28/08/2024: Nice little aperitif, a good quality cheese board and provided precisely given the price. A very nice choice of beers, the happy hour beer is very tempting (€3.50 per pint). I limit it to 4 for the kitchen because we only had an aperitif board, however the kitchen seems very good. If you want to watch matches this is the place for you with their giant outdoor screen. I recommend!

28/08/2024: TABLE FOR 7 WITHOUT RESERVATION??? Pure Hazard made us stop at this pub. That day we didn't even plan to go to Périgueux (a city full of surprises) I myself worked in hostels (the highest quality in France and abroad) before my family life. We were really amazed by the professionalism of their waitresses, taking orders as much as the service, they had the answer to each of the questions on the menu. A very big congratulations 👏👏👏 the impeccable service. The terrace was full when we arrived but we apparently don't watch the clock here because customers are still flocking when we leave. Finally...the kitchen. We had non-alcoholic cocktails (exceptional cases but you have to go back one day) a real delight... meanwhile they brought us the burger plate from the children's menu... a huge plate... absolutely all homemade . The mark is given.....the rest for adults remains in line. Very generous plates with good products and great flavors. Périgord salad, whole duck breast, thyme and honey lamb shank........everything is very good, clean and neat. A big congratulations. Visitors from 15🐂🐂🐂

04/08/2024: Le menu enfants est plaisant le steak avec les légumes ou pomme de terre, le service est rapide ( peut être trop ) Le poisson est excellent et le magret est convenable. Les desserts sont bons C’est un bon établissement, un rapport qualité prix convenable et une grande gentillesse

20/08/2024: Fast service and pleasant staff with a smile :) We had a basket of delicious Italian bread as an aperitif 😋. On the other hand, some dishes lack garnishes for the price, which is a shame... Price of desserts also a little excessive 7.90 for a slice of tiramisu...

09/11/2024: Nous arrivons à 23h40 avec un mini bus de 9 personnes Nous nous faisons refuser car la journée a été longue et qu'ils n'ont apparemment plus rien Pourtant il y a des gens à l'intérieur et ils prennent 2 voitures après nous Lorsque nous allons réclamer ils répondent qu'ils ne font plus que le froid... Pourtant on ne nous l'avait pas proposé

31/08/2024: Bar hotel restaurant. Bord de route principale. Soyez poli en disant Bonjour à la serveuse aux cheveux noir, sinon elle ne manquera pas de vous le rappeler ( petite remarque à cette dernière : avec le sourire svp, ça passe mieux, le respect, c'est dans les deux sens). Nous avons pris deux salades. Rapport qualité-prix honnête.

27/08/2024: horrifying Room and dining room dirty and full of spiders and dust. It's not even a 2-star hotel, it doesn't have air conditioning, just 1 fan. The closet is not a closet. The WC in the room without a door, with a dirty fabric curtain. Noises from adjoining rooms and corridors and stairs. The hotel service is rude and only speaks and wants to understand French until you speak in an angry tone with your language they don't lower themselves...

25/10/2024: L'excellence à prix très correct. Ici on est dans la tradition, mais quel régal ! De la mise en bouche au dessert, les saveurs sont là, mention spéciale pour l'œuf cocotte aux champignons et le velouté de butternut (mise en bouche) dont la texture et le goût resteront gravés dans nos mémoires. On voulait revenir tellement ça nous avait plu, mais il n'y avait plus de place, pensez à réserver bien à l'avance car le restaurant n'est pas grand. Bravo au cuisinier et ausdi au serveur qui est d'une efficacité redoutable. Merci à toute l'équipe

19/10/2024: Le cadre est superbe sur le bord de la Dordogne, Les tables ont de vraies nappes en tissus. C'est tellement rare que je trouve bon de le signaler. Service de qualité et carte des vins très intéressante. Les couverts en argent et la belle vaisselle vous mettent en appétit. Cuisine et produits de grande qualité et en bonne quantité. Le traditionnel a encore de l'avenir, n'en déplaise à certains. Nous reviendrons!

22/09/2024: Nous venons à l auberge du Brusquand depuis plus de 25 ans au moins 1 fois par an jamais déçu l accueil très agréable la cuisine excellente à recommander.

15/09/2024: Un premier dimanche de vacances exceptionnel, la visite de la ville de Domme et le complément en petit train et puis cet exceptionnel restaurant où tout est parfait, de l'apéritif et ses amuses-bouche au dessert, il faudra noter le foie gras, les Saint Jacques, le gratin passion/framboise ou l'incroyable baba au rhum. Le Bergerac blanc Briand et le café ont fait de cette journée quelque chose d'inoubliable. L'accueil et le service sont irréprochables, les prix sont tout à fait abordables, le rapport qualité/prix est au plus haut niveau.

23/11/2023: Menu formule 16 euros Buffet à volonté entrée plat dessert 1/4 de vin et café compris. Formule économique pour les gros mangeur. Serveuse accueillante et souriante. Rapide pas d'attente Je recommande

04/12/2024: Avoid avoid avoid! Had to leave after 1 hour and did not stay at this property. Nothing positive, do not book! Our room was in a separate building opposite the hotel in a public car park. The room was infested with bugs. We removed a number of these bugs and more and more kept coming. We reported this to hotel staff who turned up with a brush to remove some. But more kept coming. We asked to move rooms to the main hotel, but the staff offered a room in the same infested building. If we wanted to stay in the hotel, we would have to pay nearly €200 more. The staff were very rude, stormed off back to the hotel when we said we didn't want to pay extra for moving out of their dirty, unhealthy and unsafe infested room. Although we had only been there 1-2 hours, the staff refused to cancel our booking without fees. I have been charged full price for a room I didn't stay in and was unsafe. Do not stay here!!!!

28/08/2024: Blah blah. The address is no longer as good as it once was. Not very warm welcome. The service is good, but the menu and the menu have gone downhill. It's at the level of a small neighborhood brewery -- for much higher prices! (PS: I loved the 90 cent butter supplement!!!!!! -- that says it all!)

22/08/2024: Very friendly place waiter and waitress very pleasant meal very good meal at €21.90 very good value for money don't hesitate to have your hamburger it is excellent
