14/05/2026: Pizza JENNA Beaune Home Delivery Disaster! Over an hour instead of 30 minutes, plus they were missing my drink! I had to call twice to get it, and then waited another hour. The Mont Blanc Burger was very good. The Amigo Panini was missing kebab meat. Second attempt the next day. Unprofessional! I placed a takeaway order. When I got home, I realized one fry was missing? After complaining, I received my delivery 20 minutes later: a box of cold, barely edible fries.

03/09/2026: We visited today (September 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM) – 3 adults and a small dog. A lovely place with a warm welcome. Right on the banks of the Saône. A set menu with starter, main course, and dessert for €16. A well-stocked menu. Decent dishes. There was a major mistake with the fries, but the cook and waitress took excellent care of it. Special congratulations to the waitress, by the way. It was busy, and she did a great job. We'll be back!

18/08/2026: Very disappointed with the service. There were two of us, and more than half the tables were empty. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes just to get our main courses, without any starters or aperitifs. Despite informing the staff that we needed to leave before 3:00 PM, having arrived at 12:15 PM, we had been waiting for dessert for quite some time before we had to leave due to our time constraints. The desserts were still not ready or even brought to us, so we said we were leaving without eating them. We were then charged for the desserts, even though the ice cream scoops weren't even prepared. Not to mention the kitchen staff who spoke very rudely to my grandfather in a condescending tone, as if their incompetence was our fault. It's really a shame, but I don't find the place welcoming or professional. If I were the owner, I would seriously question the image my staff is projecting of my establishment.

14/10/2026: Getting worse and worse, the burger and fries were cold. The bun was falling apart... In short, avoid it. They even got the donut flavors wrong.... It's a shame we can't give zero stars

07/10/2026: Drive-thru on a Monday evening at 10 PM: the staff's response via intercom was delayed, even though the parking lot and restaurant were practically empty. I placed my order: judging by the weary tone of voice, it seemed my order didn't meet the employee's expectations (2 cheeseburgers). After paying, I waited 10 minutes (unsurprising given the staff's nonchalance: they were clearly very relaxed) to receive my order. The staff must be overwhelmed during peak hours! There was no paper napkin in the bag. The employee was clearly disillusioned: no smile, no thank you, no greeting. She was living on another planet. So, there will be no next time at this location.

13/09/2026: For over a year now, since I started ordering from this O’Tacos, I've consistently had unpleasant surprises. Tacos are missing from my orders, the ingredients are never right, the fries are "cheesy" and lack sauce, extra sauces aren't included, and I've had to wait over 40 minutes for a taco. It's unacceptable to have such bad experiences!

21/08/2026: As a local, it had been a while since I'd been there. But the decor and theme are very nice, especially since the interior renovation. The service was a little slow, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

13/08/2026: Terrible service, 50 minutes for 3 tacos, unheard of, plus there's nothing to eat, it's dry, dirty place, and the staff isn't very pleasant, avoid it.

15/10/2026: The hygiene is appalling, the staff are not very welcoming, I do not recommend it at all, nothing is clean and I'm not even talking about their toilets, I will not be returning to eat there or even to take away if this hygiene is supposed to be ideal for the staff.

17/10/2026: The food is cold, the portions are ridiculously small, and above all, it's not good, but the worst part is that McDonald's is really dirty. In short, avoid it.

03/10/2026: They could do better; it's outrageous to charge for a cup of tap water instead of a bottle. And at €1.75, that's a rip-off, not an environmental concern!

03/10/2026: Avoid this McDonald's; the wait is far too long, no matter what time I went. I only go if the kids insist. A minimum 15-45 minute wait for fast food is catastrophic... If you're in a hurry, definitely avoid it. And don't think the drive-thru will be faster... It's even worse! Always double-check your order. They're clearly understaffed. But luckily, they're friendly!

29/08/2026: I stopped by one morning to get some chocolate croissants... they were grumpy, no hello or thank you, not friendly at all. I won't be going back.

15/06/2026: We didn't try the hotel, only the restaurant. The food was generous, with a very affordable and varied daily menu. The service was quick, and the restaurant's location is ideal, situated on the road to Fontenay Abbey. The waitress was very kind and attentive to her customers.

15/06/2026: A man who's afraid of motorcyclists. We stopped in front of his establishment for coffee, but before we could even get off our bikes, he came out and closed the door. And in the rearview mirror, we saw him reopen his establishment. What a surreal experience!
