13/04/2026: I regularly come to this shop to buy my cigarettes. But the welcome is always very cold; the shopkeeper is unfriendly and gives the impression that we're bothering him (to put it politely). He clearly lacks patience with his customers. It's a shame because a little smile and respect would make all the difference! I feel uncomfortable every time I go there, but really only because it's near my home.

30/06/2026: Unpleasant reception, do not under any circumstances have packages delivered to them, for fear of disturbing them.

29/04/2026: The staff isn't very friendly, let alone helpful. If you have heavy packages delivered to this address, don't expect any assistance, regardless of your age or physical condition. Chivalry and helpfulness are becoming increasingly rare.

07/06/2026: The riverside terrace looked too inviting to ignore when we were walking past on a scorching May afternoon. We were the only ones there, but on the other hand, the glorious view over the Dronne was all ours. Refreshing ice-cream and a very decent coffee.

16/07/2026: As a regular bowler—I've been to countless bowling alleys, and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like this—the staff here are remarkable for their complete lack of empathy. The explanations for children are incomprehensible and delivered coldly, without any attempt at teaching. We clearly felt like we were bothering them. If you're looking for a warm family outing, steer clear. Avoid this place. If you're unhappy with your job, you should probably find another one, judging by the number of negative reviews you have on Google. However, for those who will read my review, go to the one in Trelissac. It's a 40-minute drive, but it's absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, smiling, and full of jokes. The bowling alley is magnificent, with neon lights everywhere, beautiful lanes, pool tables, and more. I had a wonderful evening, and everything is geared towards children under 5! 5 stars for the Trelissac location! And 0 for the Bergerac one. I hope this will help moms and dads with little ones! A word to the wise!

06/07/2026: Driving an hour only to be told the minimum age is 5, and then seeing the disappointment in my 4 and a half year old son's eyes, is just sickening. It would be enough to simply state this on your website... But judging by the comments, which are almost identical to mine and have been for two years or more, I realize that taking recommendations into account is far from a priority for the managers. It's a shame, so we'll go to another bowling alley. Like the one in Périgueux, for example. A word to the wise...

01/08/2026: I stopped to buy a salmon salad and a chicken sandwich. The salad was several days old: the salmon smelled bad, the lettuce leaves were yellow. I threw it away. I couldn't find the chicken—maybe it had escaped—the tomato was rotten, and the lettuce leaves were rotten too. Disgraceful. Avoid this place.

14/08/2026: From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover... most of the time... In fact, it's absolutely not worth going inside!! The owner is funny and friendly, but he's both at the bar and in the kitchen, so it's impossible for anything to be organized. The owner (who is also a waitress) is kind and welcoming; you can't deny her that. The dining room and the restrooms are dirty (I'm not talking about the customers who track dirt everywhere they go, but a serious lack of hygiene), and the dirty cutlery with food scraps is just awful! We were seated almost immediately, but what a wait afterward!! Now, on to the meal... There were fruit flies and small pebbles in the salad (it hurt my teeth!!). The service was extremely slow. The owner's excuse: there were only two of us. With a little more organization in the kitchen, I think things would run much more smoothly!! To top it all off, we received our meat separately from the fries (a few minutes later) because the kitchen wasn't keeping up—yet another example of poor organization! We ordered a ribeye and a steak and ended up with sirloin steak (two sirloin steaks, actually) and a hamburger patty. The dining room was completely undecorated, worse than a school cafeteria. The only halfway positive was the air conditioning, but it took so long to work that I was freezing (I had goosebumps!). In short, avoid this place!

14/08/2026: Upon arrival, the owner (who is also the chef) was joking around with the regulars, and even the restaurant's rather unsightly entrance (covered in plants) was a sight to behold! Etchebest would be shocked! We arrived in a cafeteria-like dining room. Yes, a cafeteria. Tiled walls, proper tables and chairs, two refrigerated buffets with tray rests for the daily starters and desserts. The daily special, couscous, looked appealing. Unfortunately, we had opted for à la carte. And then the wait began... The service was incredibly slow! We arrived at 12:40 PM and left at 2:45 PM. Our starters and our son's burger arrived. There was salad in the burger despite our request for no salad... They completely ignored our special requests! And to top it off, the salad was served with small pebbles as an extra! Fruit flies in the salad dressing!!! The wait starts again. An endless wait. Since our food hadn't arrived, we took the liberty of mentioning the slow service and that we'd like our meals. The response: "There are only two of us and we're out of fries." In short, don't come here!!! I consider ourselves lucky not to have gotten sick!

07/06/2026: The hotel's location is perfect, right by the river. The rooms are outdated but adequate for one night. The bar staff were inattentive.

06/06/2026: Service: Zero stars! Ten people on the terrace, with their drinks… We arrive, just the two of us… After eight minutes, and three visits from a waiter who didn't say a word to us and seemed more interested in showing off with his colleagues… 🙂 Bravo… 🎉 the team isn't ready to work at the Ritz! Avoid at all costs, or if you're a warrior, go ahead and you won't regret it 😉

30/06/2026: I regularly go to this bakery, but unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse. We barely have time to get in before they're already asking us what we want, even though we haven't had a chance to look at the display. It's very clear that the saleswomen are in a hurry. Politeness and questions about the products seem to irritate them, and they don't always hide their grimaces. It's a shame, because the bread and other products are good. But from now on, I'll go across the street, where they take the time to help customers and listen to them. I won't be going back.

24/06/2026: A fantastic welcome, top-notch service, even bringing my order to my car despite my health issues. Congratulations to the store manager and her entire team! Simply the best!

08/08/2026: We arrived a little late and received excellent service. We ordered three drinks, two pizzas, and a croque monsieur for my son, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The owner was very friendly. The prices are very reasonable. We'll be back! 👌

06/05/2026: Superb view, very average room, very expensive restaurant for what it offered, and a very unpleasant waiter (apparently the owner). However, the breakfast was excellent.

01/05/2026: The view was magnificent, the food decent, but I've never been treated like this in my life. The person in charge of seating us treated us with utter contempt from the moment we arrived. We wanted to eat on the terrace (the weather was gorgeous), but this man refused, claiming it was going to rain... he finally relented after hurling unpleasant remarks at us. In the end, about 20 people ate on the terrace; not a drop of rain had been forecast.
