However, it was very good.
08/12/2025: This is my second visit and I'm always very well received. The rooms are very comfortable and the manager is incredibly attentive. I'm vegan and the chef always prepares a delicious meal for me! I can't wait to come back!

15/11/2024: We were accepted unlike the other restaurants in Sarlat which only took customers by reservation, for our greatest pleasure.
Excellent restaurant, with authentic cuisine from the Perigord region. The welcome is warm and the dishes are homages to French culinary traditions.
Very pleasant surprise, we ate very decently at a reasonable price.
We recommend this restaurant!

06/12/2025: We came to visit the Périgord aquarium, and we won't hide the fact that we were a little disappointed by the somewhat dirty aquariums. The only thing we really liked was the presentation by the alligator keeper, a professional, extremely kind person who answered many questions from both children and adults. I would advise you to keep this person in mind; I can't remember his name, but he was truly a wonderful person. Thank you again for letting us pet the alligators.
27/11/2025: A small aquarium, ideal for children.
The price is a bit high, but the fact that there aren't any other aquariums nearby might explain it.
The activities are fun.

08/08/2025: Good restaurant, very friendly service. Two people could eat until 10 p.m., whereas other establishments in the area had turned us away. Simple but effective cuisine, and excellent desserts.

But it's a shame that it was very poorly done, it was a quick success and the hamburgers are in an impossible state.

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner was terrible: the petit fours weren't cooked, the foie gras was so-so, the duck was cold and full of gristle, the potatoes were cold, the champagne was awful, the coffee was terrible (they couldn't even make an espresso), and the €85 was a bitter pill to swallow.

We met the new owner who, like the previous one, is very friendly.
(He's from my area.)
The meals were delicious and plentiful, especially the steak night, where the meat was incredibly tender and delicious.
The room is quite spacious and very clean.
We will definitely return, as we have for several years.
