and the meat tasted slightly spoiled.
The waitress was polite and friendly, but cleared away my untouched plate without a question. This is disqualifying. Even if you are adverse to conflict, that has to be addressed.
Not recommended.

25/10/2024: Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient.
Das Menu de Jour war bei uns Zwiebelsuppe, Boeuf Bourgignon und Cremé Brulee. Alles sehr lecker.
Wir hatten dazu einen Wein aus der Region, der Chancen hat, Lieblingswein zu werden.
Der Service war einwandfrei, sehr schnell, sehr freundlich.
Wir werden unbedingt wieder dort einkehren bei unserem nächsten Stopp in Beaune.
20/10/2024: Nous avons été très bien accueillis, vers 14h. Un serveur attentionné, un échange de garniture du plat principal accepté avec facilité, un plat du jour copieux, une cuisson parfaite. Un café gourmand généreux. Franchement un agréable déjeuner sur une journée de visite de la ville, nous sommes repartis satisfaits 😊
