21/11/2024: Repas entre amis Très satisfait, nous recommandons . Nous retournerons Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Notre avis sur les plats: Le foie gras un régal . Je recommande pour débuter votre repas . Une goutte de cognac sans doute a la préparation / cuisson qui fait la différence. Les grenouilles sont parfaites. Une persillade au top ( un équilibre entre persil / ail / sel ). Filet de carpe, reine des Dombes, Meunière aux amandes : Comme le reste 5 étoiles Et le Gratin dauphinois comme accompagnement sans doute cuisiné avec lait et crème de la Bresse qui fait la différence gustativement . Et pourtant que des patates a la base mais la préparation et sélection des ingrédients fait la différence . La présentation des plats encourage a déguster . Et pour terminer le nougat glacé maison . Que dire .......... un régal Le framboisier maison . Leger / excellent A très bientôt car l'ensemble des convives étaient satisfait et pourtant certain sont très critiques. 17/08/2024: I had an excellent time at the Brasserie "Place Bernard", thanks in particular to the warm welcome and professionalism of Anaïs and Sandy! :) I invited my parents, and they were delighted with the experience. In the kitchen, Bertrand is simply incredible, and his dishes have delighted our taste buds. Well done to the whole team. As for Jérôme, the head waiter, he manages the establishment with exemplary mastery. A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable moment!

01/11/2024: Always well received, but yesterday at noon, the waiter charged us €80 for three daily specials... so I called for an explanation and was told that he charged us €26, in addition, that he was missing from our last visit, all without warning of course. We are extremely disappointed with his behavior, the least polite would be to inform us before cashing..!

27/10/2024: Great restaurant, veal rice, tripe, hunting during hunting periods, many dishes that can only be found here, plus the staff is very friendly, the dishes are very generous, good wines and very reasonable prices. What more can I say, don't change anything and see you soon.

28/08/2024: Following the change of ownership we went to test the new card We booked for Friday August 23 for 12:15 on the phone and specified that we had 1 hour to eat. Our feelings Rejuvenated frame Warm welcome (so rare these days) Clean sanitary facilities (so rare too) Fast service We had main course and dessert that day, coconut chicken or fish from the market. We immediately felt the change in the chef. The dishes were balanced in taste and tasty. The desserts are excellent, the praline crème brûlée a marvel, the artisanal ice creams a unique taste. The manager took the time to ask us our feelings in general. Tells us that the setting will continue to be refreshed, she advocates traditional home cooking and her goal is for the customer to be satisfied with the service. 01/01/2025: Fairly fast service but it's very expensive (€6 for a slice of blueberry pie, ketchup paid...), the fries were very dry, and the minced steak as well. Bagged salad with industrial vinaigrette… a little disappointed…
