05/12/2024: A very welcoming restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced. €18 per dozen oysters. €18.90 for a starter/main course/dessert menu with drink. For the starter: very good shrimp with homemade mayo. Dish: nice piece of rump steak with fries. Dessert: cabbage with excellent cream and salted butter caramel. A Britt beer drink. Quality service despite a full room. Everything was perfect.
04/12/2024: once again a great time, great service with Amandine, a pretty pleasant, courteous person full of humor and a perfect meal.. we came, came back and we will come back again..

The staff is lovely, friendly, and attentive.
While visiting Brest for a week's work, I returned there two nights in a row.
09/07/2025: Very disappointed! We looked for octopus under a microscope, there wasn't really any fish on the menu, service by overwhelmed temporary staff (you have to ask for everything: salt/pepper, bread, water, etc.) and to top it all off, a beer with more foam than liquid, a very contemptuous remark made to Florian who should have done another job, a shopkeeper...
In short, hake didn't please me.

30/06/2025: A great time at La Vague, with delicious galettes and a wide selection of crepes and drinks. The menu also offers other dishes like fish and chips, allowing for variety.
The decor is tasteful, both inside and on the terrace, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
The portions are generous, the staff is welcoming and attentive, and the service can be very fast if needed.
The prices are average, without being excessive, and the value is very good.
There was no wait when we visited, but reservations are recommended. The place is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms.

27/08/2024: Most probably the most hidden nice restaurant, I've ever found. We found it by coincidence - after walking by for nearly 2 weeks and thinking it was closed, because you only see 2 empty tables in a backyard. If you find it, you will enjoy it. Nice restaurant/bar with a wide range of foods - from Moules marinières until tasty ice cream desserts. English was no problem, very friendly staff.

... This one is absolutely the best!
It's small, it's run by a person who takes care of everything, you are taken care of, you order, you consume: it's a pleasure for the taste buds!
I didn't think I would be so amazed one day in my life by a creperie, I did, and what's more, I think it's the cheapest of our stay!
