24/04/2026: Nice reception area, friendly staff, the rooms could use a little renovation. Decent value for money.

19/07/2026: Arrived with a baby and no seats available... Supposedly there were 3... I asked if it was possible to check if there were any other seats... The response was no, instead of going to look behind me and finding a solution... My McDonald's card, supposedly hacked, wouldn't work... Luckily I had some change... I paid and decided to give myself the points, as the manager usually does... A short, blond man with glasses refused and told me, verbatim, to sort it out myself, that it wasn't his problem. Yes, yes, it is his problem because all the managers do it!!!! This isn't the first time I've had problems with this particular McDonald's... Plus, he's condescending and tells me it's not possible, even though other McDonald's have done it... When it's not a problem with the order, it's a problem with the food (he spills a handful of salt and pepper in the hamburgers and makes them inedible). Where have the real managers from before gone, with their smiles and kindness? In short...it doesn't even surprise me anymore that the McDonald's in Port Sainte Foy isn't doing well with these kinds of attitudes...

17/05/2026: The overall stay was satisfactory. A minor drawback was the surrounding noise (traffic and neighbors), as well as the lack of a welcome tray with a kettle and some tea/coffee bags, which would have been a real plus. Otherwise, the hotel is very well located and close to the free Henri IV parking lot!

15/02/2026: Microscopic portions for a €26 menu! Outrageous... two bites of foie gras and three tiny slices of walnut cake! Avoid at all costs!!!

25/08/2026: We received a very poor welcome because we were on bikes; the owner doesn't tolerate cyclists' behavior. It's a shame there's only one bar along the bike path.

25/09/2026: So so disappointed. Looks pretty from the outside, but looks are deceptive. The food was mediocre for France at best. Frozen chips, overdone duck and tasteless foie gras. This is a bar, not a restaurant. Coke in can, not glass bottle. Says it all.

16/09/2026: A real treat! We had a wonderful meal at this little restaurant on the shaded terrace. All the dishes were delicious, and the panna cotta with redcurrant coulis for dessert was simply divine. Thank you for this lovely experience.

29/08/2026: Just passing through, arrived late at 1:30 pm. Excellent value for money. Generous portions! For 4 people: 4 courses, 3 coffees: €53. I recommend it.

25/05/2026: Restaurant, Gourmet Menu, Lunch on the terrace overlooking the vineyards and Bergerac. Excellent meal, smiling waiters with helpful advice.

13/05/2026: It's ridiculously expensive so we treated ourselves for our birthday 🎈 Restaurant looks boring for Michelin star standard. The waiters were busy and not attentive. We ordered flight of wine to accompany our meal. It was 25 euros per person.we had two tiniest of measures. And they forgot to bring the third wine. When we requested the waitress did not apologise or make it right she said Well I'm busy. Besides you not missing much. But they still charged us. Food was ok but not really Michelin standard that we experienced elsewhere. Very disappointed. Menu extremely limited two options ... My sincere opinion, don't waste your money. Plenty of great much cheSper and more welcoming restaurants around.

14/09/2026: The staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind, and so is the owner! The back terrace is very pleasant.

30/06/2026: Unpleasant reception, do not under any circumstances have packages delivered to them, for fear of disturbing them.

03/09/2026: Far from good, tasteless, bland. The staff wasn't attentive to customers, and one was even wearing sunglasses while serving. Never again!

01/09/2026: Friendly welcome. Pleasant servers. Table cleared relatively quickly. Wide selection at the buffet. Hot dishes were at the right temperature. Excellent wok! Good value for money for a weekday lunch.

04/08/2026: Fast service, friendly, welcoming and funny staff. The atmosphere is very cool and you get plenty of food for a very affordable price.

27/09/2026: A €20 burger that was completely uninteresting, incredibly slow service with lots of empty-handed trips back and forth. It was advertised as "unlimited fries," so we ended up asking for more since nothing was offered. After waiting for over ten minutes, they never arrived. We finished our main courses, still without fries, and no one came to clear the table. No one offered us coffee or dessert. We're not usually fussy customers, but we decided to leave our table, which hadn't even been cleared, to try and salvage what should have been a pleasant experience but turned into a complete joke. We ended up finishing our meal in downtown Périgueux.

18/09/2026: The young waitresses are fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and always smiling and kind. Generous meals at a ridiculously low price. Well done and thank you!
