01/03/2026: Came to Brunch. Exceeded my expectation.

27/12/2025: We dined at La Divonne – Le Président restaurant for a family Christmas dinner (12 people). Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived on time, yet we waited nearly 40 minutes for our drinks and an hour and 45 minutes for our starters. The service was very slow and disorganized: the waiter forgot several orders, and some requests were either ignored or poorly executed. What compounded our disappointment was seeing customers who arrived after us served before us, even for dishes identical to ours. The food was adequate, but nothing special. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the limited choice of starters (no simple options like a salad) and the lack of a children's menu, which is surprising for a restaurant catering to families. Overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations for a festive meal. This will unfortunately be our first and last reservation at this establishment.

22/01/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us as we enjoyed our kebab on the premises. We were offered a complimentary aperitif. The kebab was beautifully presented and a generous portion. The sauces were served individually in small cups, allowing for precise portion control. The kebab itself was of good quality. However, it should be eaten quickly as it cools down rapidly. As for the dessert: a pleasant surprise in the best possible way. The combination of the two elements was well-chosen and truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

20/02/2026: After a lovely visit to Brou, we wanted to have a little aperitif before dinner, but as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a Gainsbar (or Mr. Hospitality, "hello"), apparently the owner, who gave a frosty welcome (we couldn't even get in)...you can even sense his blasé attitude when he sees customers...avoid at all costs

07/03/2026: Today, March 7th, we went for lunch at the restaurant. Friendly welcome. Meal cost 62 euros. The egg with mushrooms starter was a real delight, delicate on the palate. Fresh frogs' legs. Bresse chicken with morels and a perfectly creamy sauce. Apparently, it's a young chef, and well, keep him, he'll bring in a crowd. It's very, very good. We'll be back and we'll spread the word. Fanny had a lovely smile and was very competent and attentive. A very good evening. Michele and Raymond, we'll be back.

12/02/2026: I've had lunch at this restaurant three times, and each time it was a real pleasure. The meals are simple but very good, well-prepared, and flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!! 😊

06/03/2026: It used to be an institution; now it's an abomination. I'm posting this review to spare future customers the regret and profound disappointment. Don't waste your money or your time. Go elsewhere; there are excellent restaurants just 5 or 10 minutes away that will treat you with respect. We had made it a ritual to come here once a year since I was young. What was supposed to be a festive birthday meal turned into a complete nightmare. I felt like I was on the set of a TV show about failing restaurants, minus the entertainment. The children's menu was served after 1.5 hours. After 3 hours there, we had to leave without even getting to taste the desserts. The goat cheese crème brûlée appetizer was a well-known and interesting dish, but we were served a scoop of vanilla ice cream when it's supposed to be goat cheese. Vanilla as an appetizer? Inedible. A miniature portion of gratin for three people; the other two had simply been forgotten. In a shocking display of bad faith, when the bill arrived, the owner pretended not to understand why we refused to pay for such poor service. What's most worrying is that this wasn't an isolated incident. All the tables around us were bewildered. The general atmosphere oscillated between astonishment and anger. After a long discussion, we finally agreed on a price. Later, in the car, once the initial annoyance had subsided, I realized that even the original price was incorrect and that our bill had been mixed up with another table's! I'm not expecting an explanation.

08/03/2026: Fantastic brasserie! The staff are incredibly attentive and, above all, very friendly, which is rare these days. The food is high quality and made exclusively with fresh ingredients. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend stopping by for a pleasant meal in a friendly atmosphere.
