01/08/2026: We found this by chance as I was inspecting the menu when the chef himself told me the restaurant was excellent.
My wife and I ate here for our 50th wedding anniversary.
It didn't disappoint.
Food was very tasty, well presented and served in a timely fashion.
We were not pressed or pressured to go faster.
All in all an excellent experience.
01/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is right in the heart of Sarlat.
The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and you won't leave hungry.
Thank you to the owners and staff, who are very welcoming and friendly. Don't miss it; you won't be disappointed, unlike the usual tourist traps. I highly recommend it.

26/02/2026: This place serves delicious Périgord products, mostly pastries, as it's a tea room. The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) is a true gourmet experience, featuring treats made by the local baker. The service is provided by a vibrant and lively employee with a charming, chatty personality and a delightful southern French cheerfulness! I highly recommend this place!

01/07/2026: As a customer who only buys tobacco, I called an hour after my purchase to report that the tobacco was unusable because it was dry. There was no apology or gesture of goodwill. I hope the restaurant is better. Extremely disappointed.

25/07/2026: Waited 40 minutes to be served even though the tacos were already ready, we ate them cold and they weren't even good, I bought fries as an extra and there was nothing in them, frankly very disappointed, I won't go back, I don't recommend it!

26/06/2026: We found the hotel very good; the person in charge was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Due to personal reasons, we had to stay in Belves three times. We were very happy with our first night, so we returned the other two times. Its location is excellent, and parking was relatively easy, at least in June when we were there.
I recommend it.

We arrived soaked from our hike and received a fantastic welcome.

14/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic, very good all-you-can-eat buffet serving sweetbreads, Portuguese-style grilled chicken, croissants, doughnuts, etc. A very good place, saved for our next visit to the area.

You can only eat inside.
07/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience at lunchtime at Le Meysset restaurant. The service was impeccable and attentive. The refined dishes were served on elegant and varied tableware.
The food is worthy of a Michelin star, or at the very least, a Michelin-starred recommendation.
I highly recommend it.

29/07/2026: Ribeye steak served without sauce (shallot, Roquefort, pepper, etc.), yet it's sold at the same price as elsewhere (€25), and the portions are small. You have to ask for everything: bread, ketchup, mayo... it's okay, nothing special.
In response to the owner, I don't see the connection... we came on a Saturday, and a €25 ribeye steak doesn't exactly scream "barbecue night."

12/02/2026: Vegetable-based pizza without the listed ingredients and barely cooked.
Next time, if you don't have arugula, replace it with lamb's lettuce; if you don't have sundried tomatoes, don't use frozen fresh tomatoes; and zucchini roasted in oil shouldn't be raw.
In short, it wasn't great. We won't be back. The second goat cheese and honey pizza wasn't anything special either.

20/02/2026: Quiet wee lunch today at the vietnam , i like this place its quaint. Food is nice, service was good and didnt have to wait too long and reasonably priced 18 euro for lunchtime menu , clean toilet if needed .. so a 8 out of 10 from me today didnt take alot of photos sorry ..
