14/05/2026: Pizza JENNA Beaune Home Delivery Disaster! Over an hour instead of 30 minutes, plus they were missing my drink! I had to call twice to get it, and then waited another hour. The Mont Blanc Burger was very good. The Amigo Panini was missing kebab meat. Second attempt the next day. Unprofessional! I placed a takeaway order. When I got home, I realized one fry was missing? After complaining, I received my delivery 20 minutes later: a box of cold, barely edible fries.

27/08/2026: Absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s. I wish we had read the reviews prior to coming here as it took 58 minutes from the time we ordered our meal for it to arrive. We were in the middle of a 6 hour drive and this added significant time to our journey. Even then, we did not receive all the items we paid for. No compensation was offered. I suppose we are simply just meant to accept this level of incompetence?

27/08/2026: This restaurant offers fairly quick service, which is very convenient when you're in a hurry. However, I noticed that the cleanliness could be improved for a more pleasant experience. The food itself is what you'd expect from this chain. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the staff seemed efficient and courteous. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick bite.

03/09/2026: We visited today (September 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM) – 3 adults and a small dog. A lovely place with a warm welcome. Right on the banks of the Saône. A set menu with starter, main course, and dessert for €16. A well-stocked menu. Decent dishes. There was a major mistake with the fries, but the cook and waitress took excellent care of it. Special congratulations to the waitress, by the way. It was busy, and she did a great job. We'll be back!

18/08/2026: Very disappointed with the service. There were two of us, and more than half the tables were empty. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes just to get our main courses, without any starters or aperitifs. Despite informing the staff that we needed to leave before 3:00 PM, having arrived at 12:15 PM, we had been waiting for dessert for quite some time before we had to leave due to our time constraints. The desserts were still not ready or even brought to us, so we said we were leaving without eating them. We were then charged for the desserts, even though the ice cream scoops weren't even prepared. Not to mention the kitchen staff who spoke very rudely to my grandfather in a condescending tone, as if their incompetence was our fault. It's really a shame, but I don't find the place welcoming or professional. If I were the owner, I would seriously question the image my staff is projecting of my establishment.

06/06/2026: Cheaper than other establishments in the area for the main courses. The food is decent, nothing special. The dining room is clean. Aside from the main courses, it's still quite expensive. Navigating to the food collection area and the vegetable buffet is very complicated.

03/06/2026: Friendly staff Clean place However, it's a shame to advertise "11am-9pm" without any further details, because when we arrived at 2pm, there were only two choices for main courses, and the "all-you-can-eat" portion consisted solely of fries and potatoes. We were also told that "the vegetables will be removed in 5 minutes." For 30 euros, including a drink and dessert each (for two people), this is extremely disappointing. It's worth mentioning that after a certain hour, they only offer ice cream, crepes, and similar items.

23/08/2026: Noise pollution from Wednesday to Saturday is outrageous for local residents and must be shut down immediately! We're fed up! It had calmed down, but now it's starting up again, louder than ever! Stop, this will end badly!

05/08/2026: A huge thank you to Smart for this amazing night! A superb nightclub with three rooms and three different vibes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The DJ was fantastic and the atmosphere was simply incredible from start to finish. Special mention to Joey, always so friendly and welcoming, and to the entire team who contributed to making the evening such a success. We had a wonderful time and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

16/08/2026: A heavyset waiter with glasses asked us to wait 15 minutes for a table. So we waited patiently at the edge of the terrace, watching the tables empty and receiving no attention whatsoever. After 20 minutes, when we dared to ask for a table again, he curtly told us that, all things considered, he no longer knew how to serve because he was too busy… (There were 5 empty tables at that point).

10/08/2026: The menu is very limited, the service is great, and the atmosphere is decent.

31/07/2026: €5.05 for such a small portion is unacceptable. The box was far from full and doesn't match the product images at all. The product itself is good, but the value for money is very disappointing. At this price, you have the right to expect a decent portion size. I hope this was a preparation error, because it doesn't live up to the advertised quality.

22/07/2026: The restaurant was fairly clean and well-maintained overall. The restrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly.

19/12/2025: A €20 lunch menu with a choice of two starters, two main courses and/or cheese, and dessert. It's very, very good. Homemade fries, excellent beef, perfect deviled eggs... and impeccable service. I was pleasantly surprised!

28/09/2025: We had to wait a bit in the rush, but after that everything was perfect. The pulled pork is highly recommended, and the local IPA is also very tasty. And lovely in the sun.

12/07/2026: Simple but convenient stopover. Friendly owner and nice restaurant. Comfortable beds, no airco in rooms (but fans available). Staying with 2 adults and 2 kids.

14/04/2026: Not a great overnight stay. Very basic room, broken towel rack. Dinner? Well, pizza or... pizza. The carafe of red wine was a bit harsh. Breakfast was very standard (no dairy, no cold cuts, no fruit). All this for €120... I've had much better.

24/08/2026: The seller and server had zero motivation, the burger was placed upside down with the toppings scattered everywhere! And when they brought our tray back to the table, the "bon appétit" greeting had been forgotten!

20/08/2026: A complete mess! It took over an hour to pick up an order in person... after an hour they realized they hadn't even prepared it. Utter amateurism.

15/08/2026: Ordered pizzas by phone tonight, a bit of a wait but nothing surprising for a Saturday night…however, very disappointed with the quality, the entire center of the pizza was stuck to the cardboard, the box was completely soaked, ruined evening…and the cheesy bread is getting smaller and much less tasty than before…what a shame

19/08/2026: We've been going to the McDonald's Drive regularly for almost a month now, and unfortunately, it's always the same disaster with this new employee. At first, we were understanding while she got settled in, but there's been no improvement: endless waits, cars arriving after us being served before us, mistakes in orders, and above all, a serious lack of friendliness and politeness. Saying "good evening" only to have the window slammed in your face without any response is frankly unacceptable. It's a shame, because we've never had this kind of problem before.
