23/07/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. The salad that came with my meal deal contained worms. I went to the cashier to report the problem, but their reaction was very disappointing. Instead of taking the situation seriously, they told me that "it happens," with an attitude I found very dismissive of a food hygiene issue. What you need to understand is that you don't know who buys your products or their state of health. Some customers may be much more vulnerable than others, and a problem like this should never be taken lightly! A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the product and the attitude of the staff.

02/07/2026: What can I say about the tea room on Rue de la République... cardboard cups and glasses (they explained it was because the dishwasher was broken), but above all, the fabric banquettes were so filthy, stained, with huge watermarks, that we didn't even sit on them... ugh. Clean them or replace them!

27/08/2026: A last-minute visit to the restaurant, Les Remparts, for lunch… The welcome and friendliness were based on humor throughout the service… A very pleasant and smiling person… so thank you! We ordered two Muraille menus (gazpacho, noodles, and crispy pork with vegetables)… We were quickly enveloped by a persistent smell of fish being served at the next table, accompanied by a multitude of bluebottle flies that lasted throughout the meal… The gazpacho had no taste… the dish was hot… the slices were too thin and had a spongy texture! It wasn't good! All that remained was the visually appealing presentation! Total disappointment! The noodles were lukewarm/sloppy with a watery texture and some very crispy vegetables (pre-cooked in water?)… the crispy pork, on the other hand, was delicious, thank goodness! For dessert, ice cream and warm crème brûlée… nothing we ate was fresh in any respect except for the beers! A real disappointment on a very hot day in the middle of August! We wondered if they had refrigerated rooms! Note: in many establishments, fans were running outside to ventilate and keep the flies away… perhaps something to consider!

20/08/2026: This restaurant is ideally located in the heart of a very pretty village. The cuisine is both colorful and very tasty, and the evening menu offers excellent value for money.

11/06/2026: The hotel is well located with parking, but I booked for 5 nights with breakfast included, as it advertised a tray service for early risers. Upon arrival, I was told no, no refund or gesture of goodwill, nothing.

09/09/2026: Perfect for our cycling stopover! Simple but pleasant room, very friendly and warm welcome, truly delicious food, and a generous breakfast. We highly recommend it.

07/09/2026: I opted to order à la carte rather than a set menu, figuring the portion would be a decent size. I ordered the Bresse chicken with cream sauce. On my plate, I found a ridiculously small leg accompanied by a few tiny pieces of vegetables and mini potato pancakes. Everything was tiny! The excuse I was given was that Bresse chicken is expensive…

A special mention goes to our waitress, who was very professional and attentive, yet also friendly and pleasant. 😊 This really made the experience even more enjoyable. 15/07/2026: What a pleasure to have lunch at Au Plaisir d'Étang! On July 14th, we were welcomed with great kindness, simplicity, and professionalism. The dishes were perfect, prepared with quality ingredients and so beautifully presented! The goujonnettes and frog legs were excellent! The service was attentive and kind (thank you again, madam!). The shaded terrace is a charming little haven. A place where you feel comfortable and want to return. Thank you to everyone at this restaurant who worked to make this lunch...a truly delightful experience!

29/08/2026: This is a little gem in the heart of Thoiry at the foot of the Jura just outside Geneva. Fabulous food served by lovely hosts. Great wine selection, all at very good value. Definitely going back.

18/06/2026: It was ok and tasty food but considering its reputation we expected something more. Especially the dessert it was just a creme caramel. The pasta was just ok, not exceptional. Portions were small too. Ok service but not the best. In general nice place to eat but we would not visit again...

06/04/2026: We regularly come to this gourmet restaurant for the Easter menu. Always top-notch. The welcome and service are always a pleasure, and the meal is always a guaranteed delight. Flavors and colors abound on the menu! A fine selection of wines at reasonable prices and expert advice from the sommelier. The cheese trolley is superb. For us, everything is perfect. The dining room has been discreetly renovated. The tables are well-spaced, and the shared dining experience is peaceful. A truly unmissable address for us.

15/03/2026: I came to eat with my partner, who surprised me by making a reservation, and we had an excellent meal. The wine was of very high quality and complemented the food perfectly. The service was impeccable, with smiling and attentive staff. A special mention goes to the young apprentice, who was very polite and cheerful and particularly pleasant throughout our meal. We wish her all the best for the future! A truly wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

01/09/2026: We came to eat expecting to find Georges Blanc's cuisine… a disaster… €23 for a slice of pâté en croûte half a centimeter thick… a veal liver that was rather good but swimming in butter, I couldn't finish it, a crème brûlée full of lumps, and I think the poultry served with blinis was the grand finale, a Georges Blanc recipe according to the waiter… I'd like him to taste them because I seriously doubt it 😂 both the taste and, above all, what was it doing as a side dish? No decoration on the plates, not even a sprig of parsley… no vegetables… exorbitant prices for food that was really not very good… the waiter was excellent though, kudos to them

05/08/2026: A warm welcome from the owner who manages the kitchen and dining room efficiently. Grilled food cooked over a wood fire in the fireplace. The owner kindly agreed to serve us very quickly as we were short on time due to an appointment. Thank you, Madam!

31/07/2026: A fantastic experience at Auberge du Pont! The owners are very welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to their customers. The prices are reasonable, and the value for money is excellent. The homemade burgers are superb, and the pizzas are truly delicious. We'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again. I highly recommend it!

23/04/2026: The best bakery in Ferney-Voltaire! Every time I've been there for the past two and a half years, I've been satisfied. Their mille-feuilles are a real treat. The welcome is very warm and friendly. I recommend it without hesitation.

04/04/2026: I'm quite disappointed. Everything seems frozen and nothing looks truly fresh, even when arriving very early in the morning right when they open. The bread isn't the quality you'd expect from a bakery. It's a shame there isn't another bakery in Ferney-Voltaire, but I hope that will change soon.
