Pay attention to the rhythms given between the serving of each dish (quick service that evening).
Opened red wine not being the one requested, but without presentation, it would have been a shame to open another one.
Coffee/tea not offered at the end of the meal..

There is no place to spend the night as such ☹️, except in the parking lot for customers.
But across the street, the whole camp lives in cars, who knows how the night would pass.

06/04/2024: This is a rare experience in which a restaurant at an iconic location also offers superb food and service. Many times, restaurants like this opt for cheap, kitschy experiences that leave the customer unsatisfied. This is not that. They rightfully earned their Michelin status, with the food, service, and ambience far exceeding expectations. The view is just the cherry on top for this venue. It is safe to say this restaurant would be just as successful if it had no views and was not in the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend visiting. As a tip, there is a side entrance to the security line that is for guests dining at the restaurant. Look for signs with the restaurant name and it will guide you right to it.
05/04/2024: Wonderful! In a unique setting, offering an exceptional view of Paris, masterful cuisine with high quality products, impeccable service, kind and attentive staff. Everything to be happy, a taste of paradise in a way. We had done the Don Juan II which was already a superb place with the beautiful cuisine of Frédéric Anton and Paris as a backdrop. The two stars are well deserved as everything is sublime.

08/05/2024: J'ai voulu faire découvrir cette adresse mythique à la famille à l'occasion de leur visite Lyonnaise. Le service est inexistant : prise de commande, livraison et ramassage !!! La gratinée d'oignons est insipide, salade César quelleconque ! Un plat chaud servi tiède, une cuisson de viande non conforme à la demande. Difficile de trouver un seul point positif au cours de ce déjeuner. La fréquentation de ce lieu est telle que quelques clients insatisfaits ne changeront pas grande chose probablement pour la réputation de ce lieu. Quant à moi, il est certain que c'était la DER. Dommage pour un lieu soi disant mythique. J'allais oublier seule l'addition était à la hauteur !
05/05/2024: Contrairement à certains avis, je n'ai pas ressenti de précipitation ou le sentiment d'être pressé. Au contraire, nous avons pu prendre notre temps même pour régler l'addition.
Les plats étaient bons et généreusement servis. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas d'accord avec les critiques sur la qualité - après tout, ce n'est pas un restaurant gastronomique mais une brasserie, et dans cette catégorie, la qualité était tout à fait satisfaisante.
Cependant, je trouve que le prix du pâté en croûte était un peu élevé et aurait mérité d’être accompagné d’une petite salade de même que pour le saucisson pistaché qui aurait pu avoir quelques tranches supplémentaires.
Mais malgré cela, l'ambiance, le service et l'ensemble de l'expérience étaient excellents.
Je recommande vivement cette brasserie pour une sortie conviviale et originale.
Mention spéciale pour l’omelette Norvégienne!

31/03/2024: Experience at Paul Bocuse on a Saturday evening, we let ourselves be tempted by the centenary menu with the food and wine pairing. In terms of dishes, nothing to complain about, everything was very good, however we were very disappointed with the wines that accompanied our dishes (based on port from start to finish) for €300 more per person, we expected something else . Also disappointed in the level of service, the waiters were not very pleasant, numerous errors (we went out to get some fresh air at one point, we returned the dishes were on the table..), the level of the wine glasses was never equivalent between glasses. Overall we ate very well, but for a restaurant of this type, we expect another service.
31/03/2024: An excellent time, excellent food for both the taste and the eyes!

05/04/2024: Beautiful decoration. I ordered the broth and it was quite disappointing. Little meat/content and especially a lot of seasoned water. You're better off taking the fish or the chicken. Really good price for Paris so still recommended (provided you order the right thing!)
