21/09/2024: We were the only British people in the restaurant this lunchtime. From the moment we walked in we were treated with disdain. Our French isn't brilliant but we can structure sentences together. If you speak no French at all it would be difficult.
We waited over 45 mins before we were given water and menus that were filthy. The tables hadn't been cleaned from previous diners. The glasses were dirty.
The woman who appeared to be in charge was extremely rude to say the very least. When our food arrived it was thrown at us.
If you are not French then don't go to this restaurant
18/09/2024: A rustic restaurant located in the middle of the Perigordian valleys, which allows you to enjoy a good, hearty and succulent meal while enjoying a beautiful panorama. Local products are what make the dishes of excellent quality. Very highly recommend.

It's a shame and it's too late to eat
16/09/2024: Very good restaurant and welcoming. The dishes are generously served, from starter to dessert. The price is right for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend it.

25/08/2024: Nice surprise! Staying at the hotel next door, we opened the door to this restaurant/bowling alley/arcade games by chance. Warm welcome. The place is pleasant, the dining/games areas are well defined.
We tasted the entrecôte with blue cheese sauce accompanied by fries and a Périgord salad. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes.
Very good value for money.

17/09/2024: I think I got a dud room. It was small and outdated. There was a bad odor seemingly from the A/C that never subsided. The bathroom amenities had been updated but the walls looked like a child's art project. Thankfully, this is. It somewhere you stay to hang out in the room. The breakfast and hospitality were wonderful and the view on the river side is hard to beat. If you're considering staying here, don't be dissuaded by my review. Just ask for room 8 -- I got a leak when heading out and it looked beautifully updated complete with a river view.

14/09/2024: Very good address. On the terrace among the trees, good idea. Perhaps one avenue for improvement, the exterior decoration could be improved with a more careful display of the trees and fountains of Jardiland. A children's area could be added.

06/09/2024: I live in Le Bugue... so 6km away. We go there regularly. A family welcome. A family kitchen. In short, we feel very good there. An exceptional setting. If you want a moment of relaxation at the water's edge with a magnificent panorama... don't hesitate.
