24/11/2024: “Disappointing experience, far from the standards of a 4 star” We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Several negative points: • The network is very poor, even with the hotel Wi-Fi. Unable to connect properly. •We had a PMR room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) even though we didn't need one. No consideration of our needs. •When we arrived, the room was freezing, the air conditioning was on while it was snowing outside. A totally incomprehensible situation. •No bottle of water in the room, an essential detail for a hotel of this standard. •The bathroom was flooded after each shower, because there is no shower tray. In addition, the doors of the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were rusty, a real lack of maintenance. •The towels provided were stained and some even had holes. •We had booked a room with a queen bed, but discovered that it was actually two mattresses pushed together, creating a very uncomfortable hollow in the middle of the bed. •The room overlooked the street, and it was noisy most of the night. •The reception was far from professional: at 9:30 p.m., we found two young people in full discussion, seated very casually in sweaters and down jackets. An image not at all worthy of a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. •The price of parking was announced at €8 on the site, but charged €10 at reception. We clarified this when we left, to which we were told: oh yes, it's a small error. No commercial gesture made. The only positive point: the location, very convenient. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the asking price. A big disappointment.

20/10/2024: Hotel very well located, pleasant and accommodating staff, very good breakfast and nice rooms, with very little noise. Welcoming with animals (a shepherd for me)

23/09/2024: Excellent Italian cuisine. Very fair value for money given the location! Pleasant team as well, very satisfied with our lunch.

21/09/2024: It's probably a bad idea to order a burger at an Italian restaurant, as they will serve you a dry patty without a tasty sauce with an oaky non-burger bun and some vegetables. However, caprese salad and shrimp risotto would be delicious! Overall good, but expensive for the taste, although the portions are not small.

05/09/2024: To avoid Arriving at 8:40 p.m. for a table for 2, we were poorly received and refused under the pretext that the chef only serves hotel customers... the restaurant room was empty and no sign indicated that the restaurant was not serving not. The pretext was different, as was confirmed to us. We are a black and white couple 😵

20/08/2024: Very clean, very friendly staff Maybe the soundproofing wasn't expensive which was in room 14 but she liked it 😉

12/09/2024: Bon accueil plat copieux vin et apéritif très bon! Mais en ce qui concerne la fondue savoyarde niveau goût elle sent énormément la crème et aucun goût de fromage

06/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant, chaleureux. Nous avons mangé, avec excellence. La fondue bourguignonne était bien servie, copieuse, produits frais. Rien n' a redire, nous reviendrons.

24/09/2024: Evening menu at 19€. Starter dish dessert. Everything was good and plentiful. The starter (oeuf meurette) is “homemade” and really excellent. The meat was good, cooked "rare" as requested and with a piece of fresh butter sprinkled on top. The fries are not fresh but good and well cooked. The dessert (chocolate fondant with caramel) is industrial but it was good and well presented. Welcoming boss. Not disappointed, good value for money.

05/09/2024: This is the first time I've been so motivated to leave a review. My partner and I came with our 7 month old child, we were not afraid of disturbing however, the staff knew how to put us at ease and were kind and helpful.. we did not we won't come back! In addition, the food offered is of high quality and the prices remain reasonable. Thank you so much.

23/07/2024: Our second time there. Main reason - good local food and fast service. Reasonably priced and almost full during lunchtime. We spotted there also number locals. Snales were delicious.

26/07/2024: La place est très jolie. Dommage que la serveuse est désagréable et qu'on ne puisse pas boire un verre l'été à 18h30 alors qu'il y avait des places disponibles.

16/07/2024: Great location in the square provided a lovely view of Santenay Ville. The food was excellent after a long cycle. We chose the pepperoni pizza and a croque monsieur. Wonderful!

03/09/2024: Excellent address in Nolay, one of the best restaurants where we dined in Burgundy. Meurette Eggs and Crispy Snails as a starter, tender veal rice and excellent semi-cooked tuna and a very fine dessert: Revisited nectarine Pavlova. All at a very reasonable price and wines by the glass at a reasonable price too. Bravo to the charming couple who manage everything, Mr. in the kitchen and Mrs. in the dining room.
