14/08/2026: Disappointed. It's a shame that a so-called double ice cream turned out to be a single one instead... especially since the cone was quite large. Plus, the lemon-flavored granita was really underwhelming, and the strawberry flavor was just food coloring. In short, as far as fresh products go, especially in the middle of summer, I won't be back. On the other hand, I've never been disappointed with anything else.

14/08/2026: I found my Italian ice cream quite good, but small for a "double," and the can of Pepsi wasn't cold enough at all, which was a shame. As for the granita, the taste wasn't anything special; we'll pass next time.

01/05/2026: Absolutely disgusting, a complete rip-off. Bestilla was burnt, the frozen bread was awful, and the smell of gas was unbearable. The fork was sticky. Zero zero zero

21/08/2026: As a local, it had been a while since I'd been there. But the decor and theme are very nice, especially since the interior renovation. The service was a little slow, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

13/08/2026: Terrible service, 50 minutes for 3 tacos, unheard of, plus there's nothing to eat, it's dry, dirty place, and the staff isn't very pleasant, avoid it.

15/06/2026: A man who's afraid of motorcyclists. We stopped in front of his establishment for coffee, but before we could even get off our bikes, he came out and closed the door. And in the rearview mirror, we saw him reopen his establishment. What a surreal experience!

15/06/2026: We didn't try the hotel, only the restaurant. The food was generous, with a very affordable and varied daily menu. The service was quick, and the restaurant's location is ideal, situated on the road to Fontenay Abbey. The waitress was very kind and attentive to her customers.

29/08/2026: I stopped by one morning to get some chocolate croissants... they were grumpy, no hello or thank you, not friendly at all. I won't be going back.

13/06/2026: Absolutely outraged. I went to order 9 VEGGIE nuggets (clearly noted on my receipt) around 5 pm. After a 15-minute wait, my order arrived, and at first glance, it seemed normal. Imagine my surprise when I ate one nugget and it was definitely not veggie. So I pointed it out, and they confirmed they weren't and exchanged them. Not an apology, not a word, just a statement of fact. I honestly think they don't realize the impact of making someone who doesn't eat meat eat it. It's appalling, not a small mistake, and I feel terrible.

25/08/2026: Excellent experience! The cashier was particularly pleasant and the service was very quick. The premises are very clean. The only minor point for improvement: the placement of the tray/bin unit, located right in the middle of the aisle, could be reconsidered to improve traffic flow. Apart from that, no complaints!

26/08/2026: I'm very surprised by some of the negative reviews. We were there in early August with four adults, a five-year-old, and a baby, and we had a wonderful meal. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive, and the owner was accommodating without being intrusive. A high chair was available for our daughter, and our son thoroughly enjoyed his meal. They even offered to take us upstairs to change our baby's diaper. Thank you for this relaxing experience.

09/07/2026: All the breads, especially the wholemeal bread, are far too overcooked (too dry) since it reopened. We don't know why. Even when ordering and specifying "can you make me a wholemeal loaf that isn't too cooked," when you arrive to pick up your order and find that your wholemeal bread is almost burnt?! I won't be going back. It's a shame because before it closed, the wholemeal bread was very soft and not overcooked. What a pity!

18/05/2026: I should clarify that this review has been modified; it originally praised this bakery. However, since its closure for health reasons several months ago, prices have increased while portions are smaller than before. Furthermore, I've twice found a hair trapped in pastries (after the shop reopened), and last year a large dead blue fly stuck to the bottom of a slice of fruit tart. Aside from that, I repeat, the products offered are very good and of high quality (excellent pastries, a good variety of breads, and the same goes for the sandwiches and quiches; there are also generous bags of day-old pastries sold for between €1.50 and €2.50), even if the management of this business seems rather poor (a swarm of wasps for at least one summer in all the display cases, and a previously very high staff turnover). In addition, the saleswoman is cold and unwelcoming. This is regrettable as I am a regular customer.

30/07/2026: The welcome was unpleasant; she asked us to "speak French well," even though I'm a French teacher myself. We found a hair in a madeleine, which is unacceptable in a place like this. The granita was mediocre, even disgusting. I strongly advise against going to this bakery.

26/08/2026: The club itself isn't bad, but the music is awful. Apparently, the downstairs room is for younger people, but it's still got that 70s theme. The bouncers are very friendly. I recommend it for people over 35.

16/08/2026: If you have the misfortune of not liking the bouncers at the entrance, this establishment is not for you. I hope they only have cases like mine to deal with... A staff that's not very tactful and not open to discussion. They clearly don't need us as customers, which is just as well, as I don't want to go back to this rotten place. The same goes for the young people in front of us. Incomprehensible.

13/04/2026: There was no information regarding a supplement for the dog on my reservation, and the manager is demanding €10 (small dog, 6kg, sleeping in a basket). Furthermore, the description of the reserved room stated a private entrance, but the room is on the 2nd floor, and you have to walk through the restaurant to access the stairs leading to the rooms. It was also mentioned that there was access to an executive lounge, which doesn't exist! The same applies to all the advertised amenities. I should also mention that the room wasn't heated upon our arrival and that the establishment was completely closed, forcing us to call and wait for over fifteen minutes for someone to come and open the door for us in the cold and rain! The room was old and very dirty (mold at the base of the walls, hair and grime in the shower, an old oilcloth on the table, etc.), noisy, and poorly insulated (towels used as window insulation)! The TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi, the toilet seat wouldn't stay closed, the duvet had a hole in it, etc. Breakfast was included, but instead we only received a small snack tray that we had to take to our room ourselves the night before: drinks to make ourselves (instant coffee), no butter, day-old bread, and milk that remained at room temperature on the tray all night (no refrigerator). It was impossible to fill the kettle at the tap (the tap was too low). Another problem: the accommodation description stated a 24-hour reception, but the establishment was not only completely closed when we arrived on the 26th around 6:30 pm, but it was also closed this morning for our departure (7:15 am). We were locked in the stairwell, and the only door we could open led to a completely enclosed terrace: we had to climb over the wall to get out of the building and reach the parking lot! Accommodation to absolutely avoid. The bad faith of the response demonstrates the truth (photos) of my statements.
